Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership dynamics of blind individuals within the Muslim Blind Association of Indonesia (ITMI) South Jakarta using an interpretative case study approach. The research focuses on the implementation of the organization’s statutes (ADART) in leadership processes, the role of members in leadership selection, and the strategic contribution of the Regional Syuro Council as a guardian of organizational values and direction. The findings indicate that although ADART provides a strong normative framework, member comprehension of its content and principles remains limited. Member participation is also varied, influenced by access to information, personal networks, and a lack of systematic cadre education. The Syuro Council plays a significant role in candidate verification and strategic recommendation, albeit consultative in nature. The study concludes that leadership dynamics within ITMI South Jakarta result from interactions between formal structures, Islamic values, and the collective culture of the blind community. Strengthening organizational literacy, reforming participation mechanisms, and adapting to technological advancements are necessary to enhance inclusive and democratic organizational governance. Keywords: Blind Leadership, Organizational Statutes, Member Participation, Syuro Council, Disability Organization

The sample was 50 employees, Using data analysis of research instrument testing, namely validity testing and reliability testing, classical assumption testing (normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, and multicollinearity testing), statistical testing and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study, the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, because the t-count value is greater than the t table with a value of 2.574 2.011 and it is also known that the sig value is 0.000 where the sig value is less than 0.05 or 0.013 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that competence has a positive and significant effect. And the job training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, because the t-count value is greater than the t-table value, namely with a value of 4.427 2.011, in addition the sig value is 0.000 where the sig value is less than 0.05 or 0.000 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that job training has a positive and significant effect. Keywords : Performance, competence, and job training

These results prove that trust and service quality simultaneously have a significant influence on customer loyalty e- commerce lazada. The results of the t-test obtained that X1 = 1.726 is greater than the t table (1.660) and a significant value of 0.05 means that the alternative hypothesis 1 is rejected, the conclusion is that trust partially has an effect but is not significant on customer loyalty. Then the service quality variable partially has a significant effect on customer loyalty, with the results of the t-test that X2 = 4.487 is greater than the t table (1.660) and the value does not exceed 0.05 meaning Ha2 or alternative hypothesis 2 is accepted. Keywords: Trust, Service Quality, and Purchase Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Receivable Turn Over (RTO), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019–2023. A quantitative approach was applied using multiple linear regression analysis with EViews 12 software. The study utilized secondary data from the annual financial reports of 11 insurance companies selected through purposive sampling. The findings indicate that partially, ROE, RTO, and DER do not have a significant effect on stock prices, as indicated by p-values above 0.05. Simultaneously, the three variables also have no significant effect on stock prices, with an F-statistic value of 0.7591 and a probability of 0.6657. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.6949, indicating that 69.49% of the variation in stock prices is explained by the model; however, the negative adjusted R² (-0.2205) suggests the model is inefficient. These results imply that financial variables such as ROE, RTO, and DER are not sufficient to significantly explain stock price movements in the insurance sector, and future research is recommended to incorporate other variables. Keywords : Debt to Equity Ratio, Insurance Companies, Multiple Linear Regression, Receivable Turn Over, Return on Equity
