Abstract

Abstract.This study examines technical analysis and fundamental analysis in gold product investment with theaim of determining the effect of technical analysis on gold product investment decision-making, the effectof fundamental analysis on gold product investment decision-making, and the effect of technical analysisand fundamental analysis on gold product investment decision-making for XAUUSD traders at PT. TriveInvest Futures. This study uses a quantitative method of probability sampling with a random samplingtechnique of 100 samples due to a population size of 25,991 people. Based on the results of dataanalysis, it was found that: 1) Technical analysis has a positive and significant effect on investmentdecision-making for gold products for XAUUSD traders at PT. Trive Invest Futures, as evidenced by thet-value (3.831) > t-table (1.984) with a significance level of 1.096. 2) Fundamental analysis has a positiveand significant effect on investment decision making for gold products for XAUUSD traders at PT. TriveInvest Futures, as evidenced by t count (2.168) > t table (1.984) with a significance level of 0.371.3) Technical analysis and fundamental analysis have a positive and significant effect on investmentdecision-making for gold products for XAUUSD traders at PT. Trive Invest Futures, as evidenced by aprobability value of p <0.001, which is less than 0.05, and a calculated t-value of 57.42 > t-table (3.09).The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.542, indicating that all independent variables of technicalanalysis and fundamental analysis influence investment decision-making by 54.2%. Abstract

Abstract.In the structure of international trade, exports also reflect a country’s competitiveness. The higher thevalue and diversity of exports, the stronger a country’s position in the global supply chain. Therefore,maintaining stability and growth in exports is a strategic priority that involves not only producers butalso the entire supporting system including logistics, transportation, and trade policies. This researchaimed to determine the extent of the influence between the performance of freight forwarders andservice quality on the effectiveness of the export process at PT Daehan Global Logistic. This researchused a quantitative method with 50 respondents, and used linear regression analysis as the dataanalysis technique. The results of this research showed that partially, the variable of Freight ForwarderPerformance had no significant influence on the Effectiveness of the Export Process, with a significancevalue of 0.093. Meanwhile, the Service Quality variable had a positive and significant influence on theEffectiveness of the Export Process with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, both variableshad a significant influence on the Effectiveness of the Export Process, with a significance value of0.000 and an adjusted coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 0.526. This meant that 52.6% ofthe variation in the Effectiveness of the Export Process could be explained by the variables of FreightForwarder Performance and Service Quality, while the remaining 47.4% was influenced by other factorsnot examined in this research.Keywords: Freight Forwarder Performance, Service Quality, Effectiveness of The ExportProcess, International Trade

Abstract

Abstract.This study aims to determine the extent to which competence and work discipline influence employeeperformance at PT Advik Indonesia Bekasi. This study uses a quantitative approach. The respondentsin this study are employees of PT Advik Indonesia. The number of respondents used in this study is 90people. The results of this study indicate that Competence (X1) influences Employee Performance (Y)at PT Advik Indonesia by 51.5%. Work Discipline (X2) influences Employee Performance (Y) at PTAdvik Indonesia by 57.8%. Abstract

Abstract.This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for importedCOSRX products in Jakarta. The method used was quantitative with an associative approach, and datacollection was conducted through a questionnaire administered to 160 respondents. Data analysis wasconducted using validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-tests, Ftests, and coefficients of determination. The results indicate that product quality and price have a positiveand significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Furthermore, price hasa more dominant influence than product quality. Abstract

Abstract.This study aims to examine the influence of sustainable attitude and perfectionist attitude on the use ofsocial recommendations among travel application users in Indonesia. Using a quantitative method andSEM-PLS analysis, data were collected from 301 Traveloka users. Results show that sustainable attitudehas a positive but small significant effect (path coefficient = 0.137; p = 0.040), while perfectionist attitudehas a strong positive and significant effect (path coefficient = 0.660; p = 0.001). These findings suggest thatperfectionist users heavily rely on social recommendations in travel decision-making. Abstract

Abstract.This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and location on purchasing decisions at TukuDukuh Atas Coffee Shop, Central Jakarta. The method used is quantitative research with data collectiontechniques through questionnaires to 100 respondents who have purchased products at Tuku Coffee Shop.The sample was taken using non-probability sampling techniques. Data processing was conducted usingIBM SPSS Statistics version 30.0 and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results of the studyindicated that product quality (X1) and location (X2) have a positive and significant effect on purchasingdecisions (Y), with t-values of 10.475 and 3.672, respectively. Partially, product quality has a 72.4%influence on purchasing decisions, while location has a 48.3% influence. The simultaneous test (F-test)showed that both variables together significantly influence purchasing decisions with an F-value of 151.525,a significance level of 0.001 (less than 0.05), and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.758. These resultsindicated that 75.8% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by product quality andlocation.Keywords: Sustainable Attitude, Perfectionist Attitude, Social Recommendation

Abstract

Abstract.This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the impact of the government’s policy on banning the importof second-hand clothing on thrift business sales in Tangerang City. The import ban policy was implementedto protect the domestic garment industry and to safeguard public health. However, this policy has generatedvarious consequences for thrift business actors who have long depended on imported second-hand clothingas their main source of supply. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data werecollected through in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The informants consisted of governmentrepresentatives, thrift business owners in Tangerang City, and academics with expertise in trade policy andmicro-enterprises. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively through data reduction, data presentation, andconclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the import ban policy has resulted in economic impacts,including decreased income, limited product supply, and increased selling prices of thrift products. From asocial perspective, the policy has influenced public perceptions of thrift businesses and altered consumerconsumption patterns. Meanwhile, in terms of business operations, thrift entrepreneurs face reduced stockavailability and limited product variety. To cope with these conditions, thrift business actors haveimplemented various adaptive strategies, such as product diversification, seeking alternative suppliers, andstrengthening relationships with customers. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the extent to which price and product quality influence consumer purchasing decisions at Kopi Kenangan, Cilincing Landak branch, North Jakarta. Using a descriptive quantitative method and questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, the data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results show that both price and product quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Consumers consider price affordability and product quality aspects such as reliability and durability. It is recommended that the company maintain a balance between price and quality to sustain consumer interest amid market competition. Abstract

Abstract. This research examined the crucial role of digital payments, particularly through QRIS, and product innovation in increasing the revenue of culinary Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on Jalan Pangkalan Asem Raya, Jakarta. MSMEs contributed significantly to the Indonesian economy but still faced challenges in adopting digital technology and implementing innovation effectively. This research aimed to analyze how much impact digital payment and product innovation, both partially and simultaneously, had on increasing MSME income. Using a quantitative approach, this research involved the variables of digital payment (X1), product innovation (X2), and increased MSMEs income (Y). Data were collected and analyzed using methods such as analysis of the average respondents’ responses, data quality tests (validity and reliability), hypothesis testing, correlation and determination coefficient analysis, and partial (T-test) and simultaneous (F-test) significance tests. The results showed that digital payments and product innovation significantly influenced the increase in MSMEs’ income. Digital payments, particularly QRIS, were proven to ease transactions and expand market reach, creating a foundation for efficient operations. MSMEs also showed high adaptive capabilities in innovating, especially in responding to market tastes. Simultaneously, these two variables had a strong influence, where 74.7% of the variation in MSMEs’ income increase could be explained by digital payments and product innovation, while the remaining 25.3% was influenced by other factors outside the model. Nonetheless, challenges related to budget allocation and time for research and innovation development still need to be improved for long-term sustainability. In conclusion, the synergy between advances in payment technology and the spirit of product innovation was key to the growth strategy of MSMEs in urban areas such as on Jalan Pangkalan Asem Raya Jakarta. This research recommended the optimization of digital transaction recording, special budget allocation for product innovation, and improved income target planning strategies to promote sustainable growth. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital promotion (X1) through TikTok and product quality (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) at the GP Jeans Store TikTok account in North Jakarta. Digital promotion (X1) through TikTok is currently an effective marketing strategy, especially for young consumers from the millennial and Gen Z generations. Furthermore, product quality (X2) is also a key consideration in purchasing decisions (Y). This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, using a questionnaire administered to 180 respondents who were active TikTok users. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that digital promotion (X1) through TikTok and product quality (X2) had a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). Therefore, the integration of digital promotion strategies (X1) and improved product quality (X2) can be key to improving consumer purchasing decisions (Y) in today's digital era.
