Information technology, artificial intelligence and connectivity accelerate business transformation, enabling operational process optimization and real-time access to data for product and service innovation. Developments like the Internet of Things (IoT) provide deep insights into business performance and customer preferences, while artificial intelligence and big data analysis enable more accurate decisions. <![CDATA[BTS fans listen to the song Magic Shop to improve their mood, as a stress reliever, to reduce depression, to reduce pressure, or as a medium for self-healing. In the song Magic Shop, BTS conveys a message through its lyrics about mental health. BTS also invites its fans to show the best in their lives. This research aims to explain the meaning of the song Magic Shop BTS from the communicator aspect through works that stimulate young people to maintain mental health and behave more positively. This research used a constructivist paradigm a qualitative approach by applying the phenomenological method and carrying out observations and literature reviews. The data collection technique was carried out by in-depth interviews. This research refers to the SOR communication theory from Houland et al., where the communicator can provide a stimulus to the organism through his messages to change or adjust its behavior. The research results showed that Magic Shop BTS music has an influence as a means of relaxing oneself, alleviating mental health disorders such as stress, excessive anxiety, fear, and so on.]]>

<![CDATA[This research analyzes the use of Sign Language in the music video "Permission to Dance" by BTS and its impact on the deaf community. BTS integrated Korean Sign Language and International Sign Language into the choreography of this song, with the aim of saying goodbye to Covid-19 and bringing happiness after difficult times. This Sign Language choreography has a message of peace, happiness and unity for everyone, including those with special needs. This music video received appreciation from WHO because it allows people with hearing impairments to enjoy music. This research uses a constructivist paradigm, a qualitative approach with phenomenological and observational methods. Referring to the SOR communication theory from Houland, et al., where the communicator can provide a stimulus through his messages to the organism to change or adjust its behavior. Analysis of reactions from social media users shows that this music video is very liked and touching, especially by people with hearing loss. From the research results, it was concluded that the BTS music video "Permission To Dance" with Sign Language choreography had a positive impact on people with hearing impairments or hearing impairments.]]>

<![CDATA[Social media has a significant role in human life, especially among young people such as Generation Z, who were born between 1996 and 2010. The use of social media greatly influences generation Z's daily activities. This journal explores the role of social media in generation Z communication dynamics through a qualitative research apprsoach. In an effort to understand how generation Z uses and interacts with social media, this research explores the complexity of experiences, views and identity construction formed through digital platforms. With a focus on interaction and interpretation, qualitative methodology was used to analyze data obtained from in-depth interviews, observations, and social media content analysis. The research results illustrate that social media is not only a communication tool but also an arena where generation Z builds and expresses their identity, values and communication patterns. These findings provide deep insight into how generation Z understands, responds to, and shapes their communication environment through social media use, highlighting the importance of social constructs in shaping their communication experiences.]]>

<![CDATA[Mandarin proficiency is an essential 21st-century skill. However, current instructional materials and partnerships with DUDI must be improved to develop students' practical communication abilities. This article analyzes the Business and Industrial World (DUDI) relevance by improving Mandarin communication skills for vocational high school students to enhance their employability. Literature reviews of data from the Central Statistics Agency and analysis of government regulations were conducted to formulate a conceptual framework. The framework underlines the need for a competency-based curriculum, contextual teaching materials, and collaborative training programs between schools and companies in the field of Mandarin language. Students' listening and speaking abilities need particular improvement to meet professional communication demands. On the other hand, collaboration between SMK and DUDI has been minimal, mostly limited to internship programs without substantive cooperation in curriculum or materials development. DUDI plays a vital role in formulating competency standards tailored to industry needs. The materials should be competency-based and interactive and encourage active communication skills. Trials of such tailor-made curricula have confirmed improved language performance in class. This model needs to be expanded to more SMK nationwide. Thus, increased synergy in customizing Mandarin training to DUDI requirements promises to bolster the competitiveness and absorption of graduates. This will ultimately support national economic productivity through better-skilled human resources.]]>

To be able to carry out effective and efficient character education, good character education management is needed. <![CDATA[The background of this study is to dive deeper into the management of inclusive schools as well as to understand how school management programs can be effectively implemented and their impact on the learning quality of children with learning difficulties. This study aims to describe and analyze how the management process in inclusive schools can help improve the learning quality of children with learning difficulties. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a literature study approach. The results of this study indicate that inclusive schools are institutions that provide educational services for all students, including those with special needs, in the same learning environment. Inclusive schools aim to provide opportunities for children with special needs to optimize their respective potentials through a quality learning process. To achieve this goal, there is a need for effective implementation of inclusive school management. The implementation of inclusive school management has an impact on the learning quality of students with learning difficulties.]]>
