Abstract

Abstrak Dokumen Penetapan Anggaran satuan kerja perangkat daerah akan menjadi data yang telah disahkan oleh pejabat pembuat komitmen pemerintah daerah. Penetapan anggaran ini dilakukan mengikuti prioritas indikator kinerja utama kepala daerah. Pada prinsipnya pencairan anggaran harus sesuai dengan realisasi dilapangan dengan sistem tekhnologi yang telah dilengkapi oleh pemerintah. Namun dikenyataannya realisasi anggaran tersebut masih ada penyelewengan yang dengan mudahnya dilakukan oleh oknum pejabat tekhnis pengampu kegiatan. Islamic marketing telah memberikan kisi-kisi dalam hal transaksi jual beli yang halal sesuai dengan kaidah dan aturan dalam agama islam. Peran tim pengawas internal dan pengawas pemerintahan sangat membantu dalam hal mengurangi kecurangan penyelewengan dana tersebut. Bahkan sangsi dari penegak hukum pun sudah tegak untuk oknum yang masih nakal dalam hal pencairan dana ini. Untuk itu kolaborasi antara pengawasan dan kesadaran akan prinsip islamic marketing dalam memanfaatkan tekhnologi transaksi jual beli harus selalu digaungkan untuk menuju pemerintahan yang baik dan transpran serta akuntabel. Peran tim pengawas internal satuan kerja perangkat daerah dapat terus dievaluasi dan ditingkatkan guna stabilisasi manajemen keuangan daerah yang menjadi tolak ukur satuan kerja perangkat daerah dapat merealisasikan indikator kinerja utama kepala daerah. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prinsip islamic marketing dapat diterapkan dalam transaksi pengadaan barang jasa melalui e-katalog karena keterbukaan dan transparansi anggaran yang dilakukan dalam e-katalog dapat menghindari dari ketidakpastian atau penipuan atau gharar. E-katalog dapat menghemat biaya dan waktu serta tidak ada praktik monopoli dan persaingan tidak sehat sehingga kaitannya dalam hubungan islamic marketing adalah aspek etika yang sesuai dengan muamalah dalam islam.   Abstract The Budget Determination Document for regional work units will be the data approved by the local government's commitment-making official. This budget determination is carried out based on the priority of the regional head's key performance indicators. In principle, budget disbursement must align with actual implementation in the field, using a government-approved technological system. However, in reality, there are still cases of misappropriation of funds, easily perpetrated by certain technical officials in charge of activities. Islamic marketing has provided guidance on halal sales transactions in accordance with Islamic principles and rules. The role of internal oversight teams and government supervisors is crucial in reducing fraudulent misappropriation of funds. Law enforcement has even imposed sanctions on individuals who continue to misuse these funds. Therefore, collaboration between oversight and awareness of Islamic marketing principles in utilizing technology for sales transactions must be consistently promoted to achieve good governance, transparency, and accountability. The role of the internal supervisory team of regional work units can be continuously evaluated and improved in order to stabilize regional financial management which becomes the benchmark for regional work units to realize the main performance indicators of regional heads. The results of this study are that Islamic marketing principles can be applied in procurement transactions for goods and services through e-catalogs because the openness and transparency of the budget carried out in e-catalogs can avoid uncertainty or fraud or gharar. E-catalogs can save costs and time and there are no monopolistic practices and unfair competition so that their relationship in Islamic marketing relationships is an ethical aspect that is in accordance with muamalah in Islam.

Abstract

Education policy is a strategic part of public policy that aims to create a fair, equitable and quality education system. The implementation of education policy is a crucial stage that determines the achievement of the policy objectives that have been formulated. This journal was created to find out the process of implementing education policy in the context of public policy in Indonesia, as well as to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The method used is qualitative through journal literature studies. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of education policy implementation is greatly influenced by institutional factors, human resource capacity, coordination between stakeholders, and community participation. Challenges such as regional inequality, budget limitations and suboptimal bureaucracy are the main obstacles in policy implementation. Therefore, strong integration is needed between policy formulation and implementation, as well as the improvement of governance systems that are Transparent, Accountable and Adaptive to social dynamics. This journal was created to show that a collaborative approach in the implementation of education policy as part of efforts to strengthen public policies oriented towards service and social justice

Abstract

Komitmen Pegawai dapat dipengaruhi dari tiga variabel yaitu Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kompetensi. Ketiga variabel ini yang akan mempengaruhi komitmen pegawai pada RSU Daeah Kabupaten Seruyan Kalimantan Tengah  merupakan salah satu organisasi kepemerintahan yang tentunya juga memiliki target capaian yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pusat. Maka dari itu,komitmen pegawai RSU Daeah Kabupaten Seruyan Kalimantan Tengah  juga perlu diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana komitmen pegawai  berdasarkan pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kompetensi  dari pegawai RSU Daeah Kabupaten Seruyan Kalimantan Tengah. Selain itu juga diteliti bagaimana pengaruh tiga variabel tersebut  terhadap komitmen organisasi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai tetap yang ada di RSU Daeah Kabupaten Seruyan Kalimantan Tengah. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 57 orang dan seluruh pegawai yang digunakan sebanyak 418 responden. Instrumen uji statistik pada penelitian ini adalah SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah dimensi Kepuasan Kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi   (Y), dimensi Disiplin Kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen pegawai (Y), dimensi Kompentensi (X3) memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi   (Y), dimensi Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kompetensi  bersama-sama (simultan) memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi (Y).

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2021), 148.1 million children under the age of 5 are too short for their age (stunting), 45.0 million are too thin for their height (wasting), and 370 million are too heavy for their height (overweight). Previous research shows that families with stunted children are usually caused by a lack of knowledge of parents, especially mothers. The purpose of this education is to prevent stunting by providing health education about stunting to parents who have small children. The research design in this study is that the researcher used a quantitative form of research, the research design used was a design with a type of pre-experimental desings. and using the one group pretest - posttest design method, the sample used in this study was 22 people and used the total sampling technique. after testing using a non-parametric test (wilcoxon signe ranks test) shows the results of the Z-score of (-4,132) > 1.96 for α = 0.05, which means that there is an effect of education about stunting on the level of knowledge of mothers in hamlet xiii / dahlia village bandar khalipah. It is recommended for future researchers to add or replace variables, feeding behavior, parental roles, parental attitudes, community awareness, research can provide a comprehensive picture of the factors that support individuals to overcome stunting.

Abstract

Islamic Operational Model, Sharia Cooperatives, Sharia Principles, Banjar Regency, Sharia Contracts, Sharia Compliance, Islamic Governance. Sharia cooperatives are microfinance institutions that play a vital role in driving the community economy based on Islamic principles. In Banjar Regency, the existence of sharia cooperatives serves as an alternative economic vehicle based on the values of justice, togetherness, and the prohibition of usury, gharar, and maysir. However, in practice, various obstacles are still encountered, such as the low understanding of sharia contracts among administrators and a weak supervisory system for cooperative operations. An Islamic Operational Model is needed to ensure that all cooperative activities are carried out in accordance with sharia principles, transparently, and professionally. This model emphasizes the proper implementation of contracts such as mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, and ijarah and strengthens the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board in maintaining compliance with Islamic law. This study aims to analyze the implementation of sharia principles in cooperatives in Banjar Regency and formulate an effective operational model, appropriate to the socio-economic conditions of the local community. Through a normative legal approach and field studies, the research results are expected to become the basis for strengthening the governance of Islamic cooperatives that are just, sustainable, and support the economic development of the people in an Islamic manner.

Abstract

Mutu merupakan sebuah suatu proses terstruktur untuk memperbaiki keluaran yang dihasilkan. Mutu merupakan sebuah suatu proses terstruktur untuk memperbaiki keluaran yang dihasilkan. Adapun mutu yang dimaksud adalah kemampuan dari suatu lembaga pendidikan dalam memanfaatkan sumber sumber daya yang ada dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dengan optimal. Mutu sendiri mencakup kualitas. Dalam pendidikan islam mutu dapat diartikan sebagai kualitas pendidikan islam. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah MI Muhammadiyah Bulu Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Melakukan Perencanaan Audit Mutu di MI Muhammadiyah Bulu 2) Pelaksanaan Audit Mutu di MI Muhammadiyah BuluSukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini terumuskan dalam 2 kesimpulan, yaitu Pertama, Perencanaan Audit di MI Muhammadiyah Bulu Sukoharjo.  Kedua, pelaksanaan audit mutu di MI Muhammadiyah Bulu Sukojarjo. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah perencanaan audit mutu pendidikan di MI Muhammadiyah Bulu berjalan dengan lancar  dan semua kebutuhan untuk pelaksanaan audit dapat terpenuhi sehingga audit berjalan dengan lancar tanpa halangan yang berarti. Hasil penelitian yang kedua adalah mengenai hasil dari pelaksanaan audit diMI Muhammadiyah Bulu. Adapun hasil dari audit yang dilaksanakan adalah tidak semua perencanaan dengan pelaksanaan di MI Muhammadiyah Bulu berjalan dengan sebagaimana mestinya. terjadinya ketidaksesuaian ini dikarenakan adanya faktor human error. Masih terdapat peraturan-peraturan yang belum diperbarui seiring dengan bergantinya tahun dan masih ada beberapa kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang pendidikan yang belum terpenuhi.

Abstract

The digital era presents significant challenges for family life, particularly in maintaining harmonious relationships among family members. The influence of technology, social media, and digital lifestyles often disrupts the quality of direct interactions and worsens family communication. This article discusses the application of the values of mu'asyaroh bil ma'ruf in building a happy family amidst digital developments. The main focus is on strategies for instilling values, including digital time management, active communication, and spiritual development. By applying Islamic values that emphasize love, justice, and mutual respect, families can overcome the challenges posed by the digital world. It is hoped that families can find a balance between digital life and togetherness within the household, leading to long-lasting harmony and happiness.

Abstract

This study examines the concepts of muhkam and mutashabih verses in the Qur’an as essential components of Ulumul Qur’an (Qur’anic sciences). The background of this study arises from the need to understand the characteristics of Qur’anic verses accurately, given the diversity of linguistic styles and the depth of meanings contained within them. The study aims to explain the definitions, characteristics, examples, and functions of muhkam and mutashabih verses, as well as the wisdom behind their existence. The research employs a literature review method by analyzing classical and contemporary works on Qur’anic studies, scientific journals, and primary material from ULUMUL QUR’AN Kelompok 7. The findings indicate that muhkam verses have clear meanings and serve as the foundation of Islamic law, while mutashabih verses contain ambiguous, symbolic, or metaphysical meanings that require interpretation. Both categories complement each other within the structure of the Qur’an and reflect its miraculous nature. This study highlights the importance of methodological accuracy in interpreting Qur’anic verses to prevent misinterpretation and doctrinal deviation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the values of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) in character formation for the younger generation in the digital era. The background of this research is the phenomenon of declining morality and national spirit among adolescents due to the influence of globalization and the development of information technology. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with a literature review approach from various relevant scientific sources. The results indicate that the values of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), such as diversity, Pancasila, the legal basis and the constitution, are still relevant and can serve as a basis for strengthening the character of the younger generation through formal and non-formal education. The conclusion of this study is that the internalization of the values of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) needs to be carried out continuously with the support of families, schools, and the community to create a generation with strong character, nationalism, and noble morals.

Abstract

This research is based on the belief that learning media can inspire students to learn more efficiently. The purpose of this thesis is to answer the problem formulation question about the role of learning media in increasing students' learning motivation at Rawailat Cileungsi State Elementary School, Bogor Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a spiritual, psychological, and pedagogical approach. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data sources consist of the principal, homeroom teacher, Islamic religious education teacher, physical education and health teacher, and students. The conclusion of this study shows that the implementation of learning media at Rawailat Cileungsi State Elementary School, Bogor Regency, is running well. The effective efforts made by educators in using learning media to increase student motivation are: first, teachers prepare themselves by mastering the material so that teachers will be ready and easy to carry out lessons in class. Second, teachers prepare learning media according to student needs and learning materials and understand how to use them. Third, teachers direct students to the attention function or direct students to concentrate so that it is easier for students to receive the lesson. Fourth, by using interesting learning media, it will encourage students to be active in discussions and active in questions and answers. By using interesting learning media, there will be more student involvement in learning. Fifth, teachers direct students to the evaluation function to determine whether or not learning in using learning media is successful.
