Abstract

This study aims to measure the efficiency level of Indonesian Islamic Commoercial Banks in 2017-2021 using the cost function using the parametric Stochastic Frontier Approach (SFA) method and analyse the influence of the component variables forming the efficiency level of Indonesian Islamic Commercial Bank in 2017-2021using the cost function with the method OLS parametric regression. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The samples in this study were Bank BCA Syariah and Bank Victoria Syariah.The result of this study indicate the the average throughout the research period (2017-2021) the efficiency level of costs, Bank Victoria Syariah and Bank BCA Syariah, is 1973803.5 and 77701744.8 respectively, where this efficiency level is included in the efficiency category. Then the determinants of the component variables forming the cost function with the OLS regression method at the two banks have differences. Bank BCA Syariah is significantly influenced by three of the four component variables on costs while Bank Victoria has no significant effect on the four components on costs.

Abstract

Wealth distribution in Islam plays a crucial role in achieving social justice and equitable welfare. The wealth distribution policies implemented by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) encompass principles of justice, humanity, and solidarity, with the aim of reducing social inequality and strengthening the economy of the ummah. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) emphasized the importance of zakat, alms, charity, and waqf as primary instruments for distributing wealth, not only to meet the basic needs of the poor but also to empower them through more sustainable programs. The eight categories of zakat recipients (fakir, miskin, amil, muallaf, slave, gharimin, fisabilillah, and ibnu sabil) reflect Islam's concern for fulfilling the basic rights of individuals and ensuring fair wealth distribution. In Indonesia, the application of the wealth distribution principles taught by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) remains relevant in addressing issues of poverty, social inequality, and community-based economic development. The management of zakat and waqf by institutions such as BAZNAS and the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) has made significant progress in utilizing these resources for economic empowerment and poverty alleviation. This article aims to examine the wealth distribution policies of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and analyze their relevance and challenges in the context of Indonesia today. The research findings indicate that the implementation of Islamic wealth distribution principles in Indonesia has the potential to strengthen social solidarity, reduce economic inequality, and build a more just and prosperous society.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of fiscal policy during the reigns of Abu Bakr and Umar bin Khattab and its relevance to Indonesia today. Fiscal policies during these two caliphs played a crucial role in establishing economic stability and societal welfare through fair distribution systems, optimization of state revenues, and efficient budget management. Abu Bakr focused on restoring financial stability after the passing of the Prophet Muhammad, while Umar bin Khattab introduced more systematic fiscal reforms, including the establishment of the Baitul Mal as the central financial administration institution and resource distribution policies for public welfare. This study employs a qualitative method with a historical-comparative approach to explore how the fiscal principles applied during Abu Bakr and Umar bin Khattab's leadership can be adapted to Indonesia's economic context. The findings indicate that the concepts of transparency, social justice, and efficiency in state financial management implemented by these caliphs have relevance to Indonesia’s modern fiscal policies, particularly in tax management, social subsidies, and budget stabilization. By integrating Islamic fiscal principles with contemporary economic challenges, Indonesia can adopt a more inclusive and equitable approach to fiscal policy. This study provides insights for policymakers in designing more effective fiscal strategies that balance economic growth and social welfare.

Abstract

Home industries in Dharmasraya Regency face significant challenges in marketing and increasing product sales, most of which still rely on conventional methods such as direct sales and regular customer relations. The lack of utilization of digital technology leads to narrow market reach and stagnant sales growth. This condition urgently requires an effective and efficient digital solution to support sales transformation. This research aims to implement a sales system based on the OpenCart platform as a strategic step in digitizing home industry MSMEs in Dharmasraya Regency. The methodology used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Research data was obtained through a survey of MSME players to identify needs, key challenges, and user preferences for digital platforms. The OpenCart-based system design includes product management features, online payment integration, and flexible inventory settings. The results show that the implementation of the OpenCart-based system has a positive impact on MSME operations. The system improves efficiency in sales management and expands market reach through optimizing e-commerce platforms. Increased customer accessibility to MSME products and ease of online transactions are among the main advantages of this system. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of digital technology adoption in strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs, especially in rural areas such as Dharmasraya Regency. OpenCart-based digitalization can be a practical and relevant implementation model to encourage the growth of MSMEs in the digital economy era.

Abstract

The right promotional media is needed to increase sales of home-made products. The purpose of this study is to design an online promotional media using OpenCart that is easy and practical to use. Currently, the promotion of the sale of home-made UMKM products uses traditional promotional methods such as only displaying them in front of the house, so that the marketing reach is limited and not many people know about the home-made goods. In fact, the development of technology at this time provides a great opportunity for business actors to support home-made industry products to be widely known through online promotional media. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method with the Define, Design, Develop, Decemination development model. The research process includes analysis of user needs, Designing an easy-to-understand interface, developing an OpenCart-based application, and user testing and evaluation to ensure that the application can meet the marketing needs of the business actor. The result of this study is an online promotional media using the OpenCart application that can be used by business owners to promote and introduce their products to the wider community.  From the results of this study, it was found that the OpenCart application is able to be the right promotional media to increase and facilitate online transactions for selling snacks and trellises made by home industries in Lembah Melintang District, West Pasaman.

Abstract

This article aims to develop e-commerce-based promotional and marketing strategies for home industry food products in the Tanjung Raya District. Many home industry operators in this area have yet to fully utilize the available e-commerce platforms to promote their products. In fact, with the rapid advancement of technology, producers can now have significant opportunities to market their products to a broader audience, both locally and globally by using various available E-commerce platform that facilitate direct access and interaction with consumers. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach, followed by the application of the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model to design a web-based promotional solution. The outcome of this study is the creation of a web-based promotional medium using the OpenCart platform, which is expected to serve as an effective solution for marketing home industry food products. The research findings indicate that the use of OpenCart can enhance the visibility and appeal of food products produced by home industries in the Tanjung Raya District. This platform enables home industry operators to more easily reach potential consumers, facilitates online transactions, and optimizes promotional activities through digital media. It is anticipated that these findings will significantly contribute to the development of home industries, particularly in the food sector, and provide practical guidance for industry players in other regions seeking to leverage e-commerce to expand their markets.

Abstract

This article aims to design and develop a practical and efficient e-commerce system to support clothing sales activities at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pasaman Regency. By utilizing the opencart application platform. The system is expected to facilitate the transaction process, expand market reach, and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era. The sale of clothes used in MSMEs selling clothes is still traditional and the online media used also does not exist such as promotion on social media, even though current technological advances are very rapid which can encourage the use of technology to create sales media and promote products globally.  This research adopts the Research End Development (R&D) approach by referring to the 4D development model. This model consists of 4 main stages, namely defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. Each of these stages is passed systematically to ensure the final product, namely the e-commers system, which can meet the needs of MSMEs and provide optimal benefits. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based e-commers media using opencart applications that are valid, practical and effective. The findings in this study found that opencart can be used as a platform for selling clothes as a medium in increasing the results in MSMEs selling clothes in the padang gelugur sub-district.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to design an online platform based on OpenCart that can be effectively used to promote fashion and food products for umkm in Baso District. With this platform, it is hoped that umkm can reach more customers and increase their sales. Apart from that, this aim also includes helping to improve the economy in the area, so that superior products from these umkm can be widely known, both within and outside the area. So far, promotions carried out by umkm are still carried out in traditional ways and are not widely known by the public, and market competition has also reduced the income of umkm owners. In fact, current technological advances have encouraged these products to become widely known in the global market. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) model with the Define, Design, Develop, Decemination development model. This research found that the use of an online platform in the form of Opencart can increase the availability of umkm products in the global market to a wider extent, as well as simplify the transaction process between sellers and buyers. The implications of this research show the importance of using digital technology for umkm to increase competitiveness and local economic growth, as well as providing recommendations for related parties to support the implementation of online platforms among the community.

Abstract

In this day and age, everything we need can be obtained quickly and easily due to the advancement of technology. For example, if we want to buy a product or package, we have to buy it directly form the seller or the seller concerned. However, with the development of science and technology that is increasingly complex, we no longer need or do not need to be difficult because now there are stores that sell clothes or other goods online, especially with E-commerce, also referred to as online stores. The emergence of e-commerce has changed the way customers interact with products and shop. Customers can access a wide range of products from various sellers around the world with a few clicks, without having to leave home. Customers will feel comfortable with this, and business, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), will have an excellent opportunity to reach a wider audience. This research uses a qualitative approach with a development method or Research an Development (R&D). The developmant model used is the 4D model. The result of the research that has been done is an e-commerce-bases promotion system design using Opencart. The findings of this study found that Opencart can be a supporting tool that can improve the promotion of MSME products in the Ranto Baek sub-district. MSMEs can enhance their customer interactions and boost product sales and visibility by urilizing Opencart. Furthermore, Opencart can assist MSMEs in gathering data and analyzing consumer behavior, booth of which can be utilized toe improve marketing strategies and product offerings. Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh masalah oleh para pelaku UMKM yang bergerak di bidang makanan, namun mereka sering menhadapai pemasalahan seperti dalam memasarkan produk mereka secara lebih luas. Keterbatasan modal, kurangnya tenaga kerja serta kurangnya pemahaman terhadap pemasaran online, serta masih bergantung pada cara pemasaran konvensional membuat daya saing produk ini terbatas. Selain itu aksesbilitas dan distribusi produk menjadi kendalam dalam menjangkau konsumen di luar wilayah lokal. Di era digital saat ini e-commerce menjadi solusi potensial untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan pemasaran produk. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem E-commerce menggunakan openchart untuk meningkatkan promosi dan pemasaran produk makanan UMKM supaya efektif dan ekonomis dengan adanya sistem e-commerce yang efesien diharapkan produk makanan UMKM di wilayah tersebut dapat lebih mudah ditemukan oleh Konsumen, mempercepat transaksi, serta memberikan dampak positif bagi perembangan ekonomi lokal. Promosi dari produk makanan UMKM ini masih dilakukan secara tradsional, dan belum banyak diketahui oleh masyarakat secara luas. Padahal, kemajuan teknologi saat sekarang ini sudah mengajak seluruh produk makanan agar dapat dikenal di pasar global. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analisys Design Development Implementation and Evaluation) . Hasil penelitian ini berupa sebuah media promosi berbasis web dengan menggunakan aplikasi openchart yang terbukti valid, praktis, dan efektif. Dengan penggunaan sistem e-commerce ini dapat memudahkan penjual dalam mempromosikan produk makanan secara lebih efektif dan ekonomis selain itu juga dapat mempermudah pembeli dalam melakukan pemesanan atau pembelian produk makanan ini secara online. Penerapan sistem e-commerce dengan menggunakan aplikasi openchart dapat meningkatkan daya saing serta promosi penjualan produk makanan UMKM yang ada di kecamatan Tualang. Abstractc This research is based on the problems of UMKM actors engaged in the food sector, but they often face problems such as in marketing their products more widely. Limited capital, lack of manpower and lack of understanding of online marketing, and still relying on conventional marketing methods make the competitiveness of this product limited. In addition, accessibility and distribution of products are obstacles in reaching consumers outside the local area. In today's digital era, e-commerce is a potential solution to expand market reach and increase product sales. Seeing these problems, this study aims to design an E-commerce system using openchart to increase the promotion and sales of MSME food products so that they are effective and economical. With an efficient e-commerce system, it is hoped that MSME food products in the region can be found more easily by consumers, speed up transactions, and have a positive impact on local economic development. Promotion of MSME food products is still carried out traditionally, and is not widely known by the public. In fact, the current technological advances have invited all food products to be known in the global market. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis Design Development Implementation and Evaluation) development model. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based promotional media using the openchart application which is proven to be valid, practical, and effective. By using this e-commerce system, it can facilitate sellers in promoting food products more effectively and economically, besides that it can also facilitate buyers in ordering or purchasing these food products online. The implementation of an e-commerce system using the openchart application can increase the competitiveness and promotion of sales of MSME food products in Tualang sub-district.
