Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Cabang Sudirman Yogyakarta. Sampel sejumlah 225 pelanggan merupakan konsumen outlet Cabang Sudirman yang telah melakukan pembelian minimal 3 kali di outlet tersebut. Dari keseluruhan responden tersebut, 65,8% berjenis kelamin perempuan, 57,3% berusia diantara 18-25 tahun, dan 63,6% merupakan pelajar/mahasiswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, yaitu konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian minimal 3 kali. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Setelah dilakukan uji instrumen, uji asumsi dasar, dan uji asumsi klasik maka diketahui bahwa semua variabel/item pernyataan diketahui dapat digunakan untuk penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier berganda dan uji t ditemukan bahwa kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan harga dan lokasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload on performance with work life balance as a mediating variable for DPRD employees in Ngawi Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the DPRD of Ngawi Regency, using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample technique. The number of respondents in this study were 80 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Instrument tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests were carried out and all met the criteria. The hypothesis test in this study used regression analysis and bootstrapping Process macro v3.0 for SPSS 26 proposed by Andrew. F. Hayes. The results showed that workload has a negative effect on performance, workload has a positive effect on work life balance, work life balance has a positive effect on performance, and work life balance is able to mediate the effect of workload on performance. The effect of workload on performance with work life balance as a mediating variable is indicated by an Adjusted R Square value of 10.8% and the remaining 89.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study is related to how the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operation Area VI Yogyakarta. Respondents in this study were 50 employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operation Area VI Yogyakarta. Data collection using a questionnaire and the analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results showed that the job satisfaction variable had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, the job satisfaction variable had a positive but not significant effect on the organizational commitment variable, and the organizational commitment variable had a positive but not significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior variable. This study also found that organizational commitment could not mediate the relationship between job satisfaction variables and organizational citizenship behavior variables.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to test the effect of workload on turnover intention with social support as a moderator for millennial workers. This type of research is a quantitative research. The data in this study are primary data in the form of a questionnaire that has been distributed to 100 millennial workers. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used instrument test, basic assumption test, classic assumption test, and moderated regression analysis with the help of SPSS for windows version 22. The results of the workload study have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention of millennial workers. Social support is able to moderate by weakening the effect of workload on turnover intention of millennial workers.

Abstract

Macrame craft is a form of craft that is being loved by interior design lovers. Because handicrafts are a unique product, it is necessary to know the things that influence a person’s buying interest in these products. This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and promotion on the intention to buy macrame products. The research data was collected using an online questionnaire which was distributed via social media. The samples used in this study are potential customers who have interacted with Taritali Macrame. Obtained a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that price, promotion and product quality influence purchase intention positively and significantly, especially for macrame craft products. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination, it is 56.2% of the variable in this study that influences the intention to buy macrame craft products.

Abstract

Impulse buying behavior is a phenomenon that occurs in everyday life and is carried out unconsciously by students. This research aims to analyze the influence of hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement on impulsive purchases of clothing products for students in Yogyakarta. This research was conducted on students in Yogyakarta. This is because Yogyakarta is a student city with many educational institutions, especially universities, so that it can fulfill research objectives. This research was conducted on students in Yogyakarta for three (3) months, namely from Jun to August 2023. The population in this research was all active students in 2022/2023. The research sample was 125 active students in Yogyakarta in 2022/2023 with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation and questionnaires, while data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement have a significant effect on impulsive purchasing of clothing products for students in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of easiness, security, trust and e-service quality on online purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability technique with a purposive sampling method with the criteria that purchases or transactions at the Shopee online store had been carried out at least 2 times and from the age of 18 years (that age can make good decisions). The sample size in this study was 180 respondents. The results of this study indicate that easiness has a significant positive effect on online purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee. Security has a significant positive effect on online purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee. Trust has a significant positive effect on online purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee. E-Service Quality has a significant positive effect on online purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce. AdjustedR² shows that 70.3% of purchasing decisions are influenced by variables of easiness, security, trust and e-service quality, while the remaining 29.7% of purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

Organizational goals can be achieved with the helps of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Internal and external factors can influence OCB. Research aims to seek the effects of organizational commitment, work environment, and motivation on OCB on employees of PT Sport Glove Indonesia Wonosari branch. The research was conducted in November 2019 at PT Sport Glove Indonesia Wonosari branch. The research approach is quantitative. Data collection using questionnaires. All employees of the Needle Machine Production Section, PT Sport Glove Indonesia Wonosari branch as the population of this research. Non probability sampling techniques using census method is used to take the samples. A total of 48 employees of all employees of the Needle Machine Production Section, PT. Sport Glove Indonesia, Wonosari Branch participated as a respondent. Multiple linear regression technique is used to analize the data. The results of the research showed the organization’s commitment and work environment had no effect on OCB, while the motivation had a positive and significant impact on OCB. The benefits of this study add literature on the effects of organizational commitment, work environment, and motivation on OCB

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of profitability, leverage, and firm size on tax avoidance. The research sample consisted of 13 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector, determined using the purposive sampling method from 2019 to 2021. The data type used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is proven that profitability has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, the impact of leverage and firm size on tax avoidance is not proven through the results of this study.

Abstract

The prospect of growth in the consumer goods industry sector tends to increase from year to year, attracting the attention of investors to invest their money in companies in the consumer goods industry sector. This can happen because the consumption of people’s daily needs also increases every year. However, in investing, investors must also pay attention to the financial health condition of a company. In general, the financial condition of a healthy company can be seen from its capital structure. The company’s capital structure in several studies conducted is influenced by profitability, sales growth and liquidity, the effect of the three variables on the capital structure varies, there is a significant negative or insignificant negative effect, there is even a significant positive effect. In this study, there is a negative and significant influence between Profitability and Capital Structure, there is a negative and insignificant effect between Sales Growth and Capital Structure, and there is a negative and significant effect between Liquidity and Capital Structure in Consumer Goods Industrial Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 -2019.
