Abstract

Jurnal ini menganalisis tata kelola antrean di area Passenger On Ticket System di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Boyolali. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaturan alur antrean di area POTS dan juga bagaimana mengatasi kepadatan antrean di area tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung terhadap alur penumpang di area POTS, wawancara dengan petugas Terminal Service Officer (TSO) di Bandara Adi Soemarmo, serta dokumentasi berupa foto, data jumlah penumpang, dan referensi dokumen pendukung lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan antrean di area POTS masih mengalami kendala, ditandai dengan antrean panjang dan terganggunya kenyamanan penumpang domestik saat terjadi kepadatan penumpang umroh. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi berupa pemisahan jalur antrean antara penumpang domestik dan umroh serta penerapan pola antrean zig-zag dengan penambahan queue line. Kesimpulannya, pengaturan alur antrean di area POTS masih mengalami kepadatan. Dengan penerapan strategi tersebut, diharapkan kualitas pelayanan dan kenyamanan penumpang di area POTS dapat meningkat, serta mengurangi risiko keterlambatan pada jam-jam sibuk.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the aviation industry has increased the complexity of airport security systems, especially in restricted airside areas. One critical point is Checkpoint 2 at the cargo terminal of Minangkabau International Airport, where manual screening by Aviation Security (Avsec) officers persists without optimal use of supporting equipment such as X-Ray, WTMD, and HHMD. This study aims to identify hazard potentials arising from deviations from the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and to evaluate the effectiveness of screening technologies. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation during On the Job Training. Findings reveal that incomplete manual inspections, insufficient personnel, and the non-operational status of security equipment create significant security gaps that threaten flight safety and increase insider threat risks. The study recommends immediate technical verification of security tools, SOP retraining, and staff reinforcement to ensure standardized and effective screening processes. These findings contribute to the development of strategic improvements in air cargo area security.

Abstract

The aviation industry is experiencing rapid growth, demanding enhanced safety standards, particularly in airport airside operational supervision. This study aims to analyze the performance of Apron Movement Control (AMC) in monitoring Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and to evaluate the role of the General Manager as Single Accountable in ensuring aviation safety at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport, Lombok. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method using observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that AMC has routinely conducted supervision through Random Ramp Checks; however, violations of GSE feasibility standards such as oil leaks, malfunctioning indicator lights, and expired fire extinguishers are still found. These findings reveal that AMC's supervision is not yet optimal in ensuring GSE operational eligibility. Furthermore, the General Manager’s role as Single Accountable has not been effectively realized due to weak enforcement following AMC’s reports. The study concludes that GSE supervision effectiveness can be improved if AMC’s operational supervision is supported by the firm enforcement of operational discipline by the General Manager as the sole party responsible for aviation safety.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non‑Performing Loan (NPL), and the Operational Expense to Operational Income Ratio (BOPO) on Return on Assets (ROA) in financing companies in Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data sourced from 11 financing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis is conducted using multiple regression methods, including descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination calculations, and hypothesis testing to evaluate the influence of NIM, NPL, and BOPO on ROA. The analysis results show that Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non‑Performing Loan (NPL), and the Operational Expense to Operational Income Ratio (BOPO) have a significant impact, both partially and collectively, on Return on Assets (ROA). The coefficient of determination (R‑Square) value of 81.2% indicates that these three variables provide a strong contribution in explaining the variation in ROA among financing companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Menulis puisi bukan hanya melibatkan aspek kognitif tetapi juga afektif karena harus menuangkan perasaan, imajinasi, gagasan secara simbolik dan ekspresif melalui bahasa yang padat dan bermakna. Berbagai macam model pembelajaran tentu dipergunakan oleh guru, termasuk model picture and picture. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh penerapan pendekatan visual berupa model pembelajaran picture and picture terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi siswa dan mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan model ini di jenjang Sekolah Dasar dan Menengah. Meta-Analisis digunakan untuk menelaah 14 artikel ilmiah sesuai dengan fokus yang ingin diteliti. Data dianalisis secara statistika berdasarkan indikator jenjang pendidikan dan effect size penggunaan model tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa prapenerapan dan sesudah penerapan model picture and picture dari 61,158% menjadi 84,056% dengan hasil paired sample test diperoleh nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan hasil analisis effect size sebesar 3,53 > 0,8. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan beberapa artikel yang dijadikan sampel, model pembelajaran picture and picture ini memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam menulis puisi dan model ini efektif digunakan pada berbagai jenjang pendidikan terutama Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

From the perspective of user acceptance, this research assesses the success of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system's implementation at PT. XYZ. Based on the UTAUT model, this study considers Performance Expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), and Facilitating Conditions (FC) as crucial factors that shape system Use, User Satisfaction, and eventual Net Benefit. A questionnaire-based survey was administered to 100 active ERP users at PT. XYZ to gather the necessary data. Quantitative analysis was performed using SmartPLS 4.0 for validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The results demonstrate that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Facilitating Conditions are significant predictors of Use and/or User Satisfaction. However, Social Influence does not significantly impact Use. Furthermore, the study reveals that the mere act of Use has an insignificant impact on both User Satisfaction and Net Benefit, while User Satisfaction significantly and positively influences Net Benefit. The study highlights critical factors for ERP success at PT. XYZ from a user acceptance viewpoint, offering actionable recommendations for enhancing system adoption and organizational benefits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer behavior on skincare product purchasing decisions through the Shopee platform among XYZ University students. This study was conducted using a quantitative explanatory research approach and data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and simple linear regression to examine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that consumer behavior has a positive and significant influence on skincare product purchasing decisions through Shopee. This is indicated by the coefficient of determination value of 82.9%, meaning consumer behavior is able to explain the contribution to purchasing decisions in the very strong category. Consumers consider product information, privacy security, platform reputation, trust, and purchase benefits as important factors driving purchasing decisions. Although some respondents are still neutral about the risks, overall consumer perceptions of Shopee are quite positive. The results of this study confirm that understanding consumer behavior is crucial for improving skincare product marketing strategies on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mempengaruhi cara organisasi pendidikan nonformal dalam mengelola data dan menjalankan kegiatan operasional. Sistem informasi kini berperan penting tidak hanya sebagai alat administrasi, tetapi juga sebagai pendukung perencanaan strategis dan pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun perencanaan strategis sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi (SI/TI) di Bimbingan Belajar Labibah Palembang menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis terhadap kondisi internal dan eksternal organisasi, identifikasi kebutuhan sistem informasi, serta perumusan strategi pengembangan sistem. Organisasi menghadapi tantangan berupa pencatatan manual, data ganda, keterlambatan informasi, dan koordinasi antar cabang yang kurang optimal. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan panduan bagi pengelola dalam membangun sistem informasi yang terstruktur, mempermudah pengelolaan data, meningkatkan koordinasi, dan mendukung kegiatan akademik serta administrasi secara terpadu. Dengan perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang matang, organisasi dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan pengambilan keputusan secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Program Makanan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan gizi siswa, namun menghadapi tantangan dalam hal transparansi distribusi, partisipasi masyarakat, dan efektivitas kebijakan. Kurangnya sistem pemantauan yang akurat menyebabkan distribusi yang tidak merata dan akuntabilitas yang lemah. Penelitian ini menguji efektivitas SapaPangan dalam meningkatkan transparansi, partisipasi, dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap MBG. Menggunakan Explanatory Sequential Design dengan pendekatan metode campuran, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data kuantitatif dari 100 responden (siswa, orang tua, guru,dan kepala sekolah) melalui survei skala Likert (1-5) dan dianalisis dengan uji korelasi. Data kualitatif dari 8-12 wawancara dengan penerima manfaat dan pemangku kepentingan dianalisis menggunakan metode Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SapaPangan meningkatkan transparansi, meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap MBG. Fitur pelacakan waktu nyata dan umpan balik dari pengguna membantu meningkatkan distribusi pangan, meskipun literasi digital dan akses teknologi yang terbatas masih menjadi tantangan. Digitalisasi dalam program bantuan sosial meningkatkan efektivitas dan akuntabilitas. SapaPangan dapat menjadi model transparansi berbasis teknologi dalam program pangan nasional.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pemanfaatan digital marketing dan penerapan branding kemasan sebagai strategi dalam meningkatkan pendapatan usaha minuman kekinian. Dengan meningkatnya persaingan dalam industri kuliner, khususnya minuman, pelaku usaha dihadapkan pada permasalahan untuk menarik perhatian konsumen melalui pendekatan inovatif. Kegiatan ini membantu pelaku usaha Hello Tea untuk meningkatkan penjualan melalui digital marketing dan branding. Metode yang digunakan adalah implementasi digital marketing melalui berbagai platform dan mendesain kemasaran produk Hello Tea. Hasil kegiatna ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi antara pemasaran digital yang efektif dan branding kemasan yang menarik dapat meningkatkan daya tarik produk serta penjualan secara signifikan. Artikel ini juga memberikan rekomendasi strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh pelaku UMKM lainnya untuk mencapai hasil serupa.
