Abstract

In the digital and value-driven tourism landscape, destination image has emerged as a key determinant in shaping travel decisions, particularly among Generation Z. This conceptual study proposes an integrative model that links sustainable tourism practices and collaborative marketing strategies as foundational elements in developing an authentic and trusted destination image. Drawing from stakeholder theory, value co-creation, and the triple bottom line framework, the model addresses how sustainability narratives co-created by governments, businesses, communities, and travelers can influence trust, perceived authenticity, and ultimately, visit intention among Gen Z tourists. The framework positions destination trust and authenticity as mediators, while digital engagement and environmental consciousness act as moderating variables that reflect Gen Z’s digitally native and value-driven behavior. By synthesizing contemporary tourism, marketing, and consumer behavior theories, this study contributes to the development of sustainability-oriented destination branding. It also offers practical guidance for destination management organizations (DMOs) to design inclusive, narrative-based strategies that resonate with Gen Z values. Future empirical validation through structural equation modeling (SEM) is recommended to test the interrelationships proposed in the model

Abstract

The scarcity of competitive resources poses a challenge for first-level health facilities in delivering health services, which can impact the quality of health promotion. This study aims to develop a health promotion model based on the Theory of Resource-Based Competitive Advantage, integrated with the value of religiosity. Through a literature study, this research found that humanist resources, unique resources, and the reconfiguration of technological resources integrated with religious values will have an impact on delivering excellent service, which leads to mastery of market positions. Competition between health facilities to provide mutual benefit to JKN Participants is not necessarily to seek world benefits alone. The support of the first-level health facilities will contribute to the sustainability of the JKN program.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how two mainstream digital media outlets, Kompas.com and Liputan6.com, constructed the news agenda surrounding the death of an online motorcycle taxi (ojol) driver who was run over by a Brimob tactical vehicle during a demonstration riot in Jakarta in August 2025. The study employs the agenda-setting theory, using a qualitative approach and the content analysis method. Data were collected from online news articles published by both media outlets between August 28–31, 2025, that explicitly discussed the tragedy. The findings show that Kompas.com emphasized aspects of institutional responsibility and law enforcement accountability, while Liputan6.com focused more on humanitarian dimensions and social solidarity. These differences indicate that the process of media agenda formation is not neutral but is influenced by editorial orientation and audience characteristics. The study highlights the strategic role of the media in directing public attention toward issues of humanity and police violence in Indonesia

Abstract

Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution is a field of the global economic life. The aim of this research is the transfer of capital investment transactions in a safe condition with the hope of obtaining profits in the future within a certain period of time. The problem is how the Legal Construction of Consumer Protection occurs in the event of a dispute based on Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority? The method used in this research is normative juridical research, which is research focused on examining the application of rules or norms in positive law. The discussion is that the legal construction is regulated in Law No. 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market which has required every party to implement the principle of transparency in order to create order and efficiency and protect the interests of Business Actors. The Capital Market does not provide an exact definition of Insider Trading, but there are regulations that regulate the types of prohibited transactions, including special access in the company to conduct securities buying and selling transactions with the company. Insider trading refers to trading activities carried out by individuals that have not been announced to the public in general. In conclusion, the existence of the Financial Services Authority in Indonesia is expected to be able to maximize the existing economic activities well by realizing protection for consumers. Insider trading through illegal actions in the capital market within the company. The suggestion is that it is necessary to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Financial Services Authority through increased budgets, human resources, and information systems.

Abstract

Indonesia's commitment to supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is important because the SDGs are the basis for the government and society's efforts to achieve sustainable development until 2030. Indonesia's commitment to the SDGs is closely related to the national development vision, which includes inclusive economic growth, reducing gaps, protecting the environment, and good governance. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with Eviews 9 to see how much influence the total assets and short-term liabilities variables have on the potential value of zakat on companies from the Energy, Raw Goods, Industrial, and Primary Consumer sectors. Non-Primary Consumers, Health, Finance, Property, Technology, Infrastructure, and Logistics Transportation are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The regression model has a strong relationship with the dependent variable, total zakat potential (R = 0.947), and the model explains around 89.73% of the variance in the dependent variable (R² = 0.897). The model obtains Y = 7050 - 0.00015X+ 0.0010X², where constant (7050): Value of Y (Zakat Potential) when increased by 1 unit, and Coefficient X² of Short Term Liabilities (0.0010) with an increase in Y of 0.0010 units when X² increases by 1 unit.
