Jurnal Teknologi Informasi untuk Masyarakat selanjutnya disebut Jurnal Teknokrat dengan e-ISSN: 3030-8151 adalah Open Journal System (OJS) yang dikelola oleh Fakultas Teknik Universitas Hamzanwadi. Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Teknokrat merupakan wadah bagi para akademisi, praktisi, ataupun masyarakat untuk mempublikasikan berbagai hasil refleksi konseptual ataupun gagasan orisinil yang telah dilaksanakan pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan belum pernah dipublikasikan. Abstract

A clean and confortable environment can create quality human resources. Environmental cleanliness is ansituation and condition that has a good place and is not polluted by dirt and is beautiful to look at. One of the causes of major social conflict in a country is the waste problem. Because the waste problem never ends along with the development of the population in the area. For example in Gelora village, Sikur sub-district, East Lombok, in this area assistance is being provided for making automatic waste bins which will be implemented at the Gelora Village office. In the current technological era, this is very possible to happen, but it can be used as a lesson to create an innovation that can help alleviate existing problems. Together with the authorities, the community and the Hamzanwadi University Village Development KKN Internship team, we provided assitance in making automatic trash bins with an Internet of Things system. Several components used include Arduino Uno, Servo, and Ultrasonic sensor. This assistance aims to increase and encourage public and staff awareness in the Gelora Village office environment regarding environmental cleanliness by utilizing technology. So it can produce a comfortable, clean and healthy environment

Abstract

The Teaching Assistance Program is an implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative aimed at enhancing education quality while providing practical experience for university students. This study documents the implementation of teaching assistance by undergraduate Statistics students of Universitas Airlangga at TK Tri Murti Surabaya. Through observation, teaching, and mentoring activities, students contributed to improving the learning process and addressing individual needs of early childhood students, including supporting their cognitive, social, and motoric development. The results show dual benefits: accelerating students’ learning comprehension and providing university students with valuable experience in classroom management and interaction with diverse student backgrounds. This program highlights the effectiveness of collaboration between higher education institutions and educational organizations in supporting equitable early childhood education quality

Abstract

Environmental cleanliness is a key factor in creating a comfortable and productive work atmosphere. This article discusses the implementation of an Arduino-based automatic trash bin at the Gelanggang Village Office as an innovative solution to support more efficient waste management. The system was designed using an ultrasonic sensor to detect objects and a servo motor to open and close the lid automatically, minimizing direct user contact. Test results show a detection accuracy of up to 95% with a fast response rate, while field observations recorded a 30% increase in proper trash disposal behavior compared to previous conditions. This implementation not only improved cleanliness awareness in the office environment but also has the potential to be applied in other public spaces such as schools and community facilities. Abstract

This community service activity aims to develop a digital-based village website for Surabaya Village as an information medium and a platform to promote local potential. The main problem faced by the village is the limited access to information and the absence of an accessible public information system. The program was implemented in three stages: planning (data collection and identification of information needs), implementation (website development with thematic content such as village profile, governance structure, public services, and local potential), and evaluation (functional testing and technical training for village officials). The results indicate that the developed website improves information access, enhances transparency in public services, and promotes village potential to a wider audience. It also serves as a two-way communication tool between the village administration and the community. The evaluation found that village officials still require further assistance in managing the website content independently. Overall, this program demonstrates that village information digitalization can be effectively applied with local human resources and ongoing support

Abstract

The digital transformation in stunting education is an innovative initiative aimed at raising awareness among teenagers in Rumbuk Timur about the importance of stunting prevention. Stunting, a condition of impaired growth caused by chronic malnutrition, has significant impacts on the physical, cognitive, and social development of adolescents. This program leverages information technology to expand the reach of educational efforts, enhance social interaction in learning, and foster collective awareness among teenagers.By utilizing social media, mobile applications, and online learning platforms, the program provides easy access for teenagers to obtain information related to stunting anytime and anywhere. These technologies enable participants to engage in interactive discussions, watch educational videos, and share personal experiences through online platforms, enriching their understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition and stunting prevention. This Community Service Program (PKM) explores how digital technologies can be applied to enhance adolescent understanding, stimulate behavioral changes within families and communities, and create a sustainable positive impact. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in knowledge among teenagers, demonstrating the potential of technology as an effective tool in public health education

Abstract

A village website is a digital innovation aimed at simplifying community complaints and ensuring transparent access to information. This article discusses the development of a village website as a medium for community complaints, focusing on the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The designed website features include a complaint form, village profile, and public information. Evaluation results indicate that the website functions effectively and helps the community to express aspirations more easily and quickly. Specifically, the purpose of this website is for transparency of the village government regarding the provision of information about the village government's work program as a whole openly to the community, improving public services regarding citizen access to village administration services, means of communication and information between the village government and its citizens, promoting village potential by displaying local potential owned by the village, increasing community participation to take part in planning, implementing and evaluating village programs, digitalizing village administration to reduce dependence on manual processes with digital systems. Web-based information systems not only support the delivery of information, but also facilitate integrated village data management. This system can reduce human error, increase work efficiency, and provide up-to-date information. for the community

Abstract

The use of learning media that utilize technology is very important in this era so that interesting and effective learning media such as learning media in the form of visual, audio, and audiovisual are needed. One form of audiovisual media that is very helpful is video, which can invite students to think more concretely and logically and create an imaginative, creative, and memorable learning experience. Assistancein the creation of interactive-based learning media using Adobe Animate for 5th grade teachers of PPKn subjects at SDN 1 Montong Tangi as a form of effort to implement this. The purpose of this mentoring is to improve teachers' skills in utilizing technology to create interesting and interactive learning media, in order to support an effective and innovative learning process. The method used in this activity is a hands-on training approach, focusing on the introduction and use of Adobe Animate features, as well as its application in creating learning media that are in accordance with PPKn materials. It can be concluded that this service project is suitable for teachers and students, this is expected to increase student motivation, participation in learning, and contribute to the use of technology in the world of education, especially at the elementary level

Abstract

Effective school information management is one of the important aspects in improving the quality of educational services. However, at SDN 1 Montong Baan, the information management process is still done manually, such as through announcements on information boards or direct communication with students' parents. This has caused several obstacles, such as delayed information, data inaccuracies, and limited access for the community. To address these challenges, a web-based school information system was developed with the aim of improving the efficiency and accuracy of school information management. This system is equipped with key features, such as a home page, school profile page, school program page, news & activities page, school facilities page, school achievements page, and new student registration page. The development of this system uses the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirement, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. The development process begins with needs identification, system design, system construction, and ends with training and system testing with teachers and school staff. The implementation results show that this system successfully facilitates information management in a faster, more accurate, and structured manner. Users such as teachers, school staff, and parents of students provided positive feedback regarding the ease of access and reliability of the system. The success of this implementation is expected to serve as a model for web-based school information management for other schools, especially in rural areas

Abstract

The Technology Class program is part of the KKN activities aimed at enhancing the understanding of elementary students at SDI Al-Barokah Kalijaga Tengah regarding basic computer technology. This study employed a quasi-experimental design with a descriptive quantitative approach to measure the program's effectiveness. The program was conducted every Saturday for two month and involved 90 participants from grades 4, 5, and 6. The topics covered included an introduction to computer and laptop devices, an explanation of their components and functions, and the use of Microsoft Word applications. The teaching method combined theoretical presentations and hands-on practice using computers. Evaluation results indicated an increase in the students' average scores from The average score increased from 60 in the pre-test to 85 in the post-test,reflecting a 25-point improvement. A total of 76 students (84.4%) successfully completed the practical tasks of typing. These findings demonstrate that the Technology Class program effectively equips students with essential technological skills to support their learning in the digital era

Abstract

With the development of information and communication technology (ICT), the use of the internet has become crucial in the preservation of local culture. Songak Village, located in Sakra District, East Lombok Regency, has cultural potential including history, customs, and local arts that need to be documented and promoted. However, the limited information systems and cultural promotion have led to a lack of attention from the younger generation towards cultural heritage. To address this, a website-based information system named "Ning Budaya Songak" was created, aimed at documenting and promoting the village’s culture digitally. The implementation method includes needs analysis, system design and development, testing, and training the community and village officials in using the website. The development results show that the website is effective in providing information about the village's culture, with features that allow the admin to manage content and visitors to access cultural information. The training conducted successfully improved the community's skills in managing this system independently. With this website, Songak Village has a great opportunity to preserve local culture, increase youth participation, and introduce its cultural tourism potential to a wider audience
