Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kompetensi pegawai di Kantor Camat Kalaena Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan regresi linear berganda digunakan pada 12 responden dari 14 pegawai negeri sipil yang telah mengikuti program pendidikan dan pelatihan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi (t=2,830; p=0,018), pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi (t=2,888; p=0,016), dan secara simultan keduanya berpengaruh signifikan (F=9,823; p=0,004). Koefisien determinasi (R²=0,612) menunjukkan 61,2% variasi kompetensi dijelaskan oleh pendidikan dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi pentingnya investasi dalam program pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai dalam pelayanan publik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, employee engagement, budaya organisasi, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru di UPT SMP Negeri 1 Bone-bone. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik total sampling terhadap 43 guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir (β=0,319, p=0,012), employee engagement (β=0,307, p=0,015), budaya organisasi (β=0,245, p=0,046), dan budaya kerja (β=0,297, p=0,017) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara simultan, keempat variabel berpengaruh signifikan (F=18,742, p<0,001) dengan kontribusi 66,3% terhadap kinerja guru. Pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh paling dominan, menunjukkan pentingnya program peningkatan kompetensi guru secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the metacognitive skills of students after using E-LAPD learning media on the material of reaction rate factors. The subjects of this study were students of class XI-2 SMAN 1 Sidayu Gresik. This study used the R&D (Research and Development) research method with the ADDIE model which was limited to the development stage. Data collection in this study used pretest-posttest test instruments and a questionnaire in the form of a metacognitive inventory questionnaire. The results showed that the value of students' metacognitive skills based on metacognitive skills-based tests for the planning indicator was 90.91%; the monitoring indicator was 80.68%; and the evaluation indicator was 86.36%. These results were supported by the acquisition of the metacognitive inventory given at the end of the meeting for the planning indicator of 93.18%; the monitoring indicator was 88.64%; and the evaluation indicator was 89.02%. Overall, students' metacognitive skills increased significantly.

Abstract

This This study aims to explore and analyze research trends related to competence in business, particularly within the context of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), using a bibliometric approach. Data was extracted from the Scopus database and visualized using VOSViewer, facilitating the identification of key research clusters, influential authors, and the relationships between various keywords within the domain. The findings reveal significant clusters centered around "competence," "innovation," and "business performance," highlighting the integral role of innovation in enhancing business competencies. Additionally, the analysis emphasizes the interconnectedness of human resource development and strategic business planning with competency development. This research contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the complexities in business competence studies and underscores the importance of a multidisciplinary approach in fostering sustainable business success. The results provide valuable insights for both researchers and practitioners in the field of business competence.

Abstract

Cleaning service staff working in laboratories are at high risk of exposure to hazardous materials. The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is a crucial step in preventing occupational accidents. However, the level of compliance with PPE usage varies and is influenced by the knowledge and attitude of the staff. This issue highlights the need to understand the relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of cleaning service staff and their compliance with the use of PPE. This study employed an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 58 cleaning service staff participated as respondents, selected through total sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that 60.3% of respondents had good knowledge regarding the use of PPE, while 73% had a positive attitude toward its usage. The chi-square test revealed a p-value of 0.03 (<0.05), indicating a significant relationship between attitude and compliance with PPE usage among cleaning service staff. The chi-square test for the relationship between knowledge and compliance yielded a p-value of 0.01 (<0.05), indicating a significant relationship between knowledge and compliance. The findings indicate that the knowledge of cleaning service staff positively correlates with their compliance in using PPE. Staff members with good knowledge were more likely to comply with PPE usage. Adequate knowledge enables staff to understand laboratory risks and the benefits of PPE in preventing exposure to hazardous materials, thereby encouraging safer behavior, promoting communication among staff, reminding one another, and embedding safety values into daily work routines.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Palopo branch. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The research sample consisted of 40 employees. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The results showed that simultaneously compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Partially, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (sig = 0.001), while compensation has no significant effect (sig = 0.474). The R Square value of 0.745 indicates that 74.5% of employee performance variability can be explained by compensation and work environment.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of firm ethicality, green marketing, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on brand loyalty toward Tokopedia, it also explores the moderating roles of brand reputation, environmental concern, and social influence. A survey of 56 Tokopedia users was analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Results show that firm ethicality significantly and positively influenced brand loyalty. In contrast, green marketing and CSR did not show significant effects, nor did any of the hypothesized moderating relationships. Interestingly, social influence, although not proposed as a direct predicator, demonstrated a significant direct effect on brand loyalty, highlighting the roles of normative and informational influence in e-commerce. Assessment of the measurement model confirmed satisfactory construct reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. The structural model exhibited predictive relevance. The findings indicate that corporate ethics and social influence are key factors in fostering loyalty within Indonesia’s digital marketplace.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of ethical leadership, innovation adoption, and creativity on company performance within Indonesia's fast-fashion industry. As the industry faces increasing scrutiny regarding sustainability and social responsibility, understanding the relationships between these organizational capabilities becomes crucial for competitive advantage. Using a quantitative methodology, this research employed saturated sampling of 87 managers from fast-fashion companies across major Indonesian cities including Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Medan. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The measurement model demonstrated strong reliability and validity, with all constructs exceeding recommended thresholds for Cronbach's Alpha (0.832-0.873), Composite Reliability (0.883-0.911), and Average Variance Extracted (0.603-0.671). Discriminant validity was confirmed through Fornell-Larcker criterion and HTMT ratios below 0.85. The findings reveal that ethical leadership, innovation adoption, and creativity function as complementary organizational resources that collectively enhance company performance rather than operating in isolation. These results provide empirical evidence for the synergistic effects of leadership behavior, technological orientation, and creative capacity in driving organizational success. The study contributes to management literature by demonstrating the integrated nature of these capabilities and offers practical guidance for fast-fashion companies seeking sustainable competitive advantage through ethical practices, systematic innovation, and creative organizational cultures.

Abstract

Business activities are hard work to improve people's lives. Basically, the diverse needs of the community encourage people with various business activities which are then expected to be able to meet these needs. For economic livelihoods, people need to identify potential and opportunities in the surrounding environment that will be used as business opportunities. The research method used is field research or using a qualitative approach. The results of the study are: a) The economic growth of business actors in Sungai Pauh Pusaka Village, West Langsa District, Langsa City with the many developments of business actors emerging in the village has an impact on the economic growth of the community, considering that the activities of micro, small and medium enterprises can change the economy for a community, but in 2020 economic growth experienced a decline of 87% caused by Covid-19, b) The main problem faced by business actors in Sungai Pauh Pusaka Village is the problem of decreasing turnover of their merchandise, this is caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic which has not ended.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of social solidarity and religious values, especially those contained in the Qur'an. Social solidarity has long been the focus of discussion in various disciplines, ranging from sociology, political science, to Islamic studies. In the midst of the increasingly complex dynamics of urbanization in Indonesia, the question of how religious values, especially those contained in the Qur'an, can encourage collective action based on social justice is very relevant. By examining in depth the relationship between the teachings of the Qur'an and social solidarity, this article contributes to the development of social theory and practice in urban Indonesian society. It is hoped that the findings and recommendations presented can be a reference for academics, researchers, and policymakers in formulating strategies for integrating Islamic values into contemporary social dynamics, so that in the end it can produce a more just, inclusive, and dignified society. The results of the study show that there is a strong integration between the theological message in the Qur'an and the dynamics of social interaction, as well as its implications in the formation of pro-people public policy. Thus, the conceptual framework proposed in this study not only makes a theoretical contribution to the development of Islamic studies and sociology, but also offers practical recommendations that are applicable to the strengthening of social solidarity in the modern era. This study suggests that further studies can explore more empirical aspects, involving field data and participatory analysis, to ensure that the values of the Qur'an are truly integrated into social life and public policy as a whole. This research invites further dialogue between stakeholders in an effort to realize solid social solidarity, as a tangible manifestation of the application of the principles of goodness and justice enshrined in the Qur'an.
