Humans are an important asset in a company or organization, without someone's vision it is impossible for a company or organization to develop its vision and mission. Quality employees will play an important role in supporting the development and movement of the organization and play an important role in the organization's efforts to achieve its goals and mission. In the workplace, employee performance is very important for the success of the organization. Factors such as motivation and work environment play a very important role. Many studies have been conducted to examine the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. BVI Visitor Handling section either partially or simultaneously. The type of research used in this thesis is quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 39 employees using saturated sampling techniques. The data collection methods used were observation, questionnaires and literature study. The analysis used was data quality testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test, hypothesis testing (T test and F test), and coefficient of determination test with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. Based on the results obtained, motivation and work environment significantly affects employee performance both partially and simultaneously.

The main aspect that needs to be considered by organizations or companies to achieve their goals is the HR aspect. Therefore, companies need to pay more attention to employee performance to be even better, especially in terms of recruitment and job training. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and job training on employee performance at PT. Inasentra Unisatya. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection methods in this study are interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT. Inasentra Unisatya in the field of personnel as many as 53 employees. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample with a sample size of 53 respondents. The data analysis techniques used were data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient testing processed using the SPSS version 25.0 application. The results of this study indicate that partially recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partial job training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously recruitment and job training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Business activities are basically carried out with the aim of obtaining maximum profits to maintain the company's existence amidst competition. Therefore, companies must be more innovative in providing product quality and good service quality to their customers so that they can provide customer satisfaction and the company can be superior to other companies. This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. X. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection methods in this research are interviews, questionnaires (Google Form), and literature study. The population in this research are customers of PT. X. The sampling technique used was quota sampling with a sample size of 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS version 25.0 application. The results of this research indicate that partially product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, product quality and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine how workload and work environment affect employee performance at the Medan Satria Subdistrict Office, Bekasi City. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 49 respondents with the sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. Data collection using primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique uses the help of SPSS 25.00 by conducting data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results showed that partially workload affects employee performance, partially work environment affects employee performance and simultaneously workload and work environment affect employee performance Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test indicate that workload and work environment have an influence on employee performance by 40% and the remaining 60% is influenced by,other variables not examined in this study.

PT.XXX is one of the companies in cikarang engaged in Electrical Supply and Maintenance Service that has many projects in various regions of Indonesia. To be able to know what influences can affect the resulting performance. Then the company also needs to know whether the motivation that has been given has an effect on performance and whether work discipline is prioritized in carrying out work. The research method used is a quantitative statistical method by doing reset and questionnaires to collect data. In this writing using analytical techniques consisting of several multicollinearity test that get the value of 2.286 < 10 which means that the regression model does not occur multicollinearity problem, Hetereskeasticity test that produces images with point spread which means that the regression model can be used, normality test that produces the value of sig 0.127 > 0.05 which shows that normality is met. Multiple Linear regression test results in the value of Y=11.916 – 0.002 + 0.571 which shows that motivation and discipline are constant motivation variable if having an increase of 1 will decrease by -0.002 in the discipline variable will increase by 0.571, the T test shows that motivation does not affect performance while discipline affects performance, the F test shows that the independent variable together affect the dependent variable, the coefficient of determination test shows that the value of R 0.599 which means it is quite strong and the value of R square is 0.359 which shows that 35.9% is influenced by motivation and discipline.

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Pesona Dukcapil website as an online civil administration service in Bangka Regency from both public and operator perspectives. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method involving observation, interviews, and open-ended questionnaires. Findings indicate that most residents find the website helpful in terms of accessibility, service speed, information completeness, and service quality. Despite internet access challenges in some areas, overall user satisfaction remains high. From the operator's perspective, the website facilitates document management, improves productivity, and offers strong technical support. In conclusion, Pesona Dukcapil has proven effective in facilitating civil administration in the digital era and can serve as a model for efficient public service development.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee performance at PT Timah Tbk Representative Jakarta. The method used in this study is quantitative. The sampling using saturated samples with a total sample of 75 people. Research Data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. The results showed that the value of the coefficient of determination obtained by 0.546 or 54.6% and the rest is influenced by other factors that were not studied. Partial testing (t test) of work discipline on employee performance found the results of t-count > t-Table is equal to 6.051 > 1.993 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. While the work stress on the performance of employees found the results of t-count > t-table is equal to 3.383 > 1.993 with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. Based on these results, both the first hypothesis and the second hypothesis explain partially that each variable is proven to have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Simultaneous hypothesis testing (test F) found the results of F-count > F-table is equal to 43.320 > 3.124 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The multiple linear regression analysis found the value of the equation Y = 11.416 + 0.438 X1 + 0.270 X2. Based on these results, it means that work discipline and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Timah Tbk, representative of Jakarta

This research examines the impact of development on teacher performance, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable at SMK Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi. The approach used in this research is quantitative, and data collection was done through questionnaires from 58 teachers. The findings indicate that development has a positive impact on teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Job satisfaction also plays a significant role in enhancing teacher performance. This study showed that with proper designs, the development programs improve job satisfaction and motivational levels among the teachers. Development of training, adequate reward, and appropriate job variation may improve the state of affairs for increasing satisfaction and teacher productivity. All this was hoped to become inputs into the human resource management aspect of educational institutions.

This study aims to analyze the impact of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Mie Gacoan Cikarang. The identified problem in this study is how these two factors influence customer experience and loyalty to the restaurant. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, where data was collected through in-depth interviews with customers and direct observations at the location. Based on the analysis, product quality, including taste, texture, and consistency, has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, with 80% of respondents expressing satisfaction with the products offered. Additionally, service quality, which includes speed, efficiency, and staff friendliness, also plays an important role in creating a positive experience for customers. The results of this study indicate that improving both product and service quality directly contributes to customer satisfaction and has the potential to increase customer loyalty. These findings provide recommendations for Mie Gacoan Cikarang management to maintain and enhance product and service quality in order to strengthen customer attraction and loyalty.

Effective recruits are key in human resource management (human resources) to achieving organizational goals. Good recruitment strategies not only attract qualified candidates but also ensure compliance between the needs of the company and the competence of prospective employees. The main focus lies in the importance of building strong branding to attract high-quality candidates. Moreover, the experience of the candidate during the recruiting process is important, where positive interaction can enhance the image of the company in the eyes of prospective employees. This research aims to explore and analyze effective recruiting strategies in human resource management. In a context of growing competition in the labor market, organizations need to adopt innovative recruiting methods to attract quality talents. The qualitative approach is used to further the best practices and challenges faced in the recruiting process. Data is collected through analysis of literature from credible sources. Research shows that the use of technology, such as digital platforms and social media, and an emphasis on organizational culture, is essential to attracting appropriate candidates. It is hoped that these findings may provide a guide to the company in formulating an adaptive and sustainable recruitment strategy, in support of the organization's growth and success.
