Abstract

This study aims to see the Influence of Organizational Culture and Individual Characteristics on Employee Performance with Work Experience as a Moderation Variable in BPJS Employment Branch Office in Aceh Raya The type of research used by the researcher is quantitative research, The population and sample in this study are all permanent employees at PT. BPJS Employment Banda Aceh Branch Office totals 70 employees (saturated sample). The data analysis in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are as follows: Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.334 and p values of 0.007. Individual Character had a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance with the original sample value of 0.382 and p values of 0.069. Work experience had a positive and insignificant effect with the original sample value of 0.258 and p values of 0.147. Organizational culture had a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance and work experience was not able to moderate with the original sample results of 0.079 and p values of 0.671. Individual characteristics have a negative and insignificant effect and are moderated by work experience with the original sample value of -0.084 and p values of 0.597.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out the Influence of Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as a Moderating Variable at the BPJS Employment Medan Kota Branch Office and the Sumbagut Regional Office. Organizations, both companies and government agencies in carrying out their activities, of course, need human resources that support efforts to achieve the goals that have been set by the organization, the success of an agency / organization is not only determined by the facilities owned, but also the availability of reliable human resources. The results of this study are as follows: Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with the original sample value of 0.226 and p values of 0.015. Employee Engagement had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with the original sample value of 0.025. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with the original sample value of 0.457 and p values of 0.003. Organizational Culture affects Employee Performance moderated by Organizational Commitment with an original sample value of -0.218 and p values of 0.045. Employee Engagement has an effect on Employee Performance moderated by Organizational Commitment with an original sample value of 0.098 and p values of 0.228.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of leadership style and HR service on organizational commitment, to test and analyze the influence of leadership style and HR service on employee performance. As well as to test and analyze the influence of leadership style and HR services on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data analysis using SMART PLS. The sample in this study is 56 respondents. The results of the study show that leadership style and HR service have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Leadership style and HR service have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. As well as leadership style and HR service have a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the role of motivation in moderating the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Se- Medan Raya. This type of research uses qualitative methods, this research was conducted at the BPJS Employment Branch Office in Greater Medan, the population used was 80 employees consisting of 20 personnel from Medan City, 20 personnel from North Medan, 20 personnel from Tanjung Morawa and 20 personnel from Binjai. The sample used is all the population of 80 employees with saturated samples being the sample technique. The data source used is primary data source and data collection by distributing questionnaires. This research model uses phat analysis and the measuring tool is the smart PLS version 3.3.3 application. The results of this study are as follows: Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.042 and P values of 0.910. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation with an original sample value of 0.875 and p values of 0.000. Work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.042 and p values of 0.851. Work discipline has a negative and significant effect on work motivation with an original sample value of -0.347 and p values of 0.000. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.730 and p values of 0.000. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation indirectly with original sample results of 0.634 and p values of 0.000. Work discipline has a negative and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation indirectly with an original sample value of -0.209 and p values of 0.006.

Abstract

In this study, researchers wanted to see the direct and indirect effects between the variables of skills and emotional intelligence as independent variables and work motivation as a moderating variable and Organizational Commitment as the dependent variable. This type of research uses quantitative, this research was conducted at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan North Sumatra Region. The population of this study were 60 employees and the sample used was the entire population using the saturated sample technique. The data source used is primary data source and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The research model used is phat analysis with smart PLS version 3.3.3. as a research measurement tool. The results of this study are as follows work skills have a positive and insignificant effect on work motivation with an original sample value of 0.275 and p values of 0.381. Job skills have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with an original sample value of 0.580 and p values of 0.000. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation with an original sample value of 0.570 and p values of 0.001. Emotional intelligence has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment with an original sample value of 0.117 and p values of 0.612. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through work motivation directly with original sample results of 0.179 and p values of 0.001. Job skills have a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment through work motivation with an original sample value of 0.181 and p values of 0.388.

Abstract

BPJS Employment is (Employment Social Security Organizing Agency) is a public program that provides protection for workers to overcome certain socio-economic risks and its implementation uses a social insurance mechanism as a State institution engaged in social insurance. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, formerly known as PT Jamsostek (Persero), is the implementer of the labor social security law. This study aims to see the effect of Work Stress and Work Conflict on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable in Bpjs Employment Branch Office in Medan Raya The results of this study are as follows: Work Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with the original sample value of 0.351 and p values of 0.011. Work Conflict had a positive and significant effect on work motivation with the original sample value of 0.783 and p values of 0.000. Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with the original sample value of 0.481 and p values of 0.001. Work Stress had a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance with the original sample value of 0.084 and p values of 0.186. Work Stress had a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation with the original sample value of 0.164 and p values of 0.017. Work Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Work Motivation with the original sample value of 0.377 and p values of 0.001. Work Stress had a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Work Motivation with the original sample value of 0.079 and p values of 0.050.

Abstract

This research delves into the intricate relationship between work motivation, employee commitment, and the work environment, examining how these elements intersect and influence organizational outcomes. The study proposes that employees who exhibit strong commitment are more inclined to harmonize their personal aspirations and goals with the overarching objectives of the organization, ultimately contributing to enhanced organizational stability and increased employee retention rates. Furthermore, the research investigates the crucial role of a positive and supportive work environment in nurturing positive employee emotions, such as job satisfaction and engagement, which in turn lead to improved work performance and productivity. Additionally, the study emphasizes the importance of effective leadership in cultivating a motivating work environment characterized by fair treatment, open and transparent communication channels, and genuine recognition of employee contributions.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how employee performance assessments and discipline affect job promotions. PT. Population on study This is all employees of PT Graha Bara Lestari Jakarta totaling 40 respondents. The number of samples taken was 40 respondents. The side technique used was saturated sampling (census). This study was conducted in 2024. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to produce primary-quantitative data which is then processed with SPSS version 25 with the method multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the assessment of work performance and employee discipline partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the promotion of PT Graha Bara Lestari Jakarta. The results of the t-test show that the assessment of work performance has a regression value of 0.311, t-value = 2.081 and significant = 0.000. Employee discipline has a regression value of 0.204 has a t-value = 1.917 and significant = 0.000. The results of the determination coefficient test of 94.7 % of job promotion can be explained and obtained from the assessment of work performance and employee discipline while the rest is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of preferences and attitudes on online purchase motivation. Testing and analyzing the influence of attitudes on online purchase motivation. This study aims to determine the Influence of Human Resource Development and Work Quality on Organizational Commitment with Work Strategy as an Intervening Variable in Bpjs Jambi City Branch, this study uses quantitative, primary data is also a source of data, the collection technique carried out is by distributing questionnaires to respondents, the population used is 60 employees, the sample used is all populations because it uses a saturated sample technique. The results of this study are as follows, Work quality has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with the original sample value of 0.070 and p values 0.362, Work Quality has a positive and significant effect on Work Strategy with the original sample of 0.462 and p values 0.000, Human Resource Development has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with the original sample of 0.371 and p values 0.014. Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on the Work Strategy with the original sample value of 0.440 and p values of 0.000. Work Strategy had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with an original sample value of 0.380 and p values of 0.012, Work Quality had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Work Strategy with an original sample value of 0.175 and p values of 0.035. Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Work Strategy with an original sample value of 0.167 and p values of 0.029.
