Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan persaingan yang sangat ketat, perusahaan harus selalu berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan agar dapat memenuhi harapan pelanggan dan meningkatkan kepuasan mereka. Sorum Pak Haji Karya Jl. Parakan, sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa, harus memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan meningkatkan reputasi perusahaanPenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Sorum Pak Haji Karya Jl. Parakan. Metode ini memungkinkan analisis yang lebih dalam dan lebih spesifik terhadap variabel-variabel yang terkait dengan kualitas pelayanan. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan digunakan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Sorum Pak Haji Karya Jl. ParakanBerdasarkan hasil survei ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keandalan layanan di sini menunjukkan variasi yang signifikan di antara responden.Mereka merasa layanan tersebut konsisten dalam menunjukkan sikap yang profesional. Selain itu, keamanan transaksi juga penilaian tinggi dari semua responden, menunjukkan bahwa dianggap aman dan dapat diandalkan Hal ini menunjukkan fokus yang kuat dalam mempertahankan kepuasan konsumen respons yang cepat dan bantuan yang efektifterlihat bahwa layanan ini mendapat penilaian yang cukup positif dalam beberapa aspek kunci. Pertama, respons terhadap keluhan konsumen dan kesediaan untuk membantu dinilai sangat baik oleh mayoritas responden, menunjukkan fokus yang kuat pada kepuasan pelanggan melalui respons yang efisien dan bantuan yang efektif.

Abstract

Human resource stewardship is a series of activities and strategies that aim to maintain and improve the well-being, motivation, engagement, and productivity of employees in an organization. Employee performance is an important indicator of their contribution to organizational success because good performance can create a positive work environment and strengthen individual motivation to perform even better. Work environment and work motivation are two factors that can affect employee performance. PT Transportasi Jakarta is a company that operates public transportation services in Jakarta. PT Transportasi Jakarta employees pursue their careers in a unique work environment, driven by a family-based organizational culture and discipline, so that they can achieve operational targets and provide the best service to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance simultaneously or together. The method used in this study uses statistical quantitative methods and uses sample calculations with the Yamane formula which results in 98 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance as seen in the simultaneous f test, namely the fcount value of 91.492 > ftabel 3.09.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work stress and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Stanford Teknologi Indonesia in Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The data used in this study consisted of primary data collected through questionnaires against 75 respondents distributed to employees who worked at PT Stanford Teknologi Indonesia in Jakarta. The approach used was a quantitative approach and processed using SPSS 26. The results of the study show that work stress and compensation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Stanford Teknologi Indonesia in Jakarta.

Abstract

PT Kranji Jaya Abadi is a leader in the construction industry with a major speciali-zation in infrastructure development and large-scale commercial projects. In em-ployee performance efforts, the role of servant leadership and communication is very important, because both are key parts to create a comfortable work environ-ment and produce quality Human Resources (HR). The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of servant leadership and communication on the performance of PT Kranji Jaya Abadi employees. Especially to find out how much each of these independent variables contributes to employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a statistical approach with data processing using SPSS 22. Data was collected through observation and dissemination of ques-tionnaires involving 32 employees of PT Kranji Jaya Abadi. The results of the re-search on serviceleadership and communication were stated to have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the teachers. PT Kranji Jaya Abadi is expected to continue to develop and strengthen the practice of servant leadership and maintain good communication at all managerial levels. This is expected to im-prove overall employee performance and encourage the achievement of company goals.

Abstract

PT Kranji Jaya Abadi is a construction industry specializing in infrastructure development and large-scale commercial projects. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT Kranji Jaya Abadi. The research uses quantitative methods and data processing with SPSS 22. The population in this study consists of 32 respondents, with the sample being the entire population of 32 respondents. The sample was selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires involving 32 employees of PT Kranji Jaya Abadi. The results reveal that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with a T_count = 2.755 > T_table = 2.045 and a significance value of 0.010 < 0.05. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, showing a T_count = 5.485 > T_table = 2.045 and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The F test results show an F_count = 94.042 > F_table = 3.328 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, indicating that compensation and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. It is expected that the company maintains compensation and motivation to further enhance employee job satisfaction for the betterment of current and future employees.

Social media not only serves as an entertainment platform, but also as an important source of information as well as a tool to establish relationships and interact professionally,In addition, the conclusion of the respondents' responses to the effectiveness of social media in increasing product sales shows diverse viewsStudents consider social media an integral part of their lives due to their familiarity with it. Instagram, Whats up, Line, Facebook, and Youtobe are the social media used by students. Instagram, Whats up, and Youtobe are the most widely used, with Line and Facebook being the least used.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of online travel agents (OTA) in increasing room sales at the Swiss-Belinn Karawang Hotel. In an increasingly competitive hotel industry, collaboration with OTA platforms has become an important strategy to expand market reach and increase occupancy rates. This study uses a qualitative analysis method by collecting interviews and surveys from hotel management and guests. The research results show that collaboration with OTAs significantly increases the visibility of hotels in the global market, reduces marketing costs, and increases occupancy rates through increasing the number of bookings. In addition, an efficient inventory management system and positive reviews from guests on the OTA platform contribute to the optimization of the hotel's revenue and reputation. Thus, OTA plays an important role in the marketing and sales strategy of Hotel Swiss-Belinn Karawang, which directly impacts increasing room sales and overall hotel business growth. This research suggests that hotels should continue to strengthen partnerships with OTAs and optimize the use of data and technology provided by these platforms to achieve better results in the future.

This analysis focuses on the extent to which employees can carry out and complete tasks effectively and efficiently. Research methodology This will analyze questionnaire data using descriptive statistical techniques given to each employee of the Karawang Regency Communication and Information Service. It is hoped that the results can become recommendations for improving employee performance and public services at the Karawang Regency Communication and Information Service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the cryptocurrency market on the performance stock market. It considers IDX Composite as dependent variable while monthly price and volume Bicoin as independent variables and monthly inflation and the Bank Indonesia benchmark interest rate (BI Rate) as controlled variables from January 2018 to May 2024. Applying multiple linear regression model. The results of the study indicate that Bitcoin price has positive impact on the performance of stock market while it notices a negative impact on the same of the volume. Both Inflation and BI Rate also has positive impact on the performance stock. This research provides empirical evidence of the relationship between the cryptocurrency market and the stock market in Indonesia, as well as providing implications for investors, regulators, and academics.
