Abstract

Digital transformation has brought about fundamental changes in various dimensions of Indonesian society, including social, political, economic, and cultural aspects. Amidst rapid technological developments, there has been academic concern about the relevance of Pancasila as the philosophical foundation of the nation in responding to challenges in the digital space. This study aims to examine the ability of Pancasila values to adapt and serve as ethical guidelines in the digital age. Through a descriptive qualitative approach using literature study and document analysis methods, the results of this study reveal that Pancasila has high relevance in overcoming contemporary issues such as digital ethics, cyberbullying, the spread of disinformation, hate speech, and technological access gaps. The five principles of Pancasila offer philosophical guidance for the wise use of technology, while also establishing a digital ethical framework based on the values of divinity, humanity, unity, democracy, and justice. To realize this, synergistic collaboration between stakeholders, including the government, educational institutions, digital platform providers, and the general public, is needed to create a digital ecosystem that is not only productive but also has integrity and upholds the dignity of the nation.

Abstract

This research focuses on evaluating the integration of digital literacy practices at SD Negeri 195 Palembang utilizing observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and student questionnaire distribution. Digital competency represents an essential 21st-century skill set that should be cultivated from primary education levels; yet its application across educational settings continues to encounter multiple obstacles. The study adopted a descriptive design through a combined qualitative-quantitative methodology. Information gathering was conducted via school infrastructure observation, dialogues with school administrators and teaching staff, and survey distribution to 30 pupils from grades III, V, and VI. Research outcomes reveal that SDN 195 Palembang has initiated digital literacy implementation by utilizing basic digital tools, the WhatsApp platform for communication purposes, and introductory coding activities for senior-grade learners. Primary challenges include inadequate facilities such as only two available projectors, non-existent computer laboratories, and inconsistent internet access. Survey data demonstrates that pupils' digital literacy competence reaches the high classification with a mean score of 79%. Conversely, dimensions concerning digital security and online ethics remain at moderate levels, registering 51%. In summary, digital literacy practices at SDN 195 Palembang have advanced reasonably well, though enhancements are necessary through infrastructure expansion, educator capacity building, and reinforcement of digital safety and ethical education from early stages.

Abstract

Pancasila merupakan dasar negara dan ideologi nasional yang memuat nilai-nilai fundamental bangsa Indonesia. Sejak kelahirannya pada 1 Juni 1945 hingga pengesahannya pada 18 Agustus 1945, Pancasila telah menjadi pedoman dalam penyelenggaraan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Dalam konteks globalisasi, nilai-nilai Pancasila menghadapi berbagai tantangan, mulai dari pengaruh budaya asing, krisis moral, hingga menguatnya radikalisme. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya penguatan pemahaman dan pengamalan Pancasila secara konsisten, baik melalui pendidikan, kebijakan publik, maupun praktik kehidupan sosial. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggali kembali esensi Pancasila sebagai dasar negara dan ideologi nasional, serta mengevaluasi tantangan dan strategi aktualisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia kontemporer.

Abstract

The effect of realistic mathematics education (RME) Model assisted by sasak culinary media on the Mathematics learning outcomes. The low level of students’ learning outcomes can be seen from the results of the 2022 PISA survey, which indicate scores significantly below the average of other participating countries, particularly in mathematical literacy. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) model assisted by Sasak culinary media on the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 13 Ampenan. This research employed a quantitative approach using a Quasi-Experimental Design with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design type. The samples were selected using purposive sampling, with class IV-C serving as the experimental group, which was taught using the RME model assisted by Sasak culinary media, and class IV-D serving as the control group, which was taught using a conventional learning model. The data collection instruments consisted of observation sheets and learning achievement tests that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, independent t-tests, and N-Gain tests. The results showed a more significant improvement in learning outcomes in the experimental class (mean post-test score of 73.8) compared to the control class (mean post-test score of 60.4). The hypothesis test using the independent t-test showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. The N-Gain test result of 0.49 fell into the moderate category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the RME model assisted by Sasak culinary media has a positive effect on students’ mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

The development of the Society 5.0 era has brought fundamental changes to the paradigm of human resource management. This concept places humans at the center of innovation and technology, demanding a balance between digital advancement and human values. This study aims to examine the integration of the International Human Resource Management (IHRM) concept with Society 5.0 as a strategy for developing Islamic human resources in the digital era. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach, reviewing various relevant previous studies. The findings indicate that the application of IHRM principles in a technology-based work environment can strengthen employees’ spiritual well-being, enhance loyalty, and promote the creation of sustainable organizations

Abstract

Pemahaman Pancasila sebagai dasar negara Indonesia memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi serta membentuk karakter guna memiliki identitas bangsa yang inklusif dan bertoleransi. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana nilai-nilai Pancasila dapat dipahami dan diterapkan dalam lingkungan keluarga sebagai unit terkecil dalam Masyarakat dan negara. Nilai Pancasila sangat tepat bila ditanamkan pada anak sejak masih usia dini. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar setelah mereka dewasa, mereka akan terbiasa dengan perbuatan dan tingkah laku yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Anak sangat membutuhkan bimbingan dari orang lain terutama orangtua untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila tersebut. Hal tersebut bisa dilakukan dengan permainan, lagu, rekreasi serta cara-cara lain yang menyenangkan bagi anak. Namun, anak usia dini juga perlu untuk diberikan pendidikan di sekolah, agar penanaman nilai Pancasila tertanam lebih mendalam dalam jiwanya. Menanamkan moral pada anak sejak usia dini juga sangat diperlukan. Dengan demikian, anak bisa mengembangkan sikap dan perilaku yang didasari oleh nilai-nilai Pancasila, agar dia tumbuh menjadi anak yang mempunyai akhlak mulia yang mempunyai moral sesuai harapan bangsa.

Abstract

Best Practice (praktik terbaik) ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran blended learning berbasis TIK dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SDN 2 Urutsewu. Strategi ini model pembelajaran blended learning berbasis teknologi untuk mengakomodasi perbedaan kebutuhan belajar siswa. Sarana prasarana yang menunjang implementasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi ternyata belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, sehingga penulis melakukan inovasi dalam bentuk penggabungan teknologi. Teknologi yang dimaksudkan pada praktik terbaik ini adalah pemanfaatan Multimedia Pembelajaran Interaktif (MPI). Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi aktif, motivasi belajar, serta capaian hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran yang adaptif dan berbasis teknologi dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang bermakna dan inklusif di sekolah dasar. Blended learning sebagai strategi yang memanfaatkan pembelajaran berbasis online dan offline untuk daling melengkapi dari masing- masing kekurangannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam best practice Ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan mengikuti tahapan-tahapan diantaranya persiapan, pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Penulis menggunakan rubrik pengamatan motivasi belajar siswa dan soal evaluasi formatif maupun sumatif dalam mengumpulkan data. Hasil perolehan data kemudian dianalisis dan dijadikan dasar sebagai pengambilan kesimpulan. Analisis data menunjukan adanya peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa yang signifikan. Motivasi belajar yang awalnya masuk dalam kategori sangat rendah menjadi sangat baik. Sedangkan pada aspek hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan ketuntasan belajar yang awalnya 39% menjadi 89%. Praktik terbaik ini sudah penulis diseminasikan melalui berbagai kegaiatan daring dan luring, sehingga dapat dirasakan manfaatnya bagi teman sejawat lainnya.

Abstract

The Industry 4.0 era mandates that school principals manage innovation to optimize learning technology. This study aims to analyze (1) the principal's innovation management strategies, and (2) the enabling and inhibiting factors for technology optimization at TK Negeri Pembina Batumandi. The research utilizes a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers (IG) and school operators (IO), observations, and documentation studies. Data were analyzed thematically. The findings indicate the principal implements a dual strategy: (a) a managerial strategy, focusing on prioritizing the ICT budget and asset management systems (per IO findings), and (b) a transformational/cultural strategy, creating a psychologically safe climate for innovation and employing dialogical supervision (per IG findings). The primary enabling factor is the principal's "tech-savvy" and adaptive leadership. Inhibiting factors were identified at two levels: internal (operational efficiency of device setup and maintenance management) and external (unstable internet and electricity infrastructure). The study concludes that the principal's innovation management successfully combines systemic (budgetary) and cultural (psychological) support, yet its effectiveness remains constrained by external infrastructural challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using puzzle media in improving students’ Arabic speaking skills (maharah al-kalam) in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic Elementary Schools). The method used is a literature review, involving the analysis of books, academic journals, and previous studies related to Arabic language learning media. The findings indicate that puzzle media positively influence students’ motivation, participation, and comprehension in the learning process. As an interactive medium, puzzles create an enjoyable and collaborative learning environment while enhancing students’ vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure in Arabic. Moreover, the implementation of puzzle media aligns with constructivist and communicative learning theories that emphasize active student involvement in constructing knowledge. Therefore, puzzle media can be considered an innovative and effective teaching strategy to enhance Arabic speaking skills at the elementary level.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the principal’s leadership strategies in improving school achievement and rebuilding public trust through best practices implemented at SD Negeri 2 Ngenden, Ampel District, Boyolali Regency. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, school committee, and the surrounding community. The results show that the principal successfully transformed the school’s image from a less favored institution into a high-achieving one through collaborative, innovative, and quality-oriented strategies. The increase in both academic and non-academic achievements had a direct impact on the rise in student enrollment and community trust. Visionary leadership, effective resource management, and cross-sector collaboration proved to be key factors in the school’s transformation and sustainable improvement.
