Artikel ilmiah pada An-Nahdliyyah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman merupakan hasil penelitian orisinil, ide konseptual, dan kajian terkini dalam ruang lingkup beberapa bidang, yakni: Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI), Hukum Keluarga Islam (HKI), dan Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam. Artikel ilmiah dapat ditulis perorangan maupun tim baik yang berafiliasi pada lembaga di lingkungan Institut Nahdlatul Ulama (INU) Tasikmalaya maupun di luar lembaga tersebut. Frekuensi dari terbitan AN-NAHDLIYYAH: Jurnal Studi Keislaman adalah 2 kali setahun. An-Nahdliyyah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman dikelola dan diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Institut Nahdlatul Ulama (INU) Tasikmalaya. Terbit dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Juni dan Desember. Jurnal ini mulai menggunakan Jurnal Online (e-journal) pada volume 1 No. 1 Juni 2022.

Abstract

This study discusses curriculum development in schools and Islamic boarding schools. The objectives are (1) to find out the basis for implementing Islamic boarding school-based curriculum and learning, (2) to find out the factors that support and activate the implementation of Islamic boarding school-based curriculum and learning. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study research design. Data collection techniques with the process of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study prove that: (1) SD Plus Pesantren Al-Anwar uses a curriculum that has been instructed by the local education office and Islamic boarding school, (2) learning is carried out according to formal school hours and learning is also carried out while students live in dormitories. The supporting factors are the existence of appropriate school policies, professional teachers, and complete infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors include the condition of students or students who are less responsible in terms of learning, so they seem to still like to play and learn less optimally.

Abstract

Banyaknya kasus tindakan kekerasan tidak hanya terjadi di luar dan di dalam lingkungan sekolah, bahkan di sekolah yang berlabel Islam seperti SD Islam Terpadu. Tindakan kekerasan berawal dari yang berupa intimidasi secara verbal sampai tindakan kekerasan secara fisik. Tindakan kekerasan inilah yang lebih dikenal  dengan istilah perundungan. Padahal, Al-Quran surah Al- Hujurat ayat 11 menyatakan larangan melakukan perundungan. Demikian juga Undang-Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui: 1) bagaimana kasus perundungan di SDIT Daarussalaam Kota Tasikmalaya; 2) faktor penyebab terjadinya kasus perundungan; 3) upaya penanggulangan kasus perundungan; dan 4) upaya pencegahan perundungan di SDIT Daarussalaam Kota Tasikmalaya. Kerangka berpikir dalam penelitian ini ialah perundungan dapat terjadi karena beberapa faktor penyebab, diantaranya faktor fisik dan status sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus (case study). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, data display, dan verification. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) dalam rentang waktu tahun 2022 terdapat dua kasus perundungan yang terjadi di SDIT Daarussalaam Kota Tasikmalaya, yaitu kasus perundungan secara verbal atau perkataan dan perundungan secara fisik atau perbuatan; 2) faktor penyebab pelaku diantaranya karena rasa iri hati, usil dan jahil, sedangkan korban memiliki rasa percaya diri yang rendah; 3) upaya penanggulangan korban dilakukan dengan cara menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri dan pelaku harus minta maaf kepada korban; 4) pencegahan perundungan antara lain dilakukan dengan penanaman akhlak dan budi pekerti, seperti pembiasaan shalat dhuha berjamaah yang dilakukan setiap hari sebelum belajar dan shalat dzuhur berjamaah sebelum pulang. Di samping itu, diterapkan aturan yang berisi larangan dan hukuman bagi pelaku perundungan atau bullying.

Abstract

The pronouncement of divorce is crucial as it is related to the validity of the divorce. The advancement of time, especially field of information and communication technology, has even penetrated into the realm of households. One intriguing aspect to investigate is the legal implications of pronouncing divorce through platforms like WhatsApp. From a legal perspective, there are differences between Islamic law and Positive law regarding divorce. This research aims to provide an understanding of the meaning and regulations of divorce and the pronouncement of divorce in both Islamic and Positive law through analysis and examination of various references as data sources in literature research. According to the scholars following the Syafi'i school of thought, the legal status of divorces conveyed through WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media is considered and viewed similarly to written divorces. Divorces declared or conveyed online can be deemed valid even though the person involved may not pronounce it verbally. However, according to Positive law, the pronouncement of divorce through WhatsApp is not valid because it falls outside the jurisdiction a court hearing. The pronouncement of divorce by a husband or his representative must be made in the presence of a court hearing.

Abstract

This research discusses the considerations of judges in granting marriage dispensation from the perspective of sadd al-dzari`ah. Marriage dispensation is a concession granted by the Religious Court to individuals who intend to marry but have not reached the legal age for marriage. One compelling reason for approving marriage dispensation is the pregnancy of an unmarried prospective bride. In other cases, there may be a close relationship between a man and a woman who is not of legal age to marry. If the marriage is not carried out, there is concern that actions forbidden by religious law may occur. In the second case, the judge considers the decision and approves it from the perspective of sadd al-dzari`ah, which aims to prevent actions that may lead to harm or damage. The purpose of this research is to enhance understanding related to marriage dispensation requests from the perspective of sadd al-dzari`ah. The research employs library research, involving the study of references such as books, articles, and internet browsing. The implications of Law Number 16 of 2019 on Amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage include a change in the legal age for marriage for women, which was raised from 16 to 19 years. However, in reality, many men and women below the legal age still apply for marriage dispensation. In this context, it becomes the duty of the Religious Court Judge to decide whether to approve or reject such marriage dispensation requests.

Abstract

An educational institution really needs leaders who can bring about change to improve the quality of the institution. To achieve this, leaders must have a style in their leadership, one of which is a transformational leadership style that school principals can apply to improve the quality of their institutions. This research aims to determine the actualization of transformational leadership in improving school quality at SMK Nahdlatul Ulama, Tasikmalaya City. This research uses a qualitative approach with data analysis techniques using three steps, namely data reduction, data display and data verification. The research results show that the application of transformational leadership consists of idealized influence by giving influence to subordinates to work together, individualized consideration by paying attention to subordinates' needs especially, inspirational motivation by providing motivation to subordinates in the form of rewards, and intellectual stimulation by increasing teacher competence such as through workshops. Meanwhile, the quality of education consists of: a) input, namely by recruiting human resources, providing facilities and infrastructure to support learning, financing, having an organization and job descriptions, making regulations, and making school plans, b) the process, namely by trying to provide services that are optimally for students through learning activities and school management, and c) output, which is seen from the scores of students who meet the KKM and the presence of students who achieve academic and non-academic achievements, and the absorption of graduates in the world of work reached 59%. Other achievements include becoming a school with a Center of Excellence (PK) program and becoming a Center of Excellence (COE) thereby increasing public interest and improving the brand image for the better.

Abstract

This research provides an overview of school promotion through social media at SD Hj Isriati Baiturrahman 2 Semarang. The aim is to find out about: 1.) School promotion strategies through social media at SD Hj Isriati Baiturrahman 2 Semarang. 2.) Supporting factors and inhibiting factors for school promotion through social media at SD Hj Isriati Baiturrahman 2 Semarang. The strategy carried out is using the 4p product, price, place, promotion strategy of course by applying the theory of management functions, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The supporting factor related to social media-based marketing management at SD Hj Isriati Baiturrahman 2 is the school's awareness of the importance of social media as a medium of information, the active role of the school principal, sufficient infrastructure and budget for the inhibiting factors, namely the lack of involvement of the school community, negative responses, and changing algorithms.

Abstract

institutions need management to ensure effective and efficient education. One of the ways this can be realized is by having quality teaching staff. In reality, there are still inadequately qualified teaching staff which has an impact on school quality. Thus, strategic management is needed to overcome this. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of strategic management, the quality of teaching staff, and the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of teaching staff at Miftahul Huda Al Husna Vocational School, Tasikmalaya City. The research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: 1) the implementation of strategic management runs quite optimally through activities a) strategic planning including formulating the school's vision, mission and goals, internal and external analysis using SWOT analysis, and making short, medium and long term plans. b) strategic implementation includes having school policies, providing motivation to teaching staff, and allocating resources, c) strategic evaluation by supervising all school programs, monitoring the learning process, and providing direction. 2) quality of staff, a) pedagogical competence by compiling, implementing and evaluating learning, b) personality competence, namely being a role model for students, and 3) social competence by communicating with students, fellow students, parents/guardians of students and the community, and d) professional competence is visible from mastery of the subjects taught. (3) the implementation of strategic management at Miftahul Huda Al Husna Vocational School, Tasikmalaya City is quite optimal so that it has an impact on the quality of teaching staff. However, there are still several factors inhibiting teaching staff, not all of them are linear and there is a lack of certified teaching staff. Supporting factors include the enthusiasm and cooperation of teaching staff in implementing strategic management.

Abstract

Professional educators contribute to creating quality institutions. To produce professional educators, effective and efficient management is needed. The purpose of this research is to determine the management of teaching staff, the quality of institutions, and the relationship between management of teaching staff in improving the quality of institutions at Al-Khoeriyah Cibeureum Vocational School, Tasikmalaya City. Management of teaching staff is reviewed based on planning, procurement, development guidance, transfer promotion, dismissal, compensation and awards. Meanwhile, the quality of the institution is reviewed based on input, process, output and outcome aspects. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are: 1) management of teaching staff at Al-Khoeriyah Vocational School consists of: a. Planning, formulating positions and then carrying out the recruitment process. b. Procurement, through a selection and placement process according to qualifications. c. Development coaching is carried out to improve the professionalism of educators. d. Promotion of transfers, providing updates in duties and positions. e. Dismissal at the request of the elderly. f. Compensation and awards are given according to the educator's performance. 2) the quality of the institution consisting of: a. Input by planning learning programs, student acceptance. b. The process of implementing learning. c. Output, the result of the process. d. Outcome, graduates who work or continue their education. 3) Carrying out management stages for teaching staff has an impact on improving school quality which is visible in school outcomes.

Abstract

Public relations management is very important in realizing a quality school. However, public relations management often goes unnoticed in educational institutions. When there is a good relationship between the school and the community, there will be harmonization between the two. The community will trust the school so that they send their children to these institutions and the school can maintain its existence. The aims of this study were: (1) to determine public relations management at NU SMKS Tasikmalaya City, (2) to determine the level of public trust in the school environment at NU SMKS Tasikmalaya City, and (3) to determine the implementation of public relations management in increasing public trust in the school environment in NU SMKS Tasikmalaya City. The thinking framework of this research is public relations management activities with indicators consisting of publicity, marketing, public affairs, issues management, lobbying, and investor relations. While the strategy for building community trust in the school environment with indicators consists of the desires, needs and expectations of the community. The method in this research is through the level of descriptive explanation using the case study method. The approach uses a qualitative approach. The data collection technique for this research was by means of observation, interviews and documentation and the data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed (1) on public relations management at NU SMKS Tasikmalaya City based on public relations management indicators, namely publicity,public affairs, issues management, lobbying, and investor relations . Judging from the results of observations, interviews and documentation in the field, it shows that the management of public relations at the Tasikmalaya City NU Vocational High School as a whole has been going well even though it is not optimal. (2) The level of public trust in the school environment at NU SMKS Tasikmalaya City is based on indicators on the desires, needs and expectations of the community. What are the wishes, needs and expectations of the community for the school, the school always adjusts so that both sides give each other Feedback positive for the advancement of education. (3) The implementation of public relations management in increasing the trust of the school environment community at the Tasikmalaya City NU Vocational High School, shows that the implementation of public relations management at the Tasikmalaya City NU Vocational High School has been going well so that the environmental community's trust in the school has increased as seen from the graph of the ups and downs of new students from year to year.

Abstract

The curriculum is the heart of education that needs to be implemented in educational institutions as optimally as possible because it has an impact on student learning outcomes. Optimal learning outcomes are in essence related to the curriculum used, including skills programs that equip students with skills that are tailored to their interests and abilities, as well as life coaching in the form of expertise or skills for students when they leave educational institutions. This study aims to determine the implementation of the skills curriculum, student competence and how much influence the implementation of the skills curriculum has on student competence. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach with a sample of 20 MA PK Al-Hikmah Tasikmalaya teachers through a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of the skills curriculum at MA PK Al-Hikmah Tasikmalaya City in accordance with the indicators in the Decree of the Minister of Religion (KMA) 184 is in the very good category with an average score of 3.512. Student competence consisting of cognitive, affective and psychomotor is in the good category with an average value of 3.246. The positive effect of Skills Curriculum Implementation on Student Competence with a regression value of 0.700 with a significant level of 0.001. Implementation of the Skills Curriculum contributes 49% to Student Competence, the remaining 51% is influenced by other variables. The implication for educational institutions, the implementation of the skills curriculum will be able to create good student competence.
