Leptospirosis is a zoonotic disease caused by Leptospira interrogans infection of all serotypes. The transmission of Leptospirosis occurs due to poor environmental conditions and this incidence increases in conditions of natural disasters, that is, floods. Leptospirosis has a bad impact on health because someone who is exposed can experience lung problems, kidney problems, or bleeding in the body. There are several high school students in grades 10-12 who have never received information about Leptospirosis, which is one of the effects of the flood disaster. This condition is necessary for the millennial generation to care about preventing Leptospirosis and contributing to flood disaster management activities. Obesity is a problem of excess nutrition. 4.8% of Indonesian children have more nutritional status. Obesity in adolescents is a major concern because it will risk continuing into adulthood and have a long impact on health. Lack of sleep will disrupt the hormonal stability that regulates appetite, namely leptin & ghrelin. Lack of sleep can also trigger fatigue which will have an impact on reducing physical activity so that it can cause obesity. This activity aims to increase understanding and motivation for adolescents to prevent obesity. The expected goal of this activity is to increase teenagers' knowledge about the influence of sleep patterns on obesity. The activity method is to provide health education. The main target is teenagers at SMA Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi Regency. The results of the activity evaluation showed an increase in teenagers' knowledge before (45%) and after being given counseling (80%).. Along with the development of technology, children are now increasingly playing gadgets and watching television until late at night. The school is expected to play a role in providing education to all students about the importance of adequate sleep to prevent obesity in adolescents.

The purpose of this service activity is to increase public knowledge, especially mothers who have babies or children under five years (balita), about the posyandu program. Before starting counseling, a questionnaire was filled (pretest). Counseling uses power point media with the lecture, discussion and question and answer method, then after being given counseling, the same questionnaire was distributed again to be filled back (posttest), after the knowledge data before and after counseling had been obtained, then the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon statistical test.Based on the results of community service activities in the work area of the Banjarmasin Kuin Selatan Village Cempaka Posyandu, it means that there is a significant difference in knowledge between before and after counseling using power point media, thus it can be concluded that the method of extension using power point media carried out in the work area of the Banjarmasin Kuin Selatan Village Cempaka Posyandu is able and successful in increasing the knowledge of mothers who have chldren under five years. It is recommended that the local public health service (puskesmas) can provide more intensive guidance and training to posyandu cadres, so that they can assist health workers in educating the public about health in general and information about the importance of posyandu and the activities at the posyandu itself as an effort to participate forming a positive perception of the posyandu

One of the diseases that is still a health problem in Central Java Province is Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). Surakarta is the city with the highest death rate (CFR) due to dengue fever in Central Java Province at 14.6%. Lack of knowledge and awareness of dengue fever is one of the causes of the high number of dengue fever cases. This service activity was carried out as an effort to prevent dengue fever by increasing community knowledge through Family Welfare Development (PKK) cadres regarding dengue fever and the use of herbal plants in the environment to prevent dengue fever. Community service was carried out in Pucang Sawit Village, Jebres, Surakarta which was attended by representatives from each Neighborhood Association (RT). Starting with counseling about dengue fever and the use of natural ingredients for dengue fever, especially the lemongrass plant, then continued with the practice of making repellent spray products from the lemongrass plant. Evaluation of the service implementation process is carried out by carrying out pre-tests and post-tests by service participants to determine the level of participants' knowledge of dengue fever and the use of Serai as a repellant, before and after service activities. The average pre-test and post-test scores obtained were 80.31 and 89.69 respectively. This value shows an increase in community knowledge before and after the extension activities were carried out.
