Abstract

ABSTRACT Every company that is built has goals and objectives to be achieved, thus all functions and activities carried out by the company must always be managed and directed by using all available resources optimally for the creation of these goals and objectives. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of fund products and bank services at Bank Kalbar. This research was conducted to find out how big the respondent's response regarding the marketing strategy, especially the 7P marketing strategy namely Place, Price, Promotion, Product, People, Process, Physical Evidence. The research method used is a survey method with the object of public research being the customer and target of Bank Kalbar. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires distributed to all West Kalimantan Bank customers as many as 30 respondents who then the data are grouped according to existing criteria and the results of each question answer are added, from the sum results the percentage is determined and a conclusion is drawn. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the marketing strategy undertaken by Bank Kalbar on the marketing of fund products and bank services such as place, price, promotion, product, people, process, physical evidence seen from the whole is good. Based on the calculation process, an average total score of 26.06 was obtained with an overall average score of 3.72. So based on these calculations it can be said that the marketing strategy of place, price, promotion, product, people, process, physical evidence carried out by Bank Kalbar in the good category, amounted to 3.72 in the range from 3.40 to 4.19. Abstract

Sikap dapat dicerminkan melalui apa yang orang pikirkan, rasakan dan apa yang dilakukan terhadap sesuatu yaitu dengan mengetahui apakah bersikap positif atau negatif terhadap suatu obyek. Fenomena yang disadari atau tidak disadari akan mempengaruhi perilaku individu atau kelompok untuk membentuk pengalaman dan keputusan terkait dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukannya berdasarkan konflik tentang situasi pekerjaan selama ini. Konteks dapat dipahami seperti sebuah gambaran mental terhadap realitas dan lingkungan dimana individu atau kelompok itu berinteraksi satu dengan yang lainnya sebagai sebuah kesatuan. Pada masa pandemi corona ini segala macam aktivitas sumber daya manusia akan berbeda dengan sebelumnya, semua dituntut untuk beradaptasi dari keadaan sebelum kehadiran wabah covid-19. Pentingnya pemahaman sikap dan norma subyektif terhadap perilaku khsusnya pegawai negeri sipil khsusunya pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Pontianak yang berhubungan dengan aktivitas pelayanan secara kepada masyarakat pada masa new normal di Kota Pontianak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap dan norma subyektif terhadap perilaku Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Pontianak pada masa new normal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Penelitian idlakukan selaam 2 (dua) ulan terhitung sejak bulan Novemver – Desember 2020. Variabel penelitian meliuti variabel keyakinan untuk bekerja, variabel evaluasi, variabel keyakinan normative, dan variabel motivasi. Jumlah responden sebnayak 30 orang responden. Analisa data menggunakan Model Sikap dan Maksud Perilaku Fishbein. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang baik dari sikap terhadap perilaku pegawai negeri sipil Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Pontianak pada masa new normal. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang baik dari norma subyektif terhadap perilaku pegawai negeri sipil Badan Keuangan Daerah Kota Pontianak pada masa new normal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of online learning in universities. The form of descriptive qualitative research. Literature study data collection techniques or documentation and observation. The online learning that is currently being implemented certainly needs to be managed because this has only been implemented since the pandemic. The learning system requires us to be innovative and creative because conventional and virtual learning must have different management. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic requires every university to be able to carry out online learning. The application of this learning definitely requires strategic learning management with the existence of learning designs and supporting facilities. The results of existing research that online learning management can be done include planning, mobilizing, organizing, and supervising. In addition, the application of online learning can include several aspects, namely learning design, learning activities, learning strategies, learning media and technology, and learning assistance services. The advantages of strategic learning management are (1) management functions as a reference in carrying out tasks (2) makes leadership elements and educators and education staff guard against threats in the era of globalization to universities and can be more creative and innovative in facing learning developments and challenges. era of digitalization. (3) leadership elements can provide logical reasons for priority employee placement (4) management can integrate various decisions about certain ways made by several leadership elements in various positions in universities. (5) create an attitude in management that is more productive and developmentally appropriate. Learning at universities is in the process of managing obstacles in the field based on survey data that not all universities in Indonesia have NGOs, unstable electricity conditions so that the network becomes a problem in online learning, especially in the West Kalimantan area.

Abstract

This research to determine the perceptions of college students in Pontianak City on the level of adoption, use and acceptance of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive quantitative using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling and quota sampling techniques. The sample of this research is college students in Pontianak City with 180 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with a focus on the elements of the average. The results showed the respondents 'responses regarding Attitude, Affect and Motivation towards online learning when the Covid-19 epidemic obtained the highest index value of 153, included in the high category, respondents' responses regarding Perceived Behavioral Control obtained an index value of 145.5 also included in the high category. Meanwhile, the respondents' responses regarding Perceived Behavioral Control have an index value of 120.5 in the medium category. The conclusion of research is that college students in Pontianak City prefer face-to-face learning activities compared to online learning. The ease of use of the online education platform and the acquisition of higher scores were also felt by students when participating in online learning. The majority of university students in Pontianak are still not satisfied with online learning.

Abstract

Research is entitled "Analysis of Service Quality of Academic Administration & Student Departement (BAAK) at Panca Bhakti University Pontianak, West Borneo". The efforts of higher education institutions are to facilitate the community to pursue higher education through integrated services in which there are dimensions of service quality in the form of reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research method used in this research is a survey method, with respondents who are active students of Panca Bhakti University in four faculties as many as 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. From the research that has been conducted at Panca Bhakti University, the results of the analysis of performance appraisals and the assessment of expectations from the dimensions of service quality in the form of reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy were obtained for each dimension of the number 0.99 (Q) ≤ 1, which means that overall the quality of service can be concluded as close to "good".

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the compensation factors at PT Sungai Sepuah Estate (SSPE) Belitang Hulu District, Sekadau Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data collection technique used was in the form of a questionnaire distributed offline. The sample selected was 68 respondents based on the Slovin formula. The research method used is factor analysis using the KMO/MSA method. Based on the KMO/MSA value from factor analysis, the overall variables can still be predicted and can be analyzed further. Respondents' responses to compensation factors that were taken into consideration by PT Sungai Sepuah Estate (SSPE) in determining compensation, based on the overall results of the questions answered by respondents, it can be said that the compensation factors are very good through the average score of respondents' answers. The recommendation from the author as a company engaged in oil palm plantations is expected to conti nue to pay attention to the factors that are considered in providing compensation to employees. Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of service quality on the interest in saving members at CU Mura Kopa Balai Karangan. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data collection technique used was in the form of a questionnaire distributed online. The sample selected was 94 respondents based on the slovin formula. The research method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained through a simple linear regression test show that Physical Evidence (Tangibles), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Assurance), and Empathy (Emphaty) have a significant effect on the interest in saving Credit Union members Mura Kopa Balai Karangan . Members' responses to the service quality of CU Mura Kopa provided by CU Mura Kopa Balai Karangan, based on the overall results of the questions answered by respondents, it can be said that the quality of service strongly agrees through the average score of respondents' answers. The simple linear regression test of service quality which consists of assurance, reliability, tangible, empathy and responsiveness together has a significant effect on saving interest of members of Mura Kopa Balai Karangan Credit Union by 55.5%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the goals of national development is to improve economic performance in order to be able to create jobs and organize a decent life for all people which in turn will realize the welfare of the Indonesian population. One of the national development goals is to reduce poverty. Poverty is one of the fundamental problems that is the center of attention of the government in any country. Poverty is a condition in which a person cannot enjoy all kinds of choices and opportunities in fulfilling his basic needs, such as not being able to meet health, decent living standards, freedom, self-esteem and a sense of respect like other people. Poverty is one of the problems in a complex and multidimensional economy. Therefore, it is necessary to find a solution to overcome the problem of poverty. The aims of this study are: (1) To analyze the rate of economic growth and the minimum wage of Bengkayang Regency. (2) To determine the unemployment rate among the poor in Bengkayang Regency. This research will be conducted from October 2020 to December 2020. The research method used is quantitative research using panel data, the data used are time series (2018-2019) and cross section. The regression method used is the multiple linear regression method (Ordinary Least Square). The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and journals as supporters. The results showed that the variable economic growth had a negative and significant effect on poverty, the minimum wage had a positive and significant effect on poverty, open unemployment had a negative and significant effect on poverty. Abstract

Meningkatnya internalisasi ajaran agama di kalangan Generasi Y dewasa ini membuat penelitian mengenai sikap dan niat untuk membeli produk ramah lingkungan menarik untuk dilakukan. Konsumsi ramah lingkungan pada dasarnya berkaitan erat dengan religiusitas seseorang, karena dalam setiap agama terdapat aturan mengenai aktivitas konsumsi yang berbasis kondisi lingkungan sekitar. Metode survei diterapkan dalam pengumpulan data dengan melibatkan konsumen lokal yang berdomisili di wilayah Kota Pontianak dengan rentang usia antara 20 sampai 40 tahun. Rentang usia ini dianggap dapat mewakili Generasi Y. Model persamaan struktural berbasis kovarian (CB-SEM) yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis yang dirumuskan didukung, kecuali hubungan antara pengetahuan hijau dan sikap terhadap produk hijau. Responden pada dasarnya memiliki pengetahuan hijau yang tinggi, namun sulitnya mengakses informasi terkait reliabilitas dan produk hijau keraguan di benak konsumen, sehingga memengaruhi sikap mereka terhadap keberadaan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas dan sikap terhadap produk hijau memiliki peranan penting dalam memprediksi niat konsumen untuk membeli produk hijau.

Abstract

Good decisions can be generated by the leadership at every level of management at the Department of Agriculture and khsusnya Peternakan Kabupaten Ketapang, if the available information that is efficient, precise and direct. How does an information presented to the leaders of it depends on the good and bad sisitem management information from the company. In the selection of the proposed decision, the management at the Department of Agriculture and Veterinary Office diferenssial Ketapang require accounting information as one important basis for determining the selection decision. Diferrensial accounting information is incorporated into a model of decision making in the form of assessment methods to allow the management of the Department of Agriculture and Livestock of Ketapang choose keputusanterbaik. Based on the above, and considering the importance of management accounting information systems at the Department of Agriculture and Livestock of Ketapang in decision making. Based on the background of the issues outlined above, it can be the problem as follows if the Department of Agriculture and Livestock of Ketapang been using management accounting information as a basis for decision making? How is the effectiveness of management accounting information in decision making at the Department of Agriculture and Livestock of Ketapang?From other research goal should be concluded that the management accounting information in decision making at the District Agricultural Office Ketapang very effectively used to assist management in decision-making among the existing alternatives. This can be seen by the following reasons: Ketapang District Agriculture Office is fully aware of the importance of management accounting reports that will help the decision, whether long-term decisions, short-term, routine decisions or for the purpose of internal control. Ketapang District Agriculture Office in making investment decisions with regard to budget management and accountability are the differential management accounting information.
