Abstract

The study examines the influence of gender on moral judgment in the legal profession in Indonesia. In this study, gender gaps in the ethical decision-making process and the factors that influence them are identified through a qualitative approach and a survey of relevant literature. The findings of the study indicate that, despite significant barriers related to gender stereotypes, women in the legal field usually prioritize ethical principles when making decisions. To create more impartial and fair justice, this study disseminates information about the importance of gender equality in the legal system. Additionally, this study found that while there were no pronounced gender differences, women tended to be more vulnerable to the impact of emotions and social norms on moral judgment. This implies that even while gender has no direct bearing on moral judgments, social and emotional background must still be taken into account. With a focus on the necessity of a more inclusive and sensitive approach to the social elements that influence decision-making, these findings offer significant insights for the establishment of ethical rules and training in the Indonesian legal profession.

Abstract

Background: Hallucinations are where the client cannot differentiate between something that is real and not real. One of the hallucinations that many people experience with schizophrenia is auditory hallucinations. One of the efforts made to overcome hallucinations is by using rebuke of hallucinations. By using the rebuke technique, it is hoped that the level of hallucinations in patients can decrease. Objective: To determine the process of nursing care for schizophrenic patients with sensory perception disorders, auditory hallucinations, using rebuke technique intervention. Method: Using descriptive research with a nursing care approach. Results: The results of the study showed that the signs of hallucinations decreased after the rebuke was carried out. Conclusion: Nursing care was successful and the rebuke technique was able to reduce the frequency of hallucinations.

Abstract

Social media has transformed the global communication landscape and has become a vital instrument in increasing awareness and public participation on various environmental issues. This study aims to analyze the role and impact of social media in encouraging public engagement in environmental movements, both at the local and global levels. Using a qualitative approach with a combination of systematic literature analysis and multiple case studies, this research examines how social media platforms facilitate the dissemination of environmental information, promote collective action, and create spaces for discussions on environmental sustainability. The findings indicate that social media plays a significant role in mobilizing individuals to take concrete actions on environmental issues through three main mechanisms: (1) democratization of environmental information, (2) facilitation of the formation of environmental communities, and (3) acceleration of collective responses to urgent environmental issues. However, the study also identifies critical challenges, including the spread of false information, digital divide, and slacktivism phenomena that may hinder the effectiveness of digital environmental campaigns. Further analysis reveals that the effectiveness of social media use in environmental campaigns heavily depends on content strategies, timing, and the involvement of environmental influencers. The study also finds a positive correlation between the intensity of social media usage for environmental purposes and the level of public awareness and active involvement in environmental preservation. Additionally, the research highlights the significant role of social media as a catalyst for pro-environmental behavior among younger generations. These findings contribute significantly to the development of more effective environmental communication strategies in the digital era, emphasizing the importance of digital literacy in the context of environmental activism. The study recommends combining social media power with concrete actions to achieve optimal impact in addressing environmental challenges.

Abstract

The 2024 Indonesian General Election presents significant challenges, including disinformation, cyber threats, and social polarization, which pose risks to democratic stability. This study aims to analyze security communication in democratic campaigns, focusing on risk mitigation strategies, the role of social media, and cross-sector collaboration. A literature review method was employed, with qualitative descriptive analysis of relevant materials, including journal articles, official reports, and books. Findings reveal that security communication strategies involving early threat detection, the strategic use of social media for credible messaging, and collaboration among governments, media, and civil society effectively enhance public trust. However, challenges such as low digital literacy and information access disparities persist. The integration of big data technology for public conversation analysis offers significant potential for early threat detection and improved communication strategy effectiveness. In conclusion, effective security communication requires inclusive, collaborative, and technology-based approaches to ensure stability and transparency in democratic processes. Abstract

This study explores the critical role of virtual leadership and collaboration tools in enhancing remote team productivity within the software house industry. As organizations increasingly adopt remote work models, effective virtual leadership and the use of digital collaboration platforms have become essential for maintaining team cohesion and productivity. Through a comprehensive analysis of current practices and emerging technologies, this research aims to identify key strategies for optimizing remote team performance. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews of software industry professionals. Findings reveal that successful virtual leadership relies on a combination of clear communication, trust-building, and the strategic use of digital tools. Furthermore, the research highlights the importance of selecting appropriate collaboration platforms that align with team needs and workflow processes. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on remote work management and provides practical insights for software house leaders seeking to enhance their virtual team's productivity.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) play a very important role in the Indonesian economy, especially in creating jobs and empowering communities. However, MSMEs often face significant challenges in recording and reporting their financial assets. This study aims to identify the main challenges faced by MSMEs in recording and reporting assets, analyze the factors that cause a lack of accuracy in asset recording, and evaluate the effect of limited managerial knowledge and access to technology on the quality of financial reports. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with MSME owners/managers and field observations. The results of the study indicate that lack of accounting knowledge, limited human resources, and minimal technological support are the main factors that hinder accurate asset recording. In addition, inaccuracies in financial reports can have a negative impact on the ability of MSMEs to obtain funding from financial institutions or investors. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase capacity through management training and the use of accounting technology to improve the transparency and accuracy of MSME financial reports.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of gender differences on reporting and handling professional ethics violations among lawyers. Gender differences are believed to influence how individuals interact with the rules and norms in the legal profession, including when it comes to reporting ethical violations. This research examines how male and female lawyers respond to ethical violations that occur in their environment as well as the factors that influence their decisions to report or address these violations. The research results show significant differences in the way male and female lawyers handle violations of professional ethics. Factors such as perception of authority, influence of organizational culture, and professional experience also influence their behavior. This research also found that female lawyers tend to be more sensitive to issues of ethical violations and report cases that occur more often than male lawyers. These findings provide new insights regarding gender dynamics in the legal profession and the importance of creating a more inclusive environment in dealing with violations of professional ethics.

The conclusion of this study states that istiqamah is a fundamental pillar that strengthens a person's piety and faith in interacting with Allah and fellow human beings.

Abstract

Philosophy law Islam or tasyr'i is runway philosophical Which underlying all over building law Islam, Which regulates human relations with God and fellow human beings in everyday life. Through the study of Islamic legal philosophy, we can understand the goals, basis, and principles underlying the application of law in the lives of Muslims. This study aims to examine the essence of Islamic legal philosophy by identifying its sources of law, the values contained, as well as objective Which want to achieved. Method study This is studies literature with approach descriptive-analytical to understand the concepts of Islamic legal philosophy. This analysis describes the concept of tasyr'i as a way to maintain human welfare and prevent damage. The results of this study indicate that tasyr'i is not only formal legal but also functions as a moral, social, and spiritual guide to achieve justice and human welfare.

Abstract

Enforcement law is component important in guard stability system state administration Indonesia Which compound. Muslims, as majority resident Indonesia, own not quite enough answer big in support enforcement law Which fair and ethical. Through the perspective of Islamic legal philosophy, this study explores how Islamic legal principles such as justice ('adalah), welfare (maslahah), and obedience to the law (ta'zim al-qanun) can strengthen the Indonesian legal system. This journal uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature review approach to understand the role of Muslims in the context of law enforcement in Indonesia. The findings show that Muslims have a significant role in fighting for the values of justice and maintaining the integrity of the legal system based on Islamic spiritual, moral, and ethical foundations.
