Abstract

We expect that using culture to shape students' identities as part of citizenship learning will result in students who are optimistic and possess a strong identity. Culture plays an important role in the formation of citizens who have a strong identity. This is done by strengthening Indonesian citizens who are religious, obey the law, maintain peace between religious communities, interact with people from various cultures, build social relationships, and feel proud as democratic and responsible citizens. We provide students with the opportunity to learn and apply diverse cultures, fostering the development of more tolerant characters in the future. This study confirms that students in citizenship learn to form strong identities and characters.

Abstract

Citizenship Education (PKn) plays a vital role in developing citizens who are intelligent, responsible and committed to the values of good citizenship. This article explores the importance of Civics in shaping the character and attitudes of citizens who can contribute positively to society and the country. By analyzing the objectives and curriculum of Civics, this article emphasizes aspects such as developing civic literacy, understanding the rights and obligations of citizens, and instilling Pancasila values as the nation's moral and ideological foundation. This article also highlights the challenges and opportunities in implementing effective Civics learning, including the importance of innovative and contextual teaching methods and the role of teachers as facilitators and role models for students. Thus, this article contributes to the discussion about how Civics can be optimized to form a young generation who is intelligent, responsible and has a strong sense of nationality.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to describe women's empowerment through Rubik Ganepo UMKM in Jorong Padang Kandi and explain the supporting and inhibiting factors of women's empowerment and the impact of women's empowerment through Rubik Ganepo UMKM in Jorong Padang Kandi. This study uses a qualitative type. We collected data for this study through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The purposive sampling method and source triangulation techniques determined the informants in this study and tested data validity. The study employed qualitative data analysis techniques throughout the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that women's empowerment through the Rubik Ganepo UMKM group utilizes local resources, namely cassava, which is processed into Rubik Ganepo. Supporting factors are natural resources, family support, high solidarity, facilities, and infrastructure. The obstacles are technology, quality of human resources, women's position, and capital. Implementation through the Rubik Ganepo UMKM group is able to increase independence, knowledge, and social life with the community. In Jorong Padang Kandi, women who were previously housewives now play a more significant role as breadwinners, enhancing their dignity and status and empowering them at all levels of society.

Abstract

The background of the research is the less-than-optimal management of waste in the environmental service. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Environmental Service in managing waste in Kerinci Regency. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data sourced from primary data and secondary data. We determined the informants through purposive sampling. We collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation. We analysed the data using data reduction, data display, and drew conclusions. The results of the study indicate that: The role of the environmental service in managing waste in Kerinci Regency is the expected component (Expected Role). The Environmental Service of Kerinci Regency, as the agency responsible for waste management, seeks to overcome the increase in waste volume by reducing the volume of waste from its source through community empowerment. The Environmental Service of Kerinci Regency fulfils the elements of its actual role. The Environmental Service of Kerinci Regency carries out its role in utilising waste by forming a waste bank.

Abstract

Pancasila, as the foundation of the state and the moral guideline of the Indonesian nation, has an important role in determining the direction and principles of law in Indonesia. This literature review aims to understand the role of Pancasila as a legal guideline and how the values ​​contained therein function in the national legal system. Various previous studies indicate that Pancasila is not only an ideological foundation but also a source of norms and principles that underlie all regulations in Indonesia. In this study, Pancasila is understood as a moral guideline that includes the values ​​of humanity, unity, justice, and religion, which are expected to be the basis for every formation, application, and interpretation of law. The study includes an analysis of various references from journals, books, and relevant laws to see how Pancasila is used as a reference in the formation of legal policies. The purpose of this study is to reveal Pancasila as a legal guideline in Indonesia. This research method employs a qualitative approach, drawing from books, journals, and other relevant sources. The results of the study show that Pancasila as a guideline in the application has undergone significant changes. It should understand and apply Pancasila, Indonesia's basic law, and strengthen citizen safety and welfare. We expect this research to shed new light on the significance of Pancasila in crafting wise and beneficial laws in the modern era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of anti-corruption values in Pancasila's learning in high schools. Anti-corruption education is an important aspect in forming a young generation with integrity, and Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state provides a strong ethical framework for teaching the values ​​of honesty, justice, and responsibility. Using qualitative methods through literature studies, this study analyses various academic sources and policies related to character education and anti-corruption. The results of the study indicate that, although many schools have attempted to integrate anti-corruption values into the Pancasila curriculum, its implementation still faces challenges such as limited teaching time, varying teacher understanding, and a lack of specific teaching materials. Students generally understand the importance of anti-corruption values, but their application in everyday life is still weak due to the influence of the social environment. This study recommends strengthening teacher training, providing relevant teaching materials, and better policy support from schools to improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption education. Thus, Pancasila education can contribute more significantly to forming a young generation with integrity and free from corrupt practices.

Abstract

Abstract

Penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari merupakan aspek dasar , aspek dasar  adalah nilai-nilai yang harus dipahami dan diterapkan dalam  membangun karakter bangsa dan menciptakan masyarakat yang sejahtera , dalam membentuk sebuah karakter bangsa dan menciptakan sebuah masyarakat yang serasi terdapat ada lima Pancasila yang mengandung prinsip-prinsip moral dan etika yang terkait dalam hubungan sosial, pendidikan, dan kebijakan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis bagaimana nilai-nilai Pancasila dapat dilaksanakan di berbagai komunitas, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari hari contohnya seperti gotong royong, keadilan sosial, dan penghormatan terhadap perbedaan yang  dapat meningkatkan kesatuan sosial dan memperkuat identitas nasional. Namun terdapat tantangan dalam pemahaman dalam penerapan nilai-nilai pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari hari ini yang perlu diatasi untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang beradab, Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan saran untuk integrasi nilai Pancasila dalam pendidikan dan kebijakan publik.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya literasi antikorupsi di kalangan pelajar ditinjau dari perspektif Islam. Penelitian ini berguna untuk memahami sikap pelajar terhadap korupsi serta upaya pendidikan yang dapat dilakukan untuk membentuk karakter anti-korupsi. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber seperti jurnal, buku, dan referensi lainnya. Dalam konteks pendidikan di Indonesia pelajar diharapkan dapat memahami nilai-nilai Pancasila dan menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam hal ini literasi antikorupsi menjadi salah satu aspek penting yang harus ditanamkan sejak dini dengan mempertimbangkan nilai-nilai moral dan etika dalam ajaran Islam. Pendidikan Agama Islam, Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Anti Korupsi dan Pencegahan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Pendidikan agama islam dan anti korupsi untuk mencengah tindakan pidana dan pemberatan korupsi dikalangan pelajar salah satunya melalui pendidikan. Literasi anti-korupsi di kalangan pelajar dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai metode yang efektif. Salah satunya adalah dengan mengintegrasikan materi anti-korupsi di kurikulum sekolah seperti dalam pelajaran PPKN atau kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Selain itu diskusi dan debat mengenai isu-isu korupsi dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pelajar.
