Abstract

The newfound enthusiasm for online shopping has currently transformed the societal paradigm of shopping. Previously, individuals had to visit sellers in person before acquiring the desired items through conventional methods. One of the E-Commerce platforms used by the Indonesian society is the Shopee shopping application. With the Shopee platform, Indonesian consumers have the flexibility to shop anytime and anywhere, with a diverse range of product choices without needing to visit sellers directly. This makes it easier for Indonesian consumers to generate purchase intention. The aim of this study is to delve deeper into promotional strategies that can induce purchase intention among consumers, thereby enabling Shopee to maintain its position stability in the market. The sample in this study consists of 155 respondent selected using purposive sampling technique. Subsequently, the data were processed using multiple regression analysis methods. The results obtained from the testing indicate that, partially, price, promotion, and trust have a positive influence on purchase intention.

Abstract

Employee productivity is one of the determining factors for the company's success in achieving its goals. Proper leadership implementation can increase employee productivity, especially in the banking sector. A leader in the banking sector must be able to unite perceptions (perspectives) in every element of the company, both employees and leaders of institutions in an effort to achieve the goals of financial institutions. This can be seen from the leadership style applied to one of the banking institutions in Indonesia, namely PT. State Savings Bank Jombang Sharia Sub-Branch Office. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how to implement the leadership model at PT. BANK BTN KCP Syariah Jombang in relation to increasing employee productivity. This study uses the literature review method. Based on the results of literature studies, it can be seen that the leadership model at PT. BANK BTN KCP Syariah Jombang implemented is a democratic, charismatic, and transformational leadership model. Leadership plays an important role in employee productivity. Abstract

Media marketing channels are developing very rapidly in the current era. Conventional marketing is becoming digital marketing, a good innovation in promoting a product or service. To win competition in the era of digital transformation, business people must be able to adapt. One digital marketing strategy is a promising option and has the opportunity to reach a wider market. The research was conducted on Instagram @osaka_organizer. This research aims to find out how the role of digital marketing can increase purchasing interest. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method involving direct observation and interviews. Studies show that Osaka Organizers' digital marketing strategy to increase consumer buying interest via Instagram has a positive impact.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Transaction Convenience variable on Repurchase Intention with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable among Students using Mobile Commerce at the State Islamic University of Raden Intan Lampung and to see whether Students using Mobile Commerce have an influence on Transaction Convenience on Mobile Commerce, and whether their Intention Repurchasing will have an effect on Transaction Convenience through Customer Satisfaction. This type of research is a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is a process of finding knowledge that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to analyze information about what you want to know. The sampling technique in this research uses data collection techniques: Library Research and Questionnaires. The research results used a partial hypothesis test (t test) which showed that the Transaction Convenience value had a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Transaction Convenience. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

In this life we ​​cannot be separated from communication. In a company, every employee needs to communicate. Communication can influence employee performance. Good communication can make an employee's performance good and conversely bad communication can make an employee's performance bad. The purpose of writing this scientific work is to determine the relationship between communication and the performance of Fior Lotus employees and to determine the influence of communication on the performance of Fior Lotus employees. Fior Lotus itself is a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) in the Ciomas area, Bogor Regency. Fior Lotus uses Shopee to sell its products. They have around 76,100 followers on Shopee. In an average day they sell 300 - 400 pairs of shoes The research used used qualitative methods. Meanwhile data collection was carried out using the interview method. From the data obtained after conducting interviews, the author found that communication is positively related or has a relationship with the performance of Fior Lotus employees and communication has a great influence on their performance which is characterized by their increasing productivity.

Abstract

In its development, the MSME sector is often faced with various problems caused by external factors. External constraints relate to access to sources of financing and a business climate that is less conducive to the development of small businesses, because so far it seems that various policies are more in favor of the large business sector, so that the various facilities provided by the government are mostly enjoyed by the large business sector. This research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research used probability sampling with a simple random sampling method, the total sample was 97 MSME actors. Partially (T test) shows that the External Environment has a positive and significant influence on MSME Performance, Strategic Planning does not significantly influence MSME Performance, simultaneously (F test) it appears that the External Environment and Strategic Planning have a positive and significant influence on MSME Performance, and in an Islamic business perspective, External Environment and Strategic Planning consider ethical values ​​and sharia principles

Abstract

The economic sector is currently experiencing rapid development, including the informal business sector that aims to fulfil the needs of life. Street vendors (PKL) are included in this sector with small capital and businesses that are private or group, utilising the crowd. Along with economic development, competition among street vendors is getting tighter, including in the Wirabraja canteen field, Bukittinggi, the majority of which are engaged in the culinary sector and children's entertainment. This study aims to determine the strategies to increase income and the obstacles faced by street vendors using Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis. This research is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that Wirabraja canteen field vendors already know the strategy of increasing income and overcoming natural obstacles such as weather by bringing their own equipment. Income generation strategies are analysed through two important elements of BMC, namely Customer Segments and Customer Relationships.

Abstract

This study investigates the perception of the public's perception of cashless transactions, the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) by Bank Indonesia, and the impact of QRIS on the volume of cashless transactions as well as the challenges and opportunities for its development. volume of non-cash transactions as well as challenges and opportunities for its development. Methods qualitative method with a literature research approach was used. Data and information were collected from various reliable sources, such as scientific journals, books, and relevant articles. The results show that the implementation of QRIS has increased the adoption of cashless transactions, especially in 2022. This helps MSMEs as it speeds up their operations and expands their customer base. their customer base. However, infrastructure issues, uneven digital literacy, and security threats such as uneven digital literacy, and security threats such as fake QR code scams are the challenges faced. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the comparison of school committee financial reports at SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek in the 2022/2023 academic year with the previous year. This research is a comparative research with data collection methods through interviews, observation and document analysis. The results showed1) The similarity in the report is the report column model used. 2) The difference is in the report writing of each activity. In the committee's financial report for the 2022/2023 academic year, the writing is inconsistent. Sometimes it is written with budget details per activity, sometimes it is written in general terms. There were even several activities whose reports were put together by only writing one activity, while in the previous year's committee financial report, the report writing seemed more consistent with the breakdown of funds per activity, 3) The writing of committee financial reports needs improvement.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing and product quality on consumer satisfaction in culinary businesses in Metro City, Lampung Province. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is consumers who have visited and carry out culinary product purchase transactions. The sample used in this research was 100 female respondents taken using purposive sampling, Meanwhile, the data collection procedure was carried out using field studies include interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. The research results obtained were analyzed with statistical tools using the smartPLS program, shows that digital marketing and product quality have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.
