Abstract

In the current digital era, technological advancements significantly influence consumer behavior, particularly through e-commerce platforms like Shopee. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital marketing and product quality on purchase decisions, with brand image serving as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via online questionnaires from 125 respondents who were Make Over consumers in Malang City. SmartPLS software was employed for data analysis. Results show that both digital marketing and product quality significantly influence purchase decisions directly and indirectly through brand image. These findings underscore the importance of optimizing digital strategies and maintaining product quality to enhance brand perception and consumer purchase decisions.

Abstract

The presence of human resources in a company is crucial, which necessitates focusing on aspects related to employees. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Leadership, Discipline, and Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Manuntung, Balikpapan City. This study employs a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was conducted using a Likert scale and involved 79 employees of PDAM Tirta Manuntung, Balikpapan City, as respondents. Data analysis in this study was performed using the SmartPLS method. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire designed based on the Likert scale to assess employees' perceptions of leadership, work discipline, and motivation variables. The results of the study show that the leadership variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Manuntung, Balikpapan City. The work discipline variable has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Balikpapan City, and the motivation variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Manuntung, Balikpapan City.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of inventory turnover, debt-to-equity ratio, and earnings per share on stock prices with company size as a moderating variable in energy sector companies listed on ISSI. The population in this study was 68 energy sector companies listed on ISSI. The sample determination in this study used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 14 companies, with an observation period of 5 years. The data analysis technique in this study used panel data regression using the Eviews Version 13 application. The results of this study stated that inventory turnover and debt-to-equity ratio had a positive but insignificant effect while earnings per share had a significant positive effect on stock prices. Company size does not moderate the impact of inventory turnover and debt-to-equity ratio but can moderate the effect of earnings per share on stock prices.

Abstract

Green shipping is one of the efforts to reduce the negative impact of the shipping sector on the environment, but its implementation in Indonesia still faces various challenges. This study aims to identify factors that hinder the performance of green shipping in Indonesia and provide recommendations for improvements that can be applied to improve environmental sustainability in this sector. This study uses importance performance analysis to identify factors that need to be improved and uses a fishbone diagram to identify the root causes of low green shipping performance. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews with shipping industry players in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the main factors that hinder the implementation of green shipping are the lack of understanding and awareness of human resources, high costs for implementing environmentally friendly technology, limited availability of environmentally friendly fuels, and lack of supervision and law enforcement. Recommendations for improvements provided include the development of training and awareness campaigns, investment in green technology, improvement of alternative fuel infrastructure, and strengthening supervision and law enforcement related to environmental impacts. This study contributes to designing strategic steps that can improve green shipping in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Motivation to Employee Job Satisfaction of PT Asia Adhitama Shipyard Balikpapan. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this research is saturated sampling with a population of 40 employees so the sample taken is all employees of PT Asia Adhitama Shipyard in Balikpapan City which amounted to 40 employees. Data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires. This research uses multiple linear regression with the help of SmartPLS in processing data. The result of this research shows that work environment, work discipline and motivation variables have influence on job satisfaction of PT Asia Adhitama Shipyard Balikpapan employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of live streaming, cash on delivery (COD) and free postage promos on purchasing decisions on Shopee. The population consists of Shopee application users in Palopo City. Research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was obtained using the Conchran formula, determining the minimum sample number of 10 times the number of measurement items. The study used 20 indicators, so that the minimum number of samples was obtained (10 x 20 = 200). Data analysis techniques using SPSS 25. Then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. Hypothesis testing with the F test to measure simultaneously and t tests to partially measure.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation variables, work discipline and work environment on job satisfaction of Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Balikpapan employees. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this study was 133 employees of Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Balikpapan. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling, totaling 59 permanent employees. Data collection was carried out by literature study, interviews and distributing questionnaires, processing data using SmartPLS to test the validity and reliability of the instrument. An R-Square value of 0.705 indicates a good work model, with job satisfaction influenced by 70.5% by motivation variables, work discipline and work environment. The research results show that work motivation and discipline have a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Balikpapan employees, while the work environment has no effect and is not significant on the job satisfaction of Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Balikpapan employees. It is recommended to increase the feeling of comfort in the work environment, maintain employee discipline and increase motivation to build employee enthusiasm in carrying out their work, as well as involving additional variables such as compensation, leadership and loyalty in further research.

Abstract

The effectiveness of the omnichannel strategy of Toko Kado Shofia in responding to changes in consumer behavior is a study aimed at measuring the effectiveness of using an omnichannel strategy at Toko Kado Shofia in meeting the ever-changing needs of consumers. This study will examine how the mixed sales methods used, such as physical stores, e-commerce platforms, websites, and social media, affect customer shopping experience, satisfaction levels, and business performance. This research will identify key factors that influence the success or failure of the omnichannel strategy of Toko Kado Shofia. The goal is to provide improvement recommendations so that the store can optimize their strategy amidst the increasingly complex changes in consumer behavior due to the development of digital technology. In a comprehensive manner, this research is expected to provide significant benefits in understanding how to use omnichannel strategies in the retail industry, especially in gift shops. In addition, this research can also provide practical guidance for other entrepreneurs who want to improve their business performance through omnichannel strategies. This research aims to determine the extent to which the omnichannel strategy used by Toko Kado Shofia can meet the changing desires of consumers. How the integration between physical stores, e-commerce platforms, websites, and social media affects customer shopping experiences and their satisfaction. What factors influence the success or failure of this omnichannel strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Communcation, Motivation, and WorkEnvironment on Job Satisfaction of Paser Regency Fire Department Employees. The type of research usedis quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study was total / census sampling with apopulation of 88 employees, so the sample taken was all employees of the Paser Regency Fire Service,totaling 88 employees. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Thisstudy uses multiple linear regression with the help of SmartPLS in processing data. The results of thisstudy indicate that communication variables partially affect the job satisfaction of Paser Regency FireDepartment employees, motivation variables partially affect the job satisfaction of Paser Regency FireDepartment employees, and work environment variables partially affect the job satisfaction of PaserRegency Fire Department employees

Abstract

                Good Corporate Governance (GCG) plays a very important role in creating a transparent, accountable and integrity corporate environment. One of the main objectives of implementing GCG is to prevent corrupt practices and abuse of authority that can harm the company and society. This article discusses how GCG principles, such as transparency, accountability, clear division of authority, and anti-corruption policies, can reduce the risk of unethical actions in organizations. In addition, the role of effective internal and external controls is also key in detecting and preventing abuse of authority. By consistently implementing GCG, companies can enhance their reputation, strengthen stakeholder trust, and maintain corporate sustainability. Through leadership with integrity and a corporate culture that prioritizes ethics, GCG is expected to create a business environment that is clean and free from corruption. This study aims to describe the role of GCG in preventing corruption and abuse of power and provide recommendations to strengthen GCG implementation in Indonesian companies.
