Abstract

Classroom Action Research (PTK) is a scientific approach that not only functions as a solution to learning problems in the classroom, but also as a strategic means in developing teacher professionalism. Through systematic reflection and continuous improvement, PTK encourages teachers to improve their pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies. Theoretically, PTK strengthens the foundations of constructivism and reflective learning practices, allowing teachers to dynamically connect theory and classroom reality. From a practical perspective, PTK has a direct impact on improving the quality of learning, student involvement, and changing teachers' professional attitudes. Although its implementation is faced with various challenges, both technical and psychological, solutions can be found through ongoing training, mentoring, and institutional support. Thus, PTK plays an important role in building an innovative work culture and improving the quality of education holistically.

Abstract

Allah created Prophet Adam (peace be upon him) not without purpose or intention. It was not merely to make the earth more vibrant, but the primary purpose was to appoint Adam (peace be upon him) as a khalifah—a leader on earth. The role of a leader is to organize, manage, protect, preserve, and utilize all the resources that Allah has provided on this earth for the benefit and well-being of humankind. To fulfill his responsibilities as a leader, Allah prepared and equipped Adam (peace be upon him) with intellect and knowledge . In Surah At-Tin, verse 4, Allah explains: "Indeed, We created man in the best of stature," which means that Allah created humans in the most perfect form, endowed with intellect. With this intellect, humans are able to explore all of their potential for the benefit of humanity.

Abstract

Abstract This study is motivated by the financial literacy of generation Z and also the quality of life insurance products in Indonesia which are moderated by gender in influencing a person's interest in buying life insurance in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive relationship approach. Determination of the sample in this study was carried out by calculating using the Bernoulli formula, with a total of 384 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that financial literacy (X1) and product quality (X2) do not have a significant effect on buying interest (Y) where the p-values of both variables are <0.05. Other findings also state that Gender (Z) does not significantly moderate financial literacy and product quality. The conclusion of this study is that the factors that make generation Z interested in buying insurance products are influenced by their perceptions of financial literacy and product quality. More specifically, the perception of product quality factors has a significant and positive influence on generation Z's interest in buying life insurance products in Indonesia. The findings show that of the two variables, product quality can be the strongest predictor in predicting generation Z's interest in purchasing life insurance products. Financial literacy cannot significantly predict generation Z's interest in purchasing insurance products. Keywords : financial literacy, product quality, gender, purchasing intention

Abstract

Indonesia is the world’s second-largest fish producer, yet national fish consumption remains relatively low. To address this gap, the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries launched the Gemarikan (Eat More Fish) campaign, which has recently shifted to digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to reach wider and younger audiences. This study explores the digital communication strategies used in the Gemarikan campaign, employing a constructivist paradigm and descriptive qualitative approach. Data were gathered through interviews, observation of digital channels, and document analysis at the Directorate General of Strengthening the Competitiveness of Marine and Fishery Products. Findings show that the campaign relies on persuasive, visual, collaborative, and educational messaging. While digital media enables interactive and contextual communication, effectiveness is shaped by technical and cultural factors. The study highlights the need for data-driven, adaptive digital communication strategies to promote healthy and sustainable food consumption behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the physical condition of female rowing athletes in Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study is a study with a quantitative descriptive approach, because the data is presented in the form of numbers and analyzed based on statistical analysis. The sample in this study was 9 female rowing athletes from Kuantan Singingi Regency. The instruments in this study were physical ability tests for sports, namely sit and reach tests, abdominal muscle endurance measurements, arm muscle endurance measurements, VO2MAX measurements, power tests and measurements or explosive power tests. Data analysis will be analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of frequency tabulation by describing the research results obtained from various test measurements of the level of physical condition. The results showed that: Abdominal and arm muscle endurance still needs improvement because abdominal muscle endurance is 44.4% in the "good and less" category. Arm muscle endurance with the majority of athletes in the "moderate" category of 44.4%. While leg muscle endurance showed very good results with a large percentage of 88.8%. Then, the flexibility of athletes is mostly in the "good" category. And VO2MAX endurance with the majority in the "less" category of 66.6% to the "very less" category with a large percentage of 33.3%. It can be concluded that the physical condition of female rowing athletes in Kuantan Singingi Regency must be improved again.
