Abstract

Ahmadiyya is a religious movement that emerged in India in the late 19th century and claims to be part of Islam, but with some significant theological differences from the main teachings of Islam. One of them the most prominent aspect is the recognition of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad as reformer, messiah, and prophet, who became point difference main from perspective theology Islam current main. Study This aiming For analyze the theological concepts of Ahmadiyah and their influence on the views of Muslim society towards this group, and how the Ahmadiyah movement has developed in various parts of the world. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a critical analysis method of Ahmadiyah doctrine and development in the historical, social, and cultural contexts. culture. Based on the analysis, it was found that Ahmadiyah teachings caused controversy among Muslims, which resulted in this group experiencing various forms of rejection, even discrimination. This conclusion is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of Ahmadiyah theology and development, as well as the challenges faced in efforts to legitimize itself in the midst of Muslim society.

Abstract

The term "khitbah" refers to the rituals involved in proposing marriage between a man and a woman, or between a man and a woman. The words "khitbah" (proposing) and "zawaj" (marrying/getting married) are defined differently in all hadith volumes. Similarly, conventions distinguish between males who are engaged and those who are married, and the Shari'ah makes a clear distinction between the two. Just as the Qur'an discusses marriage (including proposals), the Prophet's hadith also describes marriage proposals, which is the first step in continuing the practice to the level of marriage, and the author here presents a thematic interpretation study of the hadith pertaining to sermons.

Abstract

In essence, Islam teaches to treat women in a good way . However, it cannot be denied that there are several factors that cause domestic violence. This type of research uses the sharia juridical approach method. This approach is defined as an approach that leads to the question of whether or not something can be used according to Islamic law . The data used in compiling this research is using references from journals, books and other articles related to the topic discussed. Domestic violence is an act that is not permitted to occur in building a household. Whatever form of domestic violence there is, a husband must not do anything that could hurt his wife.

Abstract

Philosophy can be interpreted as love or a tendency towards wisdom. The philosophy of Islamic law is a philosophical study of the nature of Islamic law, the source of the origin of Islamic law and the principles of its application as well as the function and benefits of Islamic law for the lives of the people who implement it. The urgency of the philosophy of Islamic law is to make philosophy an approach in exploring the nature, sources and objectives of Islamic law. Positioning the philosophy of Islamic law as one of the important fields of study in understanding the sources of Islamic law which come from revelation and the results of ijtihad of scholars. The philosophy of Islamic law has an important role in the development of Ijtihad.

Abstract

Judges are members of the Catur Wangsa Law Enforcement in Indonesia. The integrity and accountability of a judge becomes an actor in determining public trust in the justice system. -moral and ethical values. The judge's code of ethics has been compiled to guide the behavior and moral standards that must be adhered to by judges. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive-analytic approach which aims to provide an in-depth understanding regarding the basic code of ethics for judges in maintaining judicial integrity and accountability. The main sources for this research come from related literature, including books, scientific journals and official documents which discuss judges' codes of ethics, integrity values and accountability principles in the judicial context. used in this research consists of primary data and secondary data. The definition of a judge's code of ethics is a concrete expression of ethics, morality and religion. The judge's code of ethics is an important basis for maintaining integrity and responsibility. You must be able to face challenges and be balanced, taking full responsibility and responding to your challenges. Conscience, ethical values of society and SWT Allah SWT, and because being a judge is a profession, there is a need for a code of ethics or professional code.

Abstract

Mediation is an alternative method of dispute resolution that is increasingly being used in the modern legal system. This process prioritizes dialogue between the disputing parties to reach an agreement without resorting to litigation. In mediation, ethics plays an important role in maintaining fairness, confidentiality and professionalism, both by the mediator and by the advocates involved. Advocates have a strategic role in mediation, namely as legal advisors who provide direction to their clients, and ensure that the mediation process runs in accordance with existing ethical principles. Advocates also function to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of information obtained during mediation, as well as ensuring that clients are not pressured into accepting detrimental agreements. In this paper, we discuss the importance of ethics in mediation, the challenges faced, and the vital role of advocates in ensuring fair and effective dispute resolution. By paying attention to ethics in mediation, it is hoped that the dispute resolution process can take place more transparently, efficiently and fairly for all parties involved.

Abstract

Marriage is a sunnatullah that occurs between living creatures, especially for humans in pairs. The Qur'an explains the concept of marriage quite specifically in the scope of Sakinah, Mawadah, and Rahmah. Deep meaning of these three concepts can be explored with the aim of maximizing the worship of marriage in it. In addition to the fulfillment of rights and obligations, the legal scope of marriage also has its own position as a discussion that is quite interesting to explore.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of professional ethics in maintaining the integrity of notaries in Indonesia, by adopting a theoretical and practical perspective. Notaries as public officials who have the authority to make authentic deeds play an important role in the legal system in Indonesia. This research method is qualitative descriptive. This study analyzes how professional ethics can function as a moral and legal guideline for notaries, and how the application of ethical principles can reduce the potential for violations that are detrimental to society and the state. The results of the study provide insight into the importance of ethics education for notaries, supervision from authorized institutions, and enforcement of codes of ethics in maintaining the integrity of the notary profession in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that strengthening professional ethics can improve the quality of notary services, while strengthening public trust in this profession.
