Abstract

This study analyzes the competing interests within the Kartu Petani Berjaya (KPB) policy as part of efforts to promote sustainable community-based agricultural development in Lampung Province. The KPB program was launched with the goal of improving farmers' welfare through digitally integrated agricultural services. However, initial observations indicate resistance from some farmers and signs of political interest dominance in both the formulation and implementation processes. The study aims to identify the political motives behind the policy, the sustainability of the program, farmers' literacy regarding the E-KPB system, and the extent to which the program empowers farmers and engages stakeholders. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with thematic analysis and source triangulation techniques, data were collected through in-depth interviews with academics and government officials, as well as document studies. The findings reveal that the dominance of regional leaders in decision-making has led to a program orientation that is more symbolic and electoral in nature. The dynamics of competing interests emerge both vertically and horizontally, resulting in weak coordination and reduced policy effectiveness. The transition from KPB to E-KPB has also shifted the program’s focus and reduced its tangible benefits for farmers. The study recommends strengthening multi-stakeholder collaborative governance in agricultural policy, reevaluating the structure of the E-KPB system, and actively involving academics and farmer associations. These findings contribute theoretically to the study of public policy and policy framing, and practically to improving the implementation of programs based on the real needs of farming communities.

Abstract

Strain injury is a physical condition where there is a tear or strain in the muscles and tendons which causes the tendons or muscles to stretch excessively. In sports, injuries often occur, such as strain injuries that often occur in middle-distance or 5000-meter athletes. In dealing with this injury, an athlete, coach and also the athlete's parents should get education about handling hamstring injuries in athletes. This study used the narrative literature review method. Based on the analysis of the article, the researcher obtained articles including, the span of the article publication within a period of 12 years. From the 10 journals studied and analyzed above, it can be concluded that the prevention and treatment of hamstring injuries requires a comprehensive approach, both through education and physiotherapy.

Abstract

People really need health services provided by hospitals, health homes and clinics. When registering for health services, each enrolling member will have his or her own medical history which must be seen at a medical clinic or health office. Hospitals must have comprehensive patient data in order to provide health services effectively. Documents regarding patient identity, examinations, treatment, procedures and other services are included in the medical record. In a health facility, implementation takes the form of an administrative order. Characteristics of medical records (General Patients or BPJS). The aim of this research is to determine the completeness of electronic medical resumes seen from fourth aspects, namely, completeness of identification, important reports, authentication and correct documentation . The method used in this research is quantitative analysis with a descriptive approach. The results of this research are that in the Identification component the percentage of completeness is 100% complete, in the Important Report component the percentage of completeness is 99%, in the Authentication component the percentage of completeness is 100%, and in the Correct Documentation component the percentage of completeness is 90%. Based on the results of research that has been carried out regarding completeness When filling out electronic medical resumes for patients in the Inpatients at RSU Dharma Yadnya, it can be concluded that there are still incompleteness in filling out inpatient electronic medical resumes and that the electronic medical resume components are filled in completely.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an interactive learning media based on the Canva Magic application  to improve the short story writing skills of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Barombong. The media development process follows the 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) model, starting with an analysis of the needs of students and teachers that shows students' tendency towards visual and interactive learning media. This media is designed to present short story writing material in an interesting and easy-to-understand way. The research methods used in this study are research and development or Research and Development (R&D) with descriptive quantitative analysis methods, data collection techniques include media validation questionnaires, practical observations, and short story writing skills tests before (pretest) and after the use of media (posttest). This media prototype is designed with excellent features such as storyline templates, character illustrations, and interactive and visual step-by-step guides. The results of expert validation show a very high level of validity in the material and media aspects. The practicality test showed that the score increased from 0.73 (practical) to 0.97 (very practical). The results of the effectiveness test showed a significant increase in the short story writing skill score, with  an average pretest score  of 65 and the posttest increased to 90-98. So, it can be concluded that Canva Magic learning media  with  the AI-based Magic Write feature  is effective and practical to improve short story writing skills in a creative, systematic, and meaningful way for students.

Abstract

Language is a system of sound symbols used by humans to interact in social life. Language has sentence elements, which consist of  “Subject, Predicate, Object, and Complement”. The objectives of the study consisted of two parts. 1) to record transitive and intransitive verb sentences in the Lani Language of Tolikara Regency, 2) to describe the form of transitive and intransitive verb sentence structures in the Lani Language of Tolikara Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive. Descriptive research is conducted to describe the level of analysis, namely, analyzing and presenting facts systematically, so that they can be better understood and concluded. The researcher used an informant, the Chief of the Tribe "Yumiles Yikwa" to obtain data in the Lani Language. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the structure of transitive and intransitive verbs is different in the Lani Language and Indonesian. Generally, the Lani Language Structure containing verbs is usually located at the end of the sentence "Subject + Object + Predicate + Complement", which in Indonesian should have the pattern "Subject + Predicate + Object + Complement".

Abstract

Flooding is a natural phenomenon that can cause disasters for humans, especially in Indonesia and the Philippines, which often experience significant impacts on the economy, transportation, and social life. This research aims to analyze the factors that cause flooding in both countries, compare the management policies implemented, and provide recommendations for improved mitigation. The method used is a literature review to collect and analyze various scientific sources. The results show that in Indonesia, factors causing flooding include land subsidence, land use change, and climate change, while in the Philippines, flooding is often triggered by tropical storms and extreme rainfall. Indonesia's response strategy focuses on river normalization and drainage infrastructure, while the Philippines implements a National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan that covers prevention, preparedness, and rehabilitation. Despite these efforts, challenges such as urbanization and land acquisition still hamper the effectiveness of flood management. Recommendations include improving infrastructure, sustainable spatial planning, and community education.

Abstract

The church is a gathering place for people who believe in Jesus Christ to praise and to glorify Him. Song is part one of the His followers to praise and glorify Him. The purpose of the study was 1) to determine the influence of song (Ndawi) Lani ethnic in developing their interest at the Lome Baptist Church. 2) to determine the factors that influence the congregation's interest in worshiping at the Lome Baptist Church. The researcher used a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach was chosen because the main focus of the study was to understand the social phenomena related to the song (Ndawi) from the Lani tribe. The population of this study was the entire Lome Baptist Church around aged 18-25 years and the sampel used was 15 people. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observations. The data analysis techniques were identification, classification, and drawing conclusions. The results shows that there are 13 parts, which are divided into (Ayi awu togon uwa iya wua togon uwa) wonderful God wonderful God, (Yetut awuri inom uwa Kritut awuri inom wua) Jesus is with his disciples, Christ is with his disciples, (Purom paga logoner wua taitom paga logoner wua) Living on the Mount of Olives, (Tamban eggwi wonoggwime wua) He is praying, (Ala yoggwi wonoggwime wua) He is asking for power from Him, (Yetut ogoma wagaggerak wua) The Spirit of Jesus came to take a ride, (Wiya pogom wagaggerak wua) He is coming like the wind, (Togi pogom wagaggerak wua) He is coming to brood on the snow, (Awuri aggo inikime wua) He is entering the hearts of His disciples, (Orewi aggo inikime wua) He is entering the hearts of His friends, (Enggi taa ndi’nduk eregerak wua) He is fulfilling in the heart, (Iyok taa ndi'nduk eremobil wua) He is soak the feet in the heart, (Ayii awu togon wua Iya wua togon wua) Wonderful God, miraculous God.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 era and COVID-19 pandemic have accelerated the adoption of digital technology in education, yet Islamic educational institutions face unique challenges in balancing technological modernization with the preservation of authentic Islamic values and scholarly traditions. This research employs the theoretical framework of Resource-Based View (RBV) and the Islamic concept of tawhid to analyze how religious values can serve as strategic resources in creating sustainable competitive advantage through digital technology integration. The objective of this research is to analyze the integration strategy of digital technology with Islamic values in educational innovation and develop an implementation framework to achieve sustainable competitive advantage for Islamic educational institutions. The research utilizes qualitative methods with a library research approach through content analysis and narrative synthesis of international journals, academic books, and current research publications validated through source triangulation from various academic databases. The research findings identify three integration models (content, pedagogical, and systemic), competitive advantage achievement strategies through value-based differentiation and network effects, and a five-dimensional implementation framework (philosophical, structural, operational, evaluative, and adaptive) that can create unique value propositions in learning ecosystems combining spiritual, intellectual, and technological intelligence. The research limitation lies in the library research approach that does not involve empirical validation through case studies or direct implementation in Islamic educational institutions therefore it is recommended to conduct further research with a mixed-method approach that combines theoretical analysis with implementation case studies in various types of Islamic educational institutions to test the effectiveness of the developed framework in diverse practical contexts

Abstract

Fail kidney chronic (GGK) is disease progressive that requires therapy replacement kidney like hemodialysis . One of the common complications​ No realized is dysfunction sexual , which can lower quality life patient . Research This aiming For describe function sexual intercourse in GGK patients undergoing hemodialysis at Aloei Saboe Regional Hospital, Gorontalo City. Research design use approach descriptive quantitative with accidental sampling technique on 70 respondents who met the requirements criteria inclusion . Instruments used​ is IIEF questionnaire for men and FSFI for women . The results show that in patients male , function best orgasm (65.1%), followed by function erection (58.1%), desire sexual , and satisfaction connection sexual (51.2%). However , the desire sexual in a way overall disturbed (62.8%). In patients women , lubrication and desire sexual prominent (63%), followed by orgasm and comfort moment relate sexual (55.6%), with satisfaction sexual as function lowest (48.1%). In conclusion , patients man more Lots experience disturbance of desire sexual , while patient Woman experience more disturbance​ evenly distributed . It is recommended that the power health give education , counseling , and support psychosocial For increase quality life patient .

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of the mind mapping method in improving student memory in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. Conventional learning methods are often less effective in stimulating students' memory because they only activate the left brain. Mind mapping, as a visual and holistic approach, is believed to overcome this limitation by involving the right brain in information processing. The results showed a significant improvement in students' memory and understanding of PAI materials after the implementation of the mind mapping method. Mind mapping's ability to systematically connect ideas and build comprehensive understanding contributed to the improvement in memory. This method proved to be flexible and effective for various PAI materials, including fiqh, SKI, akidahakhlak, and Al-Qur'an Hadith. This study recommends the use of mind mapping as an innovative learning strategy to improve the quality of PAI learning and student learning outcomes
