Abstract

Improve learning achievement of students grade VIII D SMPN 1 Amuntai through Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating and Transferring (REACT) model. Application of the talking method in learning activities cause students weren’t active and it result to the low of students learning achievement. This condition needs a classroom action research to improve students learning achievement through Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating and Transferring (REACT). The aim of this research is describe way to improve students learning achievement through REACT model. The specific aims are describe: (1) lesson plan feasibility, (2) students learning achievement and (3) students activities. This classroom action research use Hopkins model that consist of 2 cycles. Data were collected by observation, test and documentation. Then data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. This research show that: (1) lesson plan feasibility in relating included good, experiencing included good, applying included good, cooperating included good and transferring included good; (2) students learning achievement were improve from 65,00% or didn’t completed classical achievement in cycle I to 77,27% in cycle II or completed classical achievement; and (3) students activity contain questioning, propose argument/answered teacher’s questions, listen teacher’s explain and discuss task severally included good. It can be concluded that learning achievement of students grade VIII D SMPN 1 Amuntai can improve though REACT model with link a new concept to something completely familiar to students, guide students discover concept through laboratory activity, help students answered application and analysis question on worksheet, guide students to discuss in group and guide students to use their knowledge in a new context and also make students active in learning activities.

Abstract

AbstractThe aims of this study is to improve learning outcomes and student  activities through the Auditory Intellectually Repetition model at the energy material. Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The subjects were students of class VIII C SMPN 5 Pontianak 2015/2016 academic year as many as 36 students. The data collection includes achievement test and activity of observation sheet. The data obtained showed an increase in student learning outcomes from the first cycle to the second cycle of 53% to 83%. The tests were given before and after the learning is determined by the percentage of classical completeness. The results of learning activities of students showing improvement, namely in the first cycle and the second cycle of active category 80% to 92%. These results indicate that the model of Auditory Intellectually Repetition can improve learning outcomes and student learning activities in a energy material. Keywords : Outcomes, Activities, AIR, Energy.

Abstract

Abstract This research intent to test the effect of Motivation on the relationship between Task Complexity, Leadership style with Auditor Performance on BPK Riau Province delegation. The data was collected using a questionnaire survey, the sample in this study were 47 respondents. Data processing used SPSS version 16. The regression equation used simple linear regression and multiple regression, this test is often called the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the interaction of task complexity and motivation have negativ affect for the performance of the auditor, with a value of 63%, meanwhile its rest 37 % regarded by other variables, it mean the height auditor’s task complexity BPK Riau Province delegation in work will reduce the motivation in work and ensue auditor performance decrease that resulting. Meanwhile result of leadership style interaction and motivation have positive ascendant to auditor performance, with point as big as 69 % auditor performance regarded by leadership style, motivation and leadership style interaction by motivates, meanwhile its rest 31 % regarded by other variables, it mean that leadership suitable will inspire motivate auditor for working so increases BPK'S auditor performance Riau Province delegation.

Abstract

The importance of innovating and creating in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 we are required to be smarter in innovation in order to get the highest benefits from new emerging technologies. For this reason, this study will present a literature review of the role of e-commerce and startups as a form of business sustainability innovation in the industrial era 4.0. The method used in this research is through conceptual and theoretical deepening as well as the collection of information and data related to e-commerce starup and innovation   as well as supporting data from various sources. The results of the study stated that it is appropriate for us to move from traditional business to digital-based business by keeping up with the times, one of which is by utilizing e-commerce  and startups as business innovations that are able to compete in globalization. The current solution is the availability of counseling and training by institutions or institutions regarding digital business for people who do not understand information technology. One thing in Indonesia that makes optimism is the number of strong entrepreneurial spirits, so that  Indonesian e-commerce will only get stronger in the future, one example is Tokopedia.

Abstract

Orientasi bangunan berkaitan dengan posisi bukaan bangunan, posisi luar bukaan akan mempengaruhi jumlah radiasi sinar matahari yang masuk ke dalam bangunan (Basaria Talarosha, 2005). Hal ini berarti bahwa luas dan posisi bukaan akan mempengaruhi kemampuan bangunan dalam menahan panas. Riset mencari pengaruh orientasi terhadap kondisi termal pada objek FAVE Hotel yang menjelaskan mengenai kenyamanan thermal yang dibatasi hanya penghawaan dan radiasi matahari (pencahayaan), karena orientasi bangunan berkaitan dengan jumlah radiasi matahari yang menyebabkan perubahan suhu yang masuk dari bukaan. Seperti yang dikatakan pada buku Design With Climate, (Olgyay, 1963) Variabel termal yang diperhatikan bukan hanya radiasi matahari tetapi juga dampak dari suhu panas tersebut. Riset ini akan memperhatikan apakah orientasi bangunan FAVE Hotel di medan berpengaruh terhadap kondisi termal pencahayaan dan penghawaan akibat dari matahari.

Abstract

Character education is a system that instills character values in students including knowledge, awareness, determination and willingness and action to realize the values of goodness towards God, self, fellow human beings, the environment and nationality. Meanwhile, to obtain good character education for educators, it must be based on Islamic religious education. Islamic religious education is a planned effort in preparing students to recognize, understand, appreciate and believe in and respect adherents of other religions. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the strategy of developing character education based on Islamic religious education. This research uses a qualitative method of phenomenology type, with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation and analysis using data reduction, data display model and conclusion drawing. The results of the research findings are: The development of character education based on Islamic religious education, including: morning roll call activities, reciting the pledge of tawhid and loyalty to Islam, reading verses of the Qur'an and praying, fostering students based on regulations and standard operating procedures, fostering students' concern for others, fostering organizations, students' interests and talents, fostering love for the environment and exemplary by educators. The most basic finding of this research is the change and commitment of Muhammadiyah Jakarta Junior High School students to carry out worship and have good character in carrying out the learning process at school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Strategi Pengembangan UMKM Di Desa Kalaena Kiri Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara serta kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 46 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis matriks SWOT untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan UMKM di Di Desa Kalaena Kiri Kabupaten Luwu Timur yaitu 1) Memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dan informasi untuk terus melakukan inovasi produk. 2) Bekerja sama dengan perguruan tinggi untuk melakukan riset pengembangan produk baru, meningkatkan kualitas produk, serta memperbaiki proses pencatatan transaksi keuangan secara sistematis. 3) meningkatkan penjualan secara online serta mengoptimalkan promosi melalui platform media sosial dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi. 4) Memanfaatkan program legalitas usaha yang disediakan oleh pemerintah untuk mendukung UMKM dalam memperoleh izin usaha. 5) Memanfaatkan program pemerintah terkait UMKM untuk berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM. 6) Meningkatkan kenyamanan tempat dan lokasi bisnis serta selalu menggunakan bahan baku yang berkualitas untuk menghadapi Tingkat persaingan UMKM yang semakin tinggi. 7) Memenuhi standar legalitas dan keamanan produk untuk megantisipasi Pelanggan yang semakin teliti mengenai legalitas bisnis dan produk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dual role conflict on the performance of female honorary staff at the Luwu Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit Office. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample in this study were Women Honorary Staff of the Luwu Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit, totaling 29 people. While the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression using the IBM SPSS 25 statistical application. Based on the results of the research conducted, the research results show that Dual Role Conflict has a significant effect on the performance of Female Honorary Staff of the Luwu Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit Office, although there is a dual role conflict that occurs, it is still fairly easy to overcome by female honorary staff.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Konflik Peran Ganda Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Honorer Wanita Pada Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Luwu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui observasi, Interview (wawancara), dan kuesioner (Angket). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Tenaga Honorer Wanita Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Luwu yang Berjumlah 29 Orang. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni regresi linear sederhana menggunakan aplikasi statistik IBM SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa Konflik Peran Ganda berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Tenaga Honorer Wanita Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Luwu, meskipun ada konflik peran ganda yang terjadi, akan tetapi terbilang masih mudah untuk diatasi oleh tenaga honorer wanita.

Abstract

Abstract Several studies have found that one of the factors that has an impact on employee work productivity is work life balance and Employee Engagement. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the impact of work life balance and Employee Engagement on employee work productivity. Research location at PT. Masmindo Dwi Luwu Regency Area.  The data source in this research is primary data through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The number of samples in this study was 56 employees whose number was determined using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Meanwhile, for data analysis, descriptive and structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) analysis was used to answer the research hypothesis. The research results found that work life balance has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Likewise, Employee Engagement has a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Masmindo Dwi Luwu Regency Area. This means that work life balance and employee engagement have an impact on employee work productivity. The more balanced the employee's work life balance, the higher their productivity. Likewise with Employee Engagement, the higher the Employee Engagement, the higher the productivity. Keywords: Employee Engagement, Produktivity, Work Life BalanceAbstrak Beberapa riset menemukan bahwa salah satu factor yang memiliki dampak terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan adalah work life balance dan employee engagement. Didasarkan dari hal tersebut, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak work life balance dan employee engagement terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan. Lokasi penelitian pada PT. Masmindo Dwi Area Kabupaten Luwu.  Sumber data pada penelitian ini yakni data primer melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 56 orang karyawan yang ditentukan jumlahnya dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Sedangkan untuk analisis datanya menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan structural equation modelling partial least square (SEM PLS) untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Begitu pula dengan employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Masmindo Dwi Area Kabupaten Luwu. Artinya bahwa work life balance dan employee engagement memiliki dampak terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Semakin seimbang work life balance karyawan maka produktivitasnya semakin tinggi. Dan begitu pula dengan employee engagement, semakin tinggi employee engagement karyawan maka produktifitasnya akan semakin tinggi. Kata Kunci: Employee Engagement, Produktivitas, Work Life Balance

Abstract

Penguatan kualitas pelayanan publik merupakan salah satu tantangan utama dalam mewujudkan kepuasan pelanggan, khususnya pada lembaga penyedia layanan dasar seperti Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Kota Palopo. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan sikap pelayanan karyawan melalui pelatihan Service Excellent yang berfokus pada pembentukan perilaku kerja yang responsif dan empatik. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui tahapan observasi, focus group discussion (FGD), pelatihan interaktif, praktik simulasi (role play) dengan sebanyak 30 orang peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan karyawan dalam menyambut, melayani, menangani keluhan, dan menutup layanan secara profesional. Intervensi ini juga berdampak positif terhadap perubahan pola pikir karyawan bahwa pelayanan bukan sekadar tugas administratif, melainkan representasi nilai dan citra institusi. Dengan menerapkan prinsip service excellent, diharapkan Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku dapat menghadirkan layanan yang tidak hanya memenuhi, tetapi juga melampaui harapan pelanggan.
