<![CDATA[By implementing the case tracking information system at the Special Class 1A Sidoarjo District Court, institutions can meet their demands for a fast judicial process as the world of justice continues to develop. Likewise with the case tracking information system implemented at the Special Class 1A Sidoarjo District Court. This information system is a website-based information system that can be accessed locally by internal courts. The aim of the research is to determine the level of satisfaction of SIPP users using the end-user satisfaction computing model approach which has been modified by Aggelidis & Chatzoglou and what factors of end-user computing satisfaction influence user satisfaction. The method in this research was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents. The results of the research were that the level of satisfaction of SIPP users was 6% very satisfied, 81% felt satisfied, 12% felt neutral, 1% felt dissatisfied, 0% felt very dissatisfied. The results of the analysis obtained an R-square value of 79.1%, which states that information quality, system quality and support in sourcing have a positive and significant effect on overall satisfaction. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of the work ethic and work stress variables on the performance of production employees at PR Alaina Tulungagung. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the research was 60 respondents in production at PR Alaina Tulungagung. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 10.814 + 0.45X1 + 0.811X2 Work stress has a partially significant effect on employee performance, with a sig. 0.001 > 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that work ethic and work stress have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of production employees at PR Alaina Tulungagung.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was aimed at determining the effect of service quality and consumer satisfaction on the Shopee e-commerce application in the city of Solo Raya. The sample in this research is people who have made online purchases via the Shopee e-commerce application. In this research, data was collected by distributing questionnaires online to 100 respondents, all of whom were residents of Solo Raaya City. The variables used in this research are the service quality variable as the independent variable (X) and Customer Satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The analysis in this research is data instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (simple regression analysis, f test, and partial test (t test)). The results of the tests that have been carried out are that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction for users of the Shopee e-commerce application.]]>

<![CDATA[Perubahan dalam pola komsumsi masyarakat dan persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat mendorong perlunya inovasi dalam industri kuliner. Penelitian ini menggali proses perubahan dari aspek manajemen, startegi adaptasi, dan ilplementasi inovasi untuk memperkuat dan memperluas jangkauan pondok ikan bakar dalam proses pasar yang berkembang. Metode kualitati f yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari pemilik usaha, pelanggan, dan analisi industri, memberikan wawasan mendalam tentnag bagaimana manajemen perubahan di gunakan untuk memperkuat pondok ikan bakar di tengah dinamika pasar. Hasil menunjukan bahwa penerapan strategi perubahan yang tepat mampu menigkatkan daya saing dan keberlangsungan usaha pondok ikan bakar dalam menghadapi perubahan pasar yang cepat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pemilik usaha kuliner dalam mengelolah perubahan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan pertumbuhan usaha mereka.]]>

<![CDATA[PT Angkasa Pura I provided operational support to better the passenger time with self check-in. Self check-in is a service system that allows passengers for self check to reduce queues Check-In Counter. The study aims to understand significantly the impact and influence of the effectiveness of the use of the self check-in machine on the passenger satisfaction of the citilink airline at Yogyakarta International Airport. The research is a quantitative using primary data of the survey (questionnaire) and observation in its collection. The sample in this research uses a nonsampling technique type adhesive with the slovin formula gets 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques for analyzing this research are instrument tests, classic assumptions test, simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research suggest that the effectiveness of the use of the self check-in engine has significantly affected the passenger satisfaction greater than t table (21.756 > 1.660), which means h0 was rejected and ha received. The effectiveness of the use of the self check-in machine to affect passenger complacency by 82.8% while the remaining 172% are affected by variables or other factors not used in the research.]]>

This period is sensitive period, during this period the children specifically receptive stimulating from the environment. At this time the children is ready doing various activity in order to understanding and mastering the environment. The gold age is period where the children start to receive various stimulation and various education efforts from their environment both intentional or unintentional. At this sensitive period occurred maturation of physical and psychic function so that ready to response and realite all development task which be expected appear at their pattern of behavior in daily. The education at childhood basically encompass all efforts and action which do educatiors and parents in treatment process, nurture, and education at children with creates an aura and the environment where the children able to explore experience which give chance to them to knowing and understand study experience which obtaining from environment, through observing, imitating, and experimenting which takes place repeatedly and involve all potential and child intelligence.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the performance of government procurement of goods and services using the Balanced Scorecard approach. By using the literature or literature study method, a technique for collecting data is by conducting a review study of books, literature, notes and reports that are related to this problem. Based on the research results, it shows that in general, the procurement performance can be considered quite good. Several aspects have been assessed positively. Financial performance shows a high level of budget realization and efficient use of resources. From a customer perspective, the level of customer satisfaction is also quite good, reaching 85%. Meanwhile, from an internal business process perspective, the efficiency of procurement of goods and services reached 95%. From a growth and learning perspective, efforts to improve performance have produced positive results.]]>

In the process, financial literacy can play major role. The aim of this research is to determine financial literacy and its impact on the financial behavior of generation Z in West Bandung Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method. The research results show that financial literacy has a significant impact on financial behavior in financial efficacy, investment knowledge, and debt management.A person’s level of knowledge, especially millennial generation (young people), regarding financial matters will definitely make life easier when making daily financial decisions.
