Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of coupons, discounts and marketing events on impulse buying on the Grabfood online delivery platform in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique uses the Non-Probability Sampling model with the purposive sampling method, which is to determine the sample with the consideration that consumers have made transactions at least 1 (one) time a week on the Grabfood application in Yogyakarta. The number of samples in this study were 120 respondents. The tests used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, multiple linear regression test, t test, coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of coupons, discounts and marketing events have a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases on the Grabfood online delivery platform in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia di dalam organisasi perlu pengelolaan yang baik dengan membuat berbagai program/ kondisi. Hal tersebut perlu dilakukan untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara kebutuhan organisasi dengan kebutuhan karyawan. Pendidikan, pelatihan, dan lingkungan kerja diyakini dapat menjadi program organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pendidikan, pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 50 orang karyawan PT KAI Daerah Operasi VI Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT KAI. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, PT KAI diharapkan dapat meningkatkan fasilitas lingkungan kerja masing-masing untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Akulaku is one of the online loan applications with the most users. In the Special Region of Yogyakarta, the number of online loans in July 2023 increased from the previous month. Based on data from the Financial Services Authority, people aged 19-34 years dominate with the number of active online loan users of 10,688,824 users. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Risk and Trust on the interest in using the Akulaku online loan application among the people of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed via the Google Form platform. The sample in this study were people from the Special Region of Yogyakarta who had / currently had the Akulaku application. Sampling was carried out using the Non-Probability Sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression and correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially perceived ease of use, perceived risk and trust have a significant positive effect on the interest in using the Akulaku online loan application among people in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

 Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, work for the environment, and leadership on employee productivity partially. This research was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia Plemburan Yogyakarta branch. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT Pos Indonesia Plemburan Yogyakarta branch, amounting to 114 employees with non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling method. This type of research used a survey method and used a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the study using the t-test, it was found that the motivation variable had a significant effect on employee work productivity. The result is that motivation, work environment, and leadership have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PT Pos Indonesia Plemburan Yogyakarta Branch. Meanwhile, based on the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) of 0.302 or 30.2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work life balance, work overload and burnout on the performance of Kulon Progo District Health Office employees. The population is all employess with ASN and PPPK status, using a non-probability sampling technique using a saturated sample. The number of respondents was 75 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis method with instrument test, basic assumption test, classical assumption test, and data analysis that consists of t test, f test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work life balance has a positive effect on performance, work overload has no effect on performance and burnout has no effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product diversity, price perception, location, and service quality on repurchase intention of Kopi Njongke Yogyakarta consumers. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 121 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression method. Before the regression was carried out, the instrument was tested, namely the validity and reliability test, the basic assumption test was the normality test, the classical assumption test which included the multicollinearity test and the heteroscedasticity test. and data analysis using f test (Goodness of Fit), t test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was no significant effect of product diversity and location on repurchase intention, while price perception and service quality had a positive effect on repurchase intention. The coefficient of determination of the results of this study was 0.550, indicating that the product diversity, price perception, location, and service quality variables contributed 55% to the repurchase intention variable. The results of this study can enrich references related to the variables studied and can also be a consideration for businesses in the culinary field to increase consumer repurchase intention.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of financial incentives, motivation, and job stress on the job satisfaction of GoRide drivers of PT Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa in Yogyakarta. The number of samples used in this study was 356 GoRide driver-partners, with the data collection method using a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that financial incentives and motivation positively affect the job satisfaction of GoRide drivers, while job stress does not affect the job satisfaction of GoRide drivers. The three independent variables can explain the effect of 42.7% on the job satisfaction variable, while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance, salary satisfaction, and leadership on the work engagement of employees of the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sleman. This research was conducted from December 2022 to January 2023 at the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sleman. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all PNS/ASN employees in the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sleman, totaling 159 employees, and the collection was carried out using a saturating sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance (X1) has no effect on work engagement (Y), salary satisfaction (X2) has no effect on work engagement (Y), and leadership (X3) has a positive and significant effect on work engagement (Y). Adjusted R Square value is 20.6%, means that 20.6% of work engagement variables can be explained by independent variables (work-life balance, salary satisfaction, and leadership), while the remaining 79.4% is explained by other variables not found in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine there is an influence of job satisfaction, organization commitment, and compensation on turnover intention to the Troy Company employee. Independent variables in this study consists of job satisfaction, organization commitment, and compensation. As a dependent variable is turnover intention. This study used quantitative method, and using questionnaire to collect a data. This study was conducted in september 2022, at the Troy Company which is located in Yogyakarta. The population in this study is all the employees of the Troy Company, and the sample in this study is 40 employees. The sampling technique is using a census method. The data analyzed by the t-test, F-test (goodness of fit), and multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25.00 program. The results of this study show that: (1) Job satisfaction has a negative significant effect on the turnover, (2) Organization commitment has a negative significant effect on the turnover, (3) And compensation has a negative significant effect on the turnover of the Troy Company.

Abstract

This study aims to “analyze the effect of role conflict on organizational commitment, role conflict on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and to analyze the effect of role conflict on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of STIM YKPN Yogyakarta.” The independent variable in this study is role conflict, the dependent variable is organizational commitment and the intervening variable is job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with linear regression data analysis, path analysis, and Sobel test.” The sampling technique uses non-probability with a saturated sampling method. The sample studied was 38 permanent employees of STIM YKPN Yogyakarta consisting of 18 administrative employees and 20 maid service employees. The results obtained from this study are role conflict does not affect employee organizational commitment, but role conflict affects job satisfaction, and job satisfaction affects organizational commitment.
