Abstract

This Study aims to analyze the influence factors of customer loyalty, especially group of saving customers and single customer in Islamic commercial bank, using variable of price, relationship marketing, and customer value with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study is quantitative analytical methods and presents primary data collected through questionnaire with the purposive sampling technique. Total sample of 244 respondents from all local Islamic commercial bank in Indonesia during the COVID-19 outbreak period. The analysis model is Structural Equation Model (SEM), using confirmatory factor analysis and regression weight. Then, the result of this study showed that variable price, relationship marketing, and customer value partially have a positive and significant effect toward customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction has a significant effect toward customer loyalty in Islamic commercial bank.       Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, Islamic Bank, COVID-19 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah, khususnya pada nasabah simpanan/tabungan dan nasabah tunggal pada Bank Umum Syariah, dengan variabel harga, relationship marketing, dan nilai nasabah dengan kepuasan nasabah sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, teknik yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 244 responden dari seluruh Bank Umum Syariah selama periode wabah COVID-19. Model analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM), dengan teknik analisis confirmatory factor analysis dan regression weight. Hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa harga, relationship marketing, dan nilai nasabah secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Dan kepuasan nasabah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada Bank Umum Syariah.Kata kunci: Kepuasan Nasabah, Loyalitas Nasabah, Bank Syariah, COVID-19

Abstract

The financial crisis that has occurred so far according to experts is a result of the interest system that occurs in capital market and banking products. Therefore it is necessary to bring up systems and instruments that avoid the form of interest in which the interest in Islam is called usury, and the law is haraam. One instrument that carries a non-interest system is sukuk, the sukuk discussed in this study is corporate sukuk issued by well-known companies in Indonesia.This study aims to analyze how the Development and Resistance of Corporate Sukuk in Capital Market Products with qualitative descriptive methods. The analysis used is analysis of opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses or SWOT. The results of the study found that the strategy of implementing corporate sukuk in Indonesia still had a considerable opportunity even though in 2019 it was predicted to be sloping. The parties are expected to be able to work together and have good commitment in minimizing weaknesses and threats.Key words: Corporate Sukuk, Islamic Economy, Capital Market, SWOT Analysis.

Abstract

AbstrakPenggunaan dasar akrual merupakan bentuk dari penerapan asumsi yang ada dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Model dasar akrual mengakui pendapatan dan biaya sebagai sesuai yang dimiliki meskipun belum diterima maupun dikeluarkan secara kas. Seperti halnya akuntansi pada umumnya, asumsi dasar pada akuntansi syariah juga mempergunakan dasar akrual, hal tersebut ditunjukkan pada perlakan akuntansi syariah dalam transaksi dengan akad syariah. Hal tersebut diatur pada ketentuan menyangkut penerapan akuntansi syariah pada lembaga keuangan syariah. Berdasarkan penerapan tersebut penggunaan dasar akrual terletak pada pengakuan keuntungan dari transaksi syariah. Pengakuan keuntungan transaksi sewa dan syirkah dilakukan terhadap keuntungan yang diperoleh dalam penyerahan aset non kas sebagai bagian dari kesepakatan. Sedangkan pada transaksi jual beli pengakuan keuntungan dilakukan saat serah terima barang dari lembaga keuangan syariah kepada pemesan sebagai pembeli.  Pengakuan dasar akrual pada akad jual beli dengan pengakuan keuntungan di awal memiliki resiko yang besar saat piutang tidak tertagih. Untuk menghindari itu lembaga keuangan syariah yang sebaiknya menghindari pengakuan keuntungan di awal terhadap piutang murabah}ah, dengan memilih alternatif metode pengakuan keuntungan lainnya.Kata kunci : Dasar akrual, Akuntansi Lembaga Keuangan Syariah. AbstractThe use of accrual basic is one of applying the assumptions contained in the preparation of financial statements. The accrual basic model recognizes income and expenses as recorded altought not yet received or issued in cash. Same with accounting in general, assumptions basic on sharia accounting also use accruals basic, it is shown in sharia accounting treatment in sharia transaction. The accrual basic reatment is arranged in the provisions of sharia accounting in Islamic financial institutions. Based on these provisions, the use of accrual basic done in the recognition of the benefits of sharia transactions. Recognition of profit lease and shirkah transactions is made to the profits derived in the transfer of non-cash assets as part of the agreement. Despite of that sale and purchase transactions recognition of profits made when the handover of goods from Islamic financial institutions to consumer. The treatment of accrual basic on the sale and purchase agreement with the recognition of early profits has a great risk when receivables are not collectible. To avoid that Islamic financial institutions should avoid early profits recognition of murabah}ah receivables, by choosing alternative methods of recognition of other profits.Key words : accrual basic, sharia financial institution accounting

Abstract

Abstract Islam doesn’t teach us to leave us in a weak state in terms of economics, religion, and defence. By carrying out development, a country can improve the welfare of its people, one of which is in the economic fields where economic growth will be an indicator. The purpose of this research is to analyse the influence of poverty, economic growth, unemployment rates, and government expenditure on the human development index in Jambi province. This study uses a quantitative approach using Panel Regression statistical analysis to see the effect of poverty on economic growth, unemployment rates, and government spending on the human development index.Keywords: Human Development Index,Poverty, Government Expenditure, Economic Growth  Abstrak Islam mengajarkan untuk tidak meninggalkan anak cucu kita dalam keadaan yang lemah dalam hal perekonomian, agama dan pertahanan.  Dengan melakukan pembangunan, suatu negara bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyatnya, salah satunya di bidang ekonomi yang dimana pertumbuhan ekonomi akan menjadi indikatornya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa adanya pengaruh kemiskinan, pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat pengangguran, dan pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Provinsi Jambi. Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan perbankan syariah mengalami peningkatan yang relatif tinggi. Walaupun demikian, market share perbankan syariah yang dilihat dari nilai total assetnya masih sangat kecil jika dibandingkan dengan total asset perbankan nasional. Kecilnya asset akan berdampak pada rendahnya tingkat economic of scale bank yang menyebabkan rendahnya tingkat laba. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi total asset bank syariah dengan empat variabel yaitu Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Financing to Deposits Ratio (FDR), Return on Assets (ROA), dan Non Performing Financing (NPF). Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan model regresi linear berganda. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Statistik Perbankan Syariah yang dikeluarkan oleh Bank Indonesia (BI) dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel DPK, FDR, ROA, dan NPF berpengaruh signifikan terhadap total asset bank syariah. Secara parsial, hanya DPK, FDR, dan NPF yang berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan ROA tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kata Kunci: DPK, FDR, ROA, NPF, total asset. Abstract The growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia is relatively high, but market share of the Islamic banks is small, if it’s compare with market share of national banks in Indonesia. This fact is affect to economic scale of Islamic banks will be smalest, and than this condition will makes banks need more cost and not efficient enough, so that banks just gets small incomes. This study is aims to analyze factor that influence growth of total assets of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Considering total assets of Islamic banks as dependent variable and the fourth parties fund (DPK), financing to deposits ratio (FDR), return on assets (ROA), and non performing financing (NPF) as independent. This study use quantitative approach, and data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. Data is taken by documentation technique, and it was obtained from Sharia Bank Statistics of Bank Indonesia and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Based on above analysis, the study suggest that all variable affected total assets. As for the partial, just three variables which givesignificant impact to thetotal assets of Islamic banks. Keywords: DPK, FDR, ROA, NPF, and total assets.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the literary sources of the term halal-thayyib and its use in the Qur'an which has implications for the process of food products that are experiencing rapid development in the global halal industry. Thematic analysis is used as an approach in understanding and analyzing a text on the term halal-thayyib which is mentioned in several verses of the Qur'an. The use of terms and their forms will be collected, classified, validated, and interpreted in accordance with the applicable rules in the study of Arabic texts and the study of commentary. The text will be interpreted and analyzed to gain an understanding of halal food products. The results of the research confirm that the term halal -thayyib is used differently in context and space-time of meaning, even though its use is the same to explain legal provisions regarding food. The scientific cues in the verses of the Qur'an have implications for the types and sources of food, production processes, and product innovations that require halal criteria for consumption from a health perspective, healthy and clean food features, legal criteria for halal food products, and are developed to create a halal product guarantee system. These criteria are requirements for halal certification for food products that require a halal ecosystem in order to have market competitiveness in the development of the global halal industry.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSewa guna usaha adalah kegiatan pembiayaan dalam bentuk penyediaan barang modal baik secara sewa guna usaha dengan hak opsi (financial lease) maupun sewa guna usaha tanpa hak opsi (operating lease) untuk digunakan oleh penyewa guna usaha  (lessee) selama jangka waktu tertentu berdasarkan pembayaran secara berkala.  Teknik pembiayaan leasing dibagi dalam dua jenis transaksi leasing yaitu Finance lease dan Operating lease. Di Indonesia yang umum dilakukan dan diterapkan pada perusahaan pembiayaan adalah financial lease.  Dalam kajian ini membahas leasing konvensional yang ternyata dalam prakteknya menyalahi ketentuan syariah Islam. Abstract

AbstrakPerubahan dalam  teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mendorong kemajuan dalam teknologi dibidang perbankan, serta terbentuknya masyarakat informasi. Perbankan harus memperhatikan kemajuan teknologi informasi agar dapat terus bersaing di pasar global. Dibalik perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju ini terdapat berbagai permasalahan hukum yang terjadi di kemudian hari dan akan merugikan jika tidak dapat di antisipasi dengan baik. Banyak kasus yang menyebabkan nasabah enggan menggunakan pelayanan melalui internet banking karena yang paling utama adalah masalah keamanan yaitu kejahatan dalam dunia internet seperti pencurian data pribadi nasabah, pencurian data pembiayaan nasabah.Internet banking adalah pelayanan jasa bank yang memungkinkan nasabah untuk memperoleh informasi, melakukan komunikasi dan melakukan transaksi perbankan melalui jaringan internet. Internet Banking merupakan aktifitas perbankan yang dilakukan dari rumah, kantor atau tempat-tempat lain dengan memanfaatkan internet. Transaksi yang dapat dilakukan melalui internet banking adalah transfer uang, pengecekan saldo, pemindah bukuan, pembayaran rekening. Diharapkan dengan adanya internet banking ini akan semakin banyak masyarakat yang mau menggunakan dan mengakses internet banking.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran nasabah yang menggunakan internet banking dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efesiensi, kepercayaan, kemudahan penggunaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah yang menggunakan internet banking di Bank Muamalat KCP Plered Cirebon.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey yaitu suatu penelitian yang dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden yaitu nasabah Bank Muamalat KCP Plered yang menggunakan internet banking. Pengisian kuesioner diukur melalui skala Likert.Hasil uji F menunjukan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan F hitung sebesar 20,318 lebih besar dari Ftabel 2,77dan angka signifikan sebesar 0,000 yaitu < 0,05 hal ini berarti H0 ditolak dan Haditerima. Hal ini berarti variabel efesiensi (X1), kepercayaan (X2) dan kemudahan (X3) secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel kepuasan nasabah. Koefesien determinasi (R2) nilainya 42,1 % dan sisanya 57,9% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang mungkin bisa berpengaruh lebih besar terhadap kepuasan nasabah.   Kata kunci: Layanan Internet Banking, Kepuasan Nasabah  AbstractChanges in information and communications technology have driven advances in banking technology, and the formation of an information society. Banking should pay attention to the progress of information technology in order to continue to compete in the global market. Behind this increasingly technological advance there are various legal problems that occur in the future and will be detrimental if it can not be anticipated properly. Many cases that cause customers are reluctant to use the service through internet banking because the most important is the security issues of crime in the world of the Internet such as the theft of personal data customers, the theft of finance numbers.Internet banking is a bank service that enables customers to obtain information, communicate and conduct banking transactions through internet network. Internet Banking is a banking activity carried out from home, office or other places by utilizing the internet. Transactions that can be made through internet banking are money transfer, balance checking, book transfer, bill payment and account information. It is expected that with this internet banking will be more and more people who want to use and access internet banking.This study aims to determine the description of customers who use internet banking and to determine the effect of efficiency, trust, ease of use to customer satisfaction using internet banking at Bank Muamalat KCP Plered Cirebon. This research is a survey research that is a research conducted through the completion of questionnaires given to the respondents are customers of Bank Muamalat KCP Plered using internet banking. Questionnaire filling is measured through Likert scale. F test results show based on the calculation of F 20.318 greater than Ftabel 2.77 and a significant number of 0.000 ie <0.05 this means H0 rejected and Ha accepted. This means that efficiency variables (X1), trust (X2) and ease (X3) together affect customer satisfaction variables. Coefficient of determination (R2) is 42,1% and the rest 57,9% is influenced by other variables that may influence bigger to customer satisfaction. Abstract

Abstrak BMT Al-Falah merupakan Lembaga Jasa Keuangan Mikro Syariah yang berbadan hukum koperasi. Salah satu kegiatan BMT Al-Falah adalah menyalurkan dana dalam bentuk pembiayaan yang berbasis bai’ atau jual beli dengan akad murabahah, yang mana merupakan salah satu produk pembiayaan yang paling banyak digunakan oleh BMT, karena akadnya sederhana serta adanya keuntungan yang didapatkan BMT berupa margin. Margin keuntungan didapatkan atas dasar kesepakatan antara kedua pihak dengan prinsip keadilan, saling ridho dan tidak ada unsur paksaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan praktik murabahah dan perhitungan penentuan harga jual pada pembiayaan murabahah di BMT Al-Falah Sumber.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian lapangan (field research). Penulis menjelaskan secara terperinci tentang penetapan harga jual pada pembiayaan murabahah berdasarkan perspektif Islam di BMT Al-Falah Sumber. Data yang disajikan berupa data primer dan sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi untuk mengambil bukti dilaksanakannya data yang berkaitan dengan BMT Al-Falah Sumber dengan cara pengamatan langsung serta melakukan wawancara dengan informan. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penetapan harga jual murabahah di BMT Al-Falah Sumber menggunakan fixed rate dengan metode flat rate, yang mana penetapan margin dan hutang pokok yang dibebankan setiap bulan adalah sama sehingga pembayaran total cicilan setiap bulan besarnya tetap. Ditinjau dari hukum Islam, diperbolehkan bagi siapapun untuk mencari keuntungan tanpa ada batasan keuntungan tertentu selama mematuhi hukum-hukum Islam, serta menentukan standar harga sesuai dengan kondisi pasar yang sehat. Namun bila terjadi penyimpangan dan kesewenang-wenangan harga dengan merugikan pihak konsumen, maka tidak diperbolehkan. Menurut analisa peneliti di BMT Al-Falah dalam penetapan harga jual  sudah cukup baik dan sesuai dengan tuntunan syariah, karena mengacu pada Fatwa DSN No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 dan juga ditetapakan dengan mempertimbangkan prinsip-prinsip penetapan harga jual yang sesuai pandangan Islam yaitu prinsip suka sama suka, saling ridha, prinsip kejujuran, dan prinsip keadilan. Kata kunci:    Baitul Maal wat-Tamwil, Murabahah, Penetapan Harga Jual, Perspektif Islam   Abstract BMT Al-Falah is Micro Sharia Finance Entity which has legal formal as koperasi. One kind of activity in BMT Al-Falah is distributing fund as finance whichis called bai’ with murabahah contract, which is one kind of product that dominant used in BMT because it has simple contract and there is profit which is taken by BMT as margin. Profit margin is taken by agreement between both of member and BMT with justice principle, mutual assent, and no compulsion.the aim of this research areto describe the practice of Murabahah and to determinate selling price of murabahah finance in BMT Al-Falah Sumber.Research methode which is used in this research is field research. Researchers make in detail about the sale price determination on murabahah financing based on Islamic perspective in BMT Al-Falah Sumber. The data presented in the form of primary and secondary data, data collection techniques using documentation techniques to retrieve evidence of the implementation of data related to BMT Al-Falah Source by way of direct observation and conduct interviews with informants. Furthermore, the analysis was done by qualitative descriptive analysis method.Based on the result of research, determining the selling price of murabahah in BMT Al-Falah Source using fixed rate with flat rate method, where the determination of margin and principal debt charged each month is the same so that the total repayment of monthly installment is fixed. Judging from Islamic law, it is permissible for anyone to seek profit without any limitation of certain advantages as long as comply with Islamic laws, as well as setting price standards according to healthy market conditions. However, if there is deviation and arbitrariness of the price by harming the consumer, it is not allowed. According to the analysis of researchers at BMT Al-Falah in determining the selling price is quite good and in accordance with the guidance of sharia, because it refers to the Fatwa DSN. 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 and also set by considering the principles of price fixing according to Islamic view of the principle of likes like, mutual pleasure, honesty principle, and the principle of justice. Kata kunci:    Baitul Maal wat-Tamwil, Murabahah, The Determination of  Selling Price, Islamic Perspective

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the influence of the internal variables of Islamic banks on market share. Market share is one of the indicators used by Islamic banking to measure how much it contributes to the banking industry in Indonesia. The internal variables of Islamic banks used are Return On Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio, and Non Performing Financing. The relationship between bank internal variables and market share is measured using long-term regression, namely fully modified ordinary least squares (FMOLS) and dynamic ordinary least squares (DOLS) regressions. Based on the results of this regression, it shows that the profitability variable proxied by Return On Assets and the Financing to deposit Ratio variable has a positive effect on the market share of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non-Performing Financing variables reject the proposed hypothesis. These results conclude that in the long-term the market share of the variable return on assets and the financing to deposit ratio can increase the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia.
