Abstract

In an era of increasingly fierce competition, Islamic educational institutions are considered as the main producers of Islamic education services that must market their services to consumers, namely students  and student guardians, as well as other related parties. The success of an Islamic educational institution in maintaining its existence is highly dependent on its ability to market its educational services well, fulfill consumer needs, provide added value for individual development, and create a good image in the eyes of the community. This research aims to examine the concept and importance of marketing management in the context of Islamic educational institutions. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to collect data and analyze the concept of Islamic education marketing management. Data were collected through searching related literature from various sources. The results show that Islamic education marketing management is an effort to plan, implement and supervise marketing activities in Islamic education institutions in order to achieve organizational goals efficiently and effectively. The concept of Islamic education marketing management involves the strategy of determining the target market, competitive market position, and marketing mix which includes product, price, place, promotion, human resources, physical evidence, and process. By implementing the right marketing strategy, Islamic education institutions can increase their attractiveness, maintain their sustainability, and provide quality and relevant educational services for the community. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of the importance of marketing management in the context of Islamic educational institutions. The implications of this research are expected to be the basis for developing effective marketing strategies in improving the existence and quality of Islamic education services in the community.

Abstract

Economic and legal collaboration as a field of life has a strategic role. As technology advances in a disruptive era, the two can influence each other. This article seeks to examine economic and legal relations as a form of collaboration in the era of disruption on several issues; basic concepts of economics and law, implementation of economic and legal collaboration, the influence of economic and legal colobaration. This study produces conclusions with three main theses, namely: first, economic regulation by law is always in two ways between the rights and obligations that are interconnected between the two. Second, the prospect of economic collaboration with the law in a potential disruptive era in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. Third, collaborative economics is in tune with the basic principles of muamalah al-maslahah especially the rules of bringing benefits and avoiding madharat, جلب المصالح ودرء المفاسد (jalb jalb al-masalih wa dar’u al-mafasid).

Abstract

Self-reliant culture refers to attitudes, values, and practices that encourage individuals or groups to become more economically, socially, and emotionally independent. Building an independent culture in Islamic education is a process that involves formal and informal education, as well as daily practices in individual and community life. The aim is to create individuals who are spiritually, intellectually, and economically strong, able to make positive contributions to themselves, society, and the Islamic ummah as a whole. And financial resilience is the ability of a person or household to manage their finances well and survive in the face of unexpected financial challenges or changes in the economic situation. Financial resilience in Islamic education is a concept that emphasizes the importance of individual and community economic stability in living life, including in the context of education. This research is included in qualitative research based on literature study. The data sources in this research analyze works, books and journals related to independent culture and financial resilience in Islamic education. The results of this research are that there are five concepts involved in building a culture of independence in Islamic education, namely Spiritual Independence, Educational Independence, Economic Independence, Social Independence and Personal Independence and also important aspects in financial resilience, namely the Principles of Balance and Moderation (Wasatiyyah), Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah, The Importance of Knowledge, Work Ethics and Professionalism, Financial Planning and Management, Avoiding Usury.

Abstract

Competition in the world of education is one of the challenges for Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. One solution to face these challenges is the existence of educational marketing activities in order to maintain the existence and increase the growth of educational institutions. The aim of this research is to describe the marketing strategy and communication process of educational institutions in promoting the excellence of their respective institutions. The research method used is a literature study using a descriptive approach to understand the concept of marketing strategy and communication for Islamic educational institutions. The research results show that when selecting a marketing strategy you can use a marketing mix strategy. In the marketing mix there are seven important elements, namely 7p: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence and Process. Apart from that, you can also use a differentiation strategy. A differentiation strategy is a strategy that seeks a difference in educational institutions so that they can compete with other educational institutions. In implementing the differentiation strategy, there are several activities that can support the achievement of differentiation, namely unique academic programs, focus on certain fields, superior facilities and infrastructure, quality teachers, industry connections and job opportunities as well as an active learning approach. Components in marketing communications include several elements, namely source or communicator, message, media, recipient, effect and feedback.

Abstract

Islamic education has a very significant role in encouraging economic development and strengthening the nation's character in the digital era. This research underscores the importance of integrating moral values such as honesty, justice and responsibility in the Islamic education curriculum to produce individuals who not only have extensive knowledge but are also based on high morality. Islamic economic principles, such as zakat and infaq, act as effective tools for wealth redistribution, which contribute to reducing social inequality and improving people's well-being. Apart from that, Islamic education that is adaptive to technological developments encourages innovation that supports the digital economy and the development of the halal industry. Therefore, Islamic education not only makes a significant contribution to spiritual and moral aspects, but also plays an important role in economic progress and sustainable national development.

Abstract

Education plays a strategic role in shaping the character and quality of a nation's human resources, especially in the midst of the era of globalization and rapid technological development. The role of educators is not only limited to the delivery of knowledge, but also involves a deep responsibility in shaping students into individuals who are able to adapt, innovate, and make positive contributions as members of society. The research method that will be utilized is a literature review using a descriptive approach, which involves extracting data and information from various sources contained in the library. Based on the research, results in the form of human resource management, human resource coaching, and the level of professionalism of educators are key elements to achieve organizational goals and educational achievement.

Abstract

This paper explains the concept of education economics in Islam. The economics of education in Islam has a purpose: to reflect the principles and values of Islam, and its goals involve social, economic, and moral aspects. In addition, there are also economic uses of education in Islam, namely: involving its contribution to the social, economic, and moral development of society. The concept of educational economics in Islam is based on ethical principles and Islamic values that include justice, empowerment, and blessings. Some of the main aspects of the concept are: involving education, wealth distribution, and social responsibility. In addition, there are several important points in the concept of education economics in Islam, namely the importance of education, justice in wealth distribution, economic empowerment, prohibition of riba (interest), social responsibility, sustainable economic growth, transparency and accountability, respect for employment, development.

Abstract

This paper discusses the relationship between religions, especially Islam and entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is considered an important pillar for economic development in developing countries. From an Islamic perspective, religion emphasizes the importance of working hard and entrepreneurship as a form of worship to Allah. Various studies have shown that religion influences entrepreneurial activity, both in terms of attitudes, processes and behavior of entrepreneurs. Religious values ​​such as integrity, honesty, and responsibility are a strong foundation for entrepreneurs in building successful and sustainable businesses. On the other hand, religiosity can also provide motivation and inspiration for entrepreneurs in running their businesses. This paper concludes that religion, especially Islam, has an important role in encouraging and shaping entrepreneurial activity. A deep understanding of the relationship between religion and entrepreneurship can contribute to the development of more meaningful entrepreneurship and have a positive impact on society.

Abstract

Poverty is a way of entry for the new century of colonialism. Future generations should be able to fight for this nation's wealth. The education of entrepreneurship is a way to reduce poverty; it is an education concept encouraging students to be creative and innovative in doing something. The pattern of such education requires learners to be productive. Entrepreneurship education is educational framework that directs learners to be quick in understanding and probing the economic and social needs of the surrounding community. Government should be willing  to provide sufficient funds so that the process of entrepreneurship education can run smoothly.Even the community should be more active and intense in monitoring the development of entrepreneurial education if they want the progress of their nation, not only being a nation of coolie by sending migrant workers abroad, mostly of them are maid workers. This country is rich in natural resources, were it supported by resources having a high entrepreneurial spirit it would become a prosperous state so that by itself poverty would be far reduced. Poverty will evaporate into the history and transform to be memories that only can be remembered in museums.

Abstract

This study discusses the relationship between socio-economic dimensions and Islamic education with a focus on its influence on societal development. Through in-depth analysis, this research aims to reveal how socio-economic factors influence accessibility, distribution of resources, and the role of religious institutions in Islamic education. With an interdisciplinary approach, this study highlights the importance of socio-economic integration in Islamic religious education to create a more inclusive and sustainable society. The results of this research are expected to provide an important contribution to the development of Islamic education policies that are more holistic and effective in the socio-economic context of society. Thus, this study offers a comprehensive view of how the socio-economic dimension plays a crucial role in the development of Islamic education for a better future.
