Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service and product quality on the level of customer satisfaction of PT. Bank BRI KC Balikpapan Sudirman. Using a survey-based quantitative approach, this research involved 30 respondents as samples. The data obtained was analyzed using the multiple linear regression method using SPSS version 26 software. The research results show that service quality and product quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The regression coefficient for service quality was recorded at 0.313 with a significance level of 0.020, while the regression coefficient for product quality was 0.493 with a significance level of <0.001. The R Square value obtained is 0.537, indicating that 53.7% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by these two variables, while the other 46.3% is influenced by factors outside this research model. These results confirm that product quality has a more dominant influence on customer satisfaction than service quality. Therefore, banks are advised to continue to innovate in developing product features and improving service quality through regular training for employees. This research provides a practical contribution to the banking sector in an effort to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Globalization and increasing competition cause companies to compete with each other to get the attention of consumers, so that companies are required to be innovative and creative in responding to various changes in the dynamic environment. The main objectives of this study are to determine and analyze the significant influence between Product Quality and Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction on Nike Basketball Shoes. This research was a quantitive research using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for analytics. The sampling technique used was using accidental sampling techniques. Online questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents in a population of Malang City who were a student, self employed and coach as main job. The results of this study indicate that the higher the Product Quality and Brand Image, the higher the Customer Satisfaction. Each variable partially affects Customer Satisfaction and shows that Product Quality and Brand Image variables affects Customer Satisfaction. It also shows that Product Quality  and Brand Image simultaneously have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Product Quality and Brand Image variables have effects on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the application of the balanced scorecard method as a benchmark for performance measurement at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya. The research method used is a qualitative method, because this study does not aim to prove a hypothesis but rather aims to reveal facts and circumstances that occur at the time of the study. From the results of the discussion, it shows that the balanced scorecard method translates performance measures that have four indicators, namely in the financial perspective shows fluctuating numbers, the customer perspective shows good results, the internal business process perspective shows that the company has carried out an innovation process such as the concept of making furniture following current developments, the growth and learning perspective shows good company performance conditions because it can improve the quality of its employees. From the discussion above, it can be concluded that the use of the balanced scorecard method can be used as a benchmark for the success of a company. In order to be applied properly to the company, improvement efforts are needed both internally and externally.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) have an important role in boosting the regional economy, including in Karawang City. One of the MSMEs that attracted attention was Sultan Smoothies, which focuses on selling healthy drinks made from fresh fruits. This research aims to identify the availability of competent workforce, analyze business capital management, evaluate raw material management, and examine marketing strategies applied to support business operations optimally. The location of the research was determined deliberately. Sunday, December 8, 2024. The place is on Jl. HS Ronggo Waluyo, Sukaharja Teluk Jambe Timur, Karawang Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a study approach. Data analysis was carried out throughout this study and was carried out continuously from the beginning to the end of the study. This research process is in the form of a cycle including data collection, data display, data reduction, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the smoothies business run by Muhammad Rizal is an inspiring example of young entrepreneurs who dare to take risks to achieve financial independence. Despite facing various challenges, he was able to persevere and devise strategies for long-term growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of liquidity and the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles in increasing company value. Using the literature review method, this study identifies the results of previous studies related to the relationship between liquidity, GCG implementation, and company value. The results of the literature show that good liquidity provides financial stability for the company, while the implementation of GCG principles, such as transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness, can increase investor confidence. The synergy between optimal liquidity and effective GCG implementation has a significant impact on increasing company value.

Abstract

The era of globalization requires organizations to increase competitiveness through the improvement of human resources (HR). The factor of increasing human resources is job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is an important element needed by employees, so position analysis is one of the determinants of job satisfaction. This study aims to find out the relationship between job analysis and employee job satisfaction. Used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to review 10 relevant scientific articles and journals from the last five years. The results of the study show that job title analysis has a significant influence on job satisfaction. The placement of employees according to their competencies increases work comfort and productivity. In addition, job satisfaction is also influenced by other factors, such as organizational culture, training, and leadership style. This research provides insight for organizations in managing human resources, especially through the application of effective position analysis.

Abstract

This article analyzes the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in reducing unemployment in Indonesia. This article uses a literature study method with a qualitative approach, data is collected from various sources to analyze the contribution of MSMEs to employment and economic growth. Results show that MSMEs supply more than 60% of employment, but face challenges such as limited skills and infrastructure. Government support, including digitization policies and training, is crucial to improve MSME competitiveness. The conclusion of this article emphasizes that digitalization and strengthening business networks are key to strengthening the position of MSMEs, which in turn can have a positive impact on the economy and community welfare.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the economy of Medan City, making a major contribution to job creation and increasing people’s income. This research aims to examine the role of MSMEs in economic development at the local level, the challenges they face, and the opportunities available, with a focus on how MSMEs in Medan adapt to the rapid digital technology advancements. Based on the theories of economic growth, sustainable development, and financial access, the findings indicate that MSMEs in Medan not only contribute to the Regional Gross Domestic Product (PDRB) and employment absorption but also strengthen the stability of the city's economy. While MSMEs have significant opportunities, they face challenges such as rising prices and the need to adopt digital technology for marketing their products. To support the growth of MSMEs, several policy recommendations include improving access to finance, developing infrastructure, enhancing skills training, and facilitating market access through digital platforms. Overall, MSMEs in Medan are a key pillar of the local economy, with growth potential that continues to expand as they adapt to technology and receive appropriate government support.

Abstract

This study aims to see the Effect of Training on Teacher Performance with Employee Engagement as an Intervening Variable at MAN Insan Cendekia Jambi. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses Descriptive Analysis Techniques using SmartPLS software as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that Training has a significant positive effect on MAN Insan Cendekia Jambi Teacher Performance. Training has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement. Employee Engagement has a significant positive effect on Teacher Performance. Training has a significant positive effect on Teacher Performance through Employee Engagement as an intervening variable. Suggestions in this study: teacher performance variables to be more skilled in completing each job and must also have ideas that can solve problems in schools. The principal recommends that the training that has been programmed can be carried out properly to all existing teachers and the training carried out is in accordance with the teachers' areas of expertise so that the results of the training are more optimal and the teachers continue to develop and have better competence. Employee Engagement Variables are recommended by schools in providing support to teachers, namely by providing a comfortable and conducive work environment, clear communication, giving appreciation to teachers, and existing policies that are not focused on one party.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, democratic leadership, and conflict on employee performance at Phia Deva Yogyakarta. The research employs a quantitative approach using survey methods and questionnaires as data collection instruments. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample consisting of 30 respondents, representing the total number of employees. Data analysis was conducted using simple and multiple regression techniques to assess the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The method employed is quantitative survey research. The results of the F-test indicate that organizational culture, democratic leadership style, and conflict simultaneously have a significant positive influence on employee performance at Phia Deva Yogyakarta. The significance value (F statistic) of 0.000 is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, and the F statistic value is greater than the F table value (35.527 > 2.91). This demonstrates that organizational culture, democratic leadership style, and conflict collectively have a significant positive effect on employee performance at Phia Deva Yogyakarta. The results of the determination coefficient test (R2) or R Square are 0.804 or 80.4%, indicating that organizational culture (X1), democratic leadership (X2), and conflict (X3) collectively explain 80.4% of the variability in employee performance (Y), while the remaining 19.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
