Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh E-Service Quality Terhadap E-Loyalty Dengan E-Satisfaction Sebagai Intervening Pada Pengguna E-Commerce Shopee. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non-Probability sampling dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 170 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji hipotesis, koefisien determinasi adjusted R square. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu e-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-satisfaction. E-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-loyalty. E-Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-loyalty. E-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-loyalty melalui e-satisfaction sebagai mediasi. Biasanya penelitian yang menggunakan variabel intervening menggunakan alat analisis SMART PLS ataupun regresi hirarki, untuk alat analisis pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Process Macro dari Andrew F Hayes

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of lifestyle, price, and product quality on converse shoe purchase decisions in YKPN Yogyakarta students. This study uses quantitative methods. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained based on the dissemination of questionnaires to 205 respondents and secondary data retrieved via text books, journals, and sources from the research-related internet. Samples are taken using purposive sampling. The data is analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The findings obtained from the research are lifestyles have a significant positive effect on the decision to buy converse shoes in YKPN Yogyakarta students. The price did not have a significant effect on the decision to buy converse shoes in YKPN Yogyakarta students. Product quality has a significant positive effect on the decision to purchase converse shoes in YKPN Yogyakarta students. Adjusted R2 of 0.526 or 52.6% which means lifestyle, price, and product quality have an effect of 52.6% on dependent variables of purchasing decisions, while 47.4% are caused by another independent variable that is not yet in the independent variables studied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh PDRB, nilai tukar, dan inflasi terhadap nilai ekspor DIY. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perbedaan hasil penelitian-penelitian terdahulu tentang pengaruh PDRB, nilai tukar, dan inflasi terhadap ekspor. Selain itu, ekspor yang merupakan salah satu komponen kegiatan ekonomi suatu wilayah menjadikan pentingnya penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kinerja ekspor DIY dengan menggunakan data terkini. Penelitian ini menggunakan data terkini, yaitu tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2019. Hipotesis penelitian dibuktikan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PDRB dan nilai tukar berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai ekspor DIY. Akan tetapi, inflasi tidak terbukti berpengaruh terhadap nilai ekspor DIY.

Abstract

This research is to determine the influence of organizational climate, authentic leadership and knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior of employees at the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of Finance. The research method used is a quantitative method, with a sample size of 170 respondents from a population of 297 employees. The data collection technique used in this research is distributing questionnaires, while data processing uses the SPSS 23 program. The analytical methods used include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression testing. This research shows that organizational climate has a positive influence on innovative work behavior, authentic leadership has a positive influence on innovative work behavior and knowledge sharing has a positive influence on innovative work behavior. This research can pave the way for increasing employee readiness in facing global technological developments.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable on the employees of the Department of Cooperatives and UKM DIY. The sample in this study were civil servants and contract employees of the DIY Cooperatives and SMEs Office with a total of 44 respondents. The sampling technique uses the Saturated Sampling or Census method. The analytical method used is Path Analyze or Path Analysis. The conclusion of this study is that perceived organizational support has a not significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction has a mediating effect on perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing, product image, and consumer behavior on purchasing decisions for Mie Gacoan in Yogyakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. Samples were taken using a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling method, who had bought gacoan noodles in Yogyakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. 165 respondents in this study filled out a questionnaire via a google form. After the data has been collected, instrument tests, basic assumption tests, and classical assumption tests are carried out. All data pass the test, the proceed with hypothesis testing. The results of the t-test and multiple linear regression show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product image variables, and consumer behavior. Based on the coefficient of determination test (Adjusted ) it was found that 46.6% of purchasing decisions for gacoan noodles in Yogyakarta can be explained by digital marketing, product image, and consumer behavior, while the remaining 53.4% is explained by other variables which were not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the impact of green marketing and green brand image on consumers’ green satisfaction Starbucks Yogyakarta. This research method uses a quantitative method assisted by the analysis of SPSS for windows 25. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling method with 100 consumers of Starbucks Yogyakarta as respondents. The results of this study show that partially there is a significant positive influence between the green marketing variables toward green satisfaction. and a significant positive influence between the green brand image variables on green satisfaction. In addition, there is also a simultaneous influence between green marketing and green brand image on the green satisfaction of Starbucks Yogyakarta consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influencejobstress, physical work environment and jobmotivationto the employee’sjobsatisfactionDinas Tenaga KerjaKabupatenSleman. This research was conducted on December 2019 Dinas Tenaga KerjaKabupatenSleman. The data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees of the Dinas Tenaga KerjaKabupatenSleman. The sample in this study were 35 employees of the Sleman Regency Manpower Office, and the sample was taken by census. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially, job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Social Media Marketing, Life Style, and Store Atmosphere on MiXue Consumer Purchasing Decisions in Yogyakarta. The independent variables in the research consist of Social Media Marketing, Life Style, and Store Atmosphere, as well as Purchase Decisions as the dependent. The population in this study were all students who were taking undergraduate studies in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling model with a saturated sample method. The number of respondents in this study was 100 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, basic assumption tests, classical assumption tests, and data analysis consisting of the t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that Social Media Marketing has a positive influence on Purchasing Decisions, Life Style has a positive influence on Purchasing Decisions, and Store Atmosphere has a positive influence on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of lifestyle, online festivals, and beauty influencers on purchasing decisions for Innisfree products. This study is a quantitative study with a population of consumers who have used beauty products. The samples in this study were (1) respondents who were at least 17 years old (2) respondents who had heard of Innisfree products and used beauty products. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, the sample in this study amounted to 187 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is binary logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) lifestyle has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) online festival has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) the beauty of life has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.
