Corona Virus Disease (Covid) is a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from mild to severe symptoms. Indonesia is the country with the highest number of Covid-19 cases in Southeast Asia and ranked 18th in the world with a total of 2,229,938 cases (2 July 2021). These symptoms are usually mild and occur gradually. Some infected people do not experience any symptoms and do not feel any problems with their bodies. Diseases caused by viruses are generally self-limiting diseases that rely on the body's defenses. Because it has been widely campaigned to increase the body's resistance to prevent contracting viral infections, and even if infected, the body will be strong against it. Law stipulates that persons with disabilities have the right to receive health information and health protection as human beings. The City of Padang already has Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2015 concerning the equality of health rights for persons with disabilities. However, the implementation of this regional regulation is not clear in terms of fulfilling and protecting reproductive health rights for persons with disabilities. One effort that can be done is to conduct education at Special Schools (SLB) in the city of Padang so that SLB students have complex knowledge about reproductive health so that they can grow into reproductively healthy humans and avoid risky sexual behavior. SLB in Padang City with the highest number of students is Perwari Padang SLB. The problem found is that some students like to watch pornographic videos, date and even get pregnant out of wedlock. The activity method consists of preparation, implementation planning and evaluation. The activities carried out are in the form of training for teachers, educating students, providing media and visual aids. The activities carried out are in accordance with the target and are proven by an increase in the knowledge of teachers and students with disabilities about reproductive health. It is hoped that in the future there will be an increase in the quantity and quality as well as the development of reproductive health education activities for students with disabilities, so that all students with disabilities can be exposed to reproductive health information.

The incidence of diarrhea is often experienced by children. Based on Riskesdas data, during 2018 there were 12.3% cases of diarrhea in Indonesia. Jambi province cases of incidence in children are about 8.6% based on health profile data in 2017 the coverage of handling diarrhea in children reaches 43.79% which exceeds the target for handling diarrhea, which is 10%. Diarrhea in school-age children can be caused by an unsanitary environment, snacking habits at school and rarely washing hands. Based on observations at SD 9/IV Jambi City, there were food vendors in front of the school, beside the SD there were trash bins and were large enough that they looked unclean where this could create a bad smell for the elementary school children and there were many food vendors in front of the school. Stunting is still a problem in Bireuen Regency. The most dominant impact of stunting is the disruption of physical growth, lack of cognitive abilities, and weak immunity of a child. There are various methods of stimulation and early detection of toddler growth and development that can be done to help children grow and develop optimally, namely screening tests which include weight measurement, head circumference measurement, developmental pre-screening questionnaire (KPSP) and mental-emotional problem deviations. Posyandu cadres have an important role because they are the ones who are close to the posyandu target activities and have more face-to-face frequency than other health workers. The Toddler Growth and Development Assessment and Monitoring Training activities were carried out from 7 to 12 August 2023 in Samuti Krueng Village with a total of 14 participants, consisting of PAUD Teachers and Toddler Posyandu Cadres. The method used was through theoretical and practical exposure. The activity went as expected. Participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the training which was carried out in theory and practice. There was an increase in the participants' post test results with the highest average score of 9.5 out of a maximum score of 15.
