Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of educational financial management in the aspects of planning, implementation, evaluation and accountability of educational finances at Al-Manar Galur Muhammadiyah Middle School. At Muhammadiyah AL-Manar Galur Middle School, financial management is an urgent matter because education faces obstacles in managing limited funds and budgets. Al-Manar Galur Muhammadiyah Middle School often faces limited financial resources, but has an obligation to improve the facilities and quality of education. Setting the budget in detail and systematically Al-Manar Galur Middle School needs to make arrangements so that every expenditure can be properly accounted for. Good financial management at AL-Manar Galur Middle School can help the institution provide student infrastructure and change education for the better. Managing finances effectively can contribute to increasing the efficiency of using funds, controlling expenses and transparent financial reporting.

Abstract

The purpose of the scientific article entitled "The Influence of the Reward and Punishment System" is to conduct a literature review with the aim of conducting an investigation into the influence of the reward and punishment system on employee performance. In addition, it is very important to formulate hypotheses regarding the influence of each variable that will be used for further research on the topic of sustainability in the field of Human Resource Management. The method used in the process of writing this article is known as qualitative research, which includes library research, drawing from internet sources such as Google Scholar, relevant journals and articles, and the use of the Mendeley application for the compilation of bibliographic references. The following are the conclusions that can be drawn from this article: The performance of employees in the performance of this system is very positive and significant. 2) Employee punishment is better than facing employee performance. 3) the tax and legal system has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Globalization, Challenges, Impact on CV Purchasing Decisions. Mufido Jaya Aluminum in Bekasi. The study method uses qualitative analysis, namely through primary data produced from observation, a data collection method that involves direct observation of certain actions, events or objects. In this era of globalization, business actors are required to be able to compete to maintain the continuity of superior institutions on an ongoing basis, both in the short term and in the long term, which can influence the challenges and impacts of this performance. Therefore, the problems faced in this research are (1) Identifying globalization trends, (2) Identifying challenges to CV. Mufido Jaya, (3) Analyzing the impact of globalization trends on CV business. Mufido Jaya. The results of this research can be concluded that the influence of purchasing decisions is (1) due to meeting consumer needs and tastes, (2) competition from competitors from the same business, (3) due to fluctuating economic conditions in Indonesia.(4) The impact of globalization trends on CV. Abstract

Industrial relations problems are still high, even though they can be overcome by optimizing the role of trade unions in realizing quality industrial relations. The aim of the research is to describe and analyze the role of trade unions in optimizing the quality of industrial relations, the factors that encourage and hinder them, as well as efforts to overcome existing obstacles. HRD informants representing labor unions, management staff and government agencies, were obtained purposively. Data was obtained using interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed qualitatively. Research results: Labor Unions play an optimal role in realizing quality industrial relations; (2) The driving factor is involvement in company, strategic position, communication, and regulation. Inhibiting factors are the quality and quantity of human resources, low worker participation, no cadre formation program, internal conflict, company intimidation, and lack of supervision; and (3) Efforts to overcome inhibiting factors are cadre formation, socialization,solidarity, communication, and supervision

Abstract

Consumers want to be respected throughout the purchasing process until after sales. Service quality is something that is important for the industry to pay attention to because it has an impact on consumers who want to shop. Ease of use, such as ease of navigation and collection of information, makes it easier for consumers to make purchases. Price determines consumers' purchasing decisions. Price determines how consumers search for products and compare prices before making a final decision. This research uses a quantitative approach in its research methodology. The information used in this research is essential information. Main information was collected through an online questionnaire distributed to Shopee consumers in the Greater Solo area via Google Form and distributed via social media platforms. The survey contains questions that are assessed using a Likert Scale of 1 to 5. Data processing uses the SPSS version 25 program. To expect a questionnaire that may not be completed, an example of a decision size is 108 respondents in this review. The results of the findings can be summarized as follows: service quality has a significance value of 0.000<0.05, ease of use has a significance value of 0.042<0.05, and product price has a significance value of 0.000<0.05. As a result, all variables have a significant impact significant impact on consumers' decisions regarding which products to buy. There is a significant impact on the quality of service, ease of use, and price of products available on the Shopee platform.

Abstract

Warehouse is an important part of a company. Warehousing activities must have a good storage system to support the smooth production process and warehousing activities. PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company in the field of paper production that uses 100% recycled paper as its raw material. PT. XYZ has many warehouses needed for production. Stock taking is an activity of physically counting the inventory of goods in the warehouse or production to determine the real or actual quantity owned by the company. Stock taking is important to carry out control, so that the company can monitor and know the assets it owns. By carrying out comprehensive stock taking activities, real stock reports will be obtained which will be used as material for consideration for further development. One of the problems that often occurs in spare part warehouses is a mismatch in the final balance of spare part components between the stock card and the inventory system which occurs continuously. This problem can cause errors in stock taking reports which can result in losses for the company. This research uses the fishbone diagram method. This diagram is often called a cause and effect diagram. This fishbone diagram is used to analyze and look for factors causing problems that have a significant impact on differences in inventory. Human, environmental, material and method factors are factors that cause differences in existing inventory. Human factors such as drowsiness and lack of concentration can also be caused by environmental factors such as lack of air circulation, causing the temperature in the spare parts warehouse to increase. Abstract

Hospitals have various operational activities, including production, marketing and financial recording activities. The concept of operations management is very important for managing hospital operations. Globalization has had an impact on changes in the strategic environment. Globalization has triggered the emergence of competition in various fields. With this competition, every hospital strives and is required to improve the quality and quality of services both in terms of methods and technology used to support services. Quality control must be implemented and maintained properly as a value that has an impact on all aspects of the hospital, one of which is increasing turnover from the business side. A quality management system is an arrangement that ensures the achievement of planned quality goals and objectives in hospital services. To carry out quality hospital services, it is necessary to implement good operational management as a means of supporting high quality hospital services that have value in the point of view of the community. This phenomenon exists, therefore the authors use the scoping review method as a research method. This aims to review previous literature that has explored the quality of hospital services and the implementation of operational management as a means of quality control in hospitals.

Abstract

In communication strategy, the role of the communicator is very important. Communicators are a tool in communication strategies. The communicator will be successful in changing behavior, attitudes and opinions through the attraction mechanism. This happens if the communicant feels comfortable with the communicator and the message conveyed also attracts the communicant. The purpose of this research is to find out how the online marketing communication strategy used by Ammelie Muslim clothing increases brand awareness.The research results show that choosing an online market as a place to carry out transactions is part of the strategy carried out by Ammelie. In increasing brand awareness, apart from the online market as the main place for buying and selling transactions, a physical shop is also provided so that as a brand, it provides added value for Ammelie compared to online shops which do not have physical shops for consumers to visit directly. With the Ammelie Boutique Store, it adds credibility to consumers, so that brand awareness increases.
