Abstract

The influence of product quality and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Samudera Mandiri Sentosa Bitung. Department of Business Administration Dua Sudara Bitung College of Business and Management Bitung 2024. Problems regarding the influence of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions at PT. Samudra Mandiri Sentosa in Bitung City. This research aims to see the influence. The population of this research is all consumers of PT. Samudera Mandiri Sentosa and samples were taken from 50 consumers. This research is quantitative research. This research data uses a questionnaire which is calculated using prerequisite tests and statistical tests. The results of this research concluded: there is an influence on product quality, brand image and consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the financial reports in the Indosukma cooperative, so that the financial reports become relevant. Data was obtained by conducting interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is to describe research data and analyze financial reports at the Indo Sukma Employee Cooperative PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur. The research results show that in general the Indo Sukma Employee Cooperative PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk has implemented Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 27 in its financial reports. Based on the analysis and evaluation carried out, it turns out that PSAK No. 27 in Indosukma employee cooperatives has not been implemented properly, such as not presenting members' economic promotion reports, not presenting estimates of cooperative burdens.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the quality of government financial report information at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency (BKAD). The factors studied include human resource competence, internal control, information technology utilization, and accounting understanding. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to BKAD employees and analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results of the study show that all the factors studied have a significant influence on the quality of financial statement information. These findings emphasize the importance of improving human resource competence, effective internal control, optimal use of information technology, and a good understanding of accounting in order to produce quality financial reports.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the influence of aesthetic labor on positive emotions at Saung Labuan Sundai Resort. This type of research is quantitative with a causal associative form. The study was conducted at Labuan Sundai Resort. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of aesthetic labor on positive emotions at Saung Labuan Sundai Resort. The population in the study was 2,070 people taking a sample of 94 respondents. Data collection through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Using descriptive analysis and interval class score classification through the SPSS program version 26.00 based on the results of the study, it is known that the overall indicator data with a result of 102.94 is categorized as very good. The aesthetic nature indicator with a result of 12.84 is categorized as very good. The aesthetic requirements indicator 21.69 is categorized as very good. The service encounter indicator 16.94 is categorized as very good. The happiness indicator 10.88 is categorized as sufficient. The satisfaction indicator 14.52 is categorized as sufficient. The love and affection indicator 10.75 is categorized as sufficient. The interest indicator 15.37 is categorized as good. The results of the study also showed a significant influence of aesthetic labor (X) on positive emotion (Y). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.778 indicates that these variables explain 77.8% of positive emotion, while the remaining 21.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in the study. Furthermore, the F value of 326.449 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 indicates a strong relationship between variables.s.

Abstract

Melania Pademangan Nursing Home is a nursing home that cares for non-independent elderly. This research aims to analyze the influence of price and service quality on the satisfaction of non-independent elderly families at the Melania Pademangan nursing home, North Jakarta. The sample in this study was 36 respondents using saturated sampling techniques, the entire population in this study was used as the research sample. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method with a Likert scale. Based on the results of this research, the price variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on elderly family satisfaction (Y). The calculation results show that tcount > ttable (2.269 > 1.692) with a significance level of 0.030 < 0.05. The service quality variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on elderly family satisfaction (Y). This is shown from the calculation results of tcount > ttable (6.127>1.692) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, the price variable (X1) and the service quality variable (X2) have a positive and significant influence on elderly family satisfaction (Y). This was obtained from the calculation results of Fcount of 62,550 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount > Ftable (62.550 > 3.28). The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained an R Square of 0.791 or 79.1% influenced by the price variable (X1) and the service quality variable (X2) while the remaining 20.9% (100%-79.1%) was influenced by the variable other independent items not examined in this study.

Abstract

Leaders can influence individuals or groups to achieve goals. If most of the employees' needs are not met, managers must be able to adjust their leadership style and know how to identify and adapt to changes in employees' needs. Otherwise, employees will not have good prospects in the organizational world. Millennial leaders, who are mostly members of an organization or team, are driven by the millennial generation and face more complex challenges. Because they value freedom, flexibility, open communication, supervisors and colleagues, and the use of technology, millennials are more difficult to retain within a company. The aim of this research is to determine whether adaptive leadership styles are effective in managing the current millennial generation. This study is qualitative and uses data analysis methods in a literature review. The goal is to discover and examine effective leadership styles and techniques for millennials. The results indicate that adaptive leadership approaches are beneficial as they help individuals overcome difficulties and adapt to changes. However, adaptive management theory also has its weaknesses. For instance, it is unclear how the key components of the adaptation process work and how these relationships support the adaptation process. According to Rainer Turangan (2015), a good leader should be able to adapt to uncertain future conditions, work across countries and cultures, and create a creative environment.

The emergence of digitalization in marketing presents opportunities and changes to large, medium and small business actors. Implementing digitalization in marketing accompanied by creating and determining digital strategies marketing. A digital marketing strategy is a marketing plan or activity who use digital media, such as the internet or online marketing, to achieve marketing goals and expand consumer reach. Strategy digital marketing is the right choice for SMEs/MSMEs, incl TumblrIn, marketing products and carrying out promotions. Research purposes This is to find out how to determine a digital marketing strategy, implementation and results of the impact of determining a digital marketing strategy on TumblrIn Store. In this research, quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods were used used to provide a deeper picture and understanding comprehensive approach to the phenomenon under study. Additionally, for collection data, the researcher used observation and documentation techniques from the final assignment project which is the final assignment for graduation after taking part Merdeka Campus Certified Independent Study program at PT. Nurul Fikri Create Innovation. The research results show that digital strategy marketing on TumblrIn has been determined using SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning), and Marketing mix. Implementation of digital marketing strategies in TumblrIn has been doing quite well and achieved several goals. Utilization online media in digital marketing strategies has also been successful quite a lot of traffic, although not all online media get the same amount of traffic. However, the amount of traffic has exceeded initial targets can be converted into potential customers.).

Abstract

Financial Technology Peer to Peer (P2R) company continues to grow. However, in its implementation there are still shortcomings, especially related to service quality, customer value, and customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of PT. Stanford Teknologi Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative with a research sample of 97 respondents with the Cochran formula, and the analysis used is multiple linear regression. From the results of this study, service quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) obtained t count> t table (5.413> 1.988) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05 which means that service quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Customer value (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) from the calculation of t count> t table (2.323> 1.988) and a significance of 0.019 <0.05 which means that customer value (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Simultaneously, service quality (X1) and customer value (X2) have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) from F count > F table (7.878 > 2.460) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the determination coefficient obtained R Square 75.9%. influenced by service quality (X1) and customer value (X2) while the remaining 24.1% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work-life balance, reward and supervision on work discipline. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling with a sample of 40 respondents. The data in this study was collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests, correlation coefficients, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests (t-tests). This study uses the IBM SPSS application version 25. The study results show that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of PT Kharisma Auto Kreasi Permai employees in Tangerang City. Rewards do not have a significant effect on the work discipline of PT Kharisma Auto Kreasi Permai employees in Tangerang City. Supervision has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of PT Kharisma Auto Kreasi Permai employees in Tangerang City. The conclusion of this study shows that work life balance and supervision have a positive and significant effect on work discipline, while rewards do not have a significant effect on work discipline.
