Abstract

This test study aims to find out whether communication has a significant effect on the performance of educators at the Major Sutoyo SM Teaching Foundation. Does supervision affect the performance of educators at the Major Sutoyo SM College Foundation. Does the office affect the performance of educators at the Major Sutoyo SM Teaching Foundation. The data testing procedure used is a quantitative research strategy with multiple linear regression analysis (SEM) and using the SmartPLS application. This study uses multiple linear regression. The sample in this study is 60 respondents. Primary data collection uses questionnaires. The results of the study showed that communication had an effect on the performance of educators at the Major Sutoyo SM College Foundation, where the t-data value was 4.697 > the table T was 1.96 and the p value was 0.010 < 0.05. Management has an effect on the fulfillment of the work of instructors at the Major Sutoyo SM Teaching Foundation, where the t-size value is 4.632 > T table 1.96 and the p value is 0.020 < 0.05. The position has a significant effect on the fulfillment of the work of instructors at the Major Sutoyo SM Teaching Foundation, where the t-size value is 4.371 > the T table is 1.96 and the p value is 0.030 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research was carried out to see the influence of Work Ethic and Work Discipline on the performance of employees with competence as an intervening variable in the State Civil Apparatus in Medan Baru District, this study uses the analysis path model with the smart PLS measurement method version 3.3.3. Data collection is carried out by giving questionnaires to respondents, this type of research uses the type of quantitative research and primary data sources as the data source. The results of this study are as follows: Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with the original sample value of 0.427 and p value of 0.006. Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Competence with an original sample value of 0.756 and a p value of 0.000. Work Ethic had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with the original sample value of 0.267 and p value of 0.006. Work Ethic had a positive and significant effect on Competence with an original sample value of 0.234 and a p value of 0.000. Competencies that had a positive effect were not significant in Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.277 and a p value of 0.059. Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance indirectly through Competency with an original sample value of 0.209 and a p value of 0.059. Work Ethic has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance indirectly through Competency with an original sample value of 0.065 and a p value of 0.091.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of social factors, personal factors and psychological factors on the decision to buy online shooping fashion products in Medan City. Testing and analyzing the influence of social factors, personal factors and psychological factors on the purchase decision of fashion products in Medan City through online Shooping. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, with a research sample of 71 customers. Data analysis uses the SEM (structural equality modeling) method. Overall, from the results and discussions in the study, it is concluded that there is a significant influence between social factors on online shopping for the purchase of fashion products in Medan City. There is a positive and significant influence between personal factors on online shopping for the purchase of fashion products in the city of Medan. There is a positive and significant influence between psychology and online shopping for the purchase of fashion products in the city of Medan. There is a positive and significant influence between online shooping on the decision to buy fashion products in the city of Medan. There is a positive and significant influence between social factors on the purchase of fashion products in Medan City through online shooping. There is a positive and significant influence between personal factors on the decision to buy fashion products in Medan City through online shooping. There is a positive and significant influence between psychology and the decision to buy fashion products in Medan City through online shooping.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the influence of affective commitment on employee performance in the Provincial BNN work unit and to analyze the influence of affective commitment on employee performance which is mediated by employee involvement in the Provincial BNN work unit. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, the research sample was 56 people, and the data was analyzed using the SEM (structural equation modeling) method. Overall, from the results and discussion in the research, it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between affective commitment on employee performance, and the employee involvement variable is unable to mediate affective commitment on employee performance in the North Sumatera Province BNN Work Unit.

This study aims to Analyze Income and Expenditure on Economic Growth in Indonesia. Where there are bound variables, namely GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and there are two independent variables, namely Government Revenue and Expenditure. This study uses secondary data by searching for data through the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Website and the Indo Data Website. The data analysis model in this study uses multiple linear regression. Abstract

The construction of the Batu Madina King Park tourist attraction in the Perbaungan Mandailing Natal area is expected to improve the welfare of the surrounding community. This study aims to analyze the influence of public facilities, visitor satisfaction, and tourist attraction on the increase in direct income in Perbaungan Aek Godang Mandailing Natal village. Methods This study uses the causal method, to see how independent variables directly affect dependent variables through experiments. This study uses a questionnaire research instrument by distributing direct questions to respondents to get accurate data using the Liker scale. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression with the aim of finding out the direction of the interaction of the independent variable to the dependent variable. The results of the study show that Public Facilities, Visitor Satisfaction, and Tourism Attractions are able to affect Income in Perbaungan Aek Godang Mandailing Natal village. Public Facilities (x1), Visitor Satisfaction (x2), Tourist Attractions (x3) together or simultaneously have a sinisterly effect on revenue (Y)

Where there are Bound Variables, namely Work Productivity and there are three independent variables, namely Work Discipline, Performance Allowance and Education Level. This study uses primary data by searching for data through the Office of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Lalat Regency. The data analysis model in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the variables of work discipline, work allowance and education level had a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Langkat Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Financial Inclusion and the Number of MSMEs to GDP (Gross Domestic Product) or Economic Growth in Indonesia. Where there are bound variables, namely work productivity and there are two independent variables, namely financial inclusion and the number of MSMEs. This study uses secondary data by searching for data through the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Website and the World Bank Website. The data analysis model in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the variables of Financial Inclusion and the Number of MSMEs have a significant effect on GDP (Gross Domestic Product) in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of entertainment and electronic word of mouth entertainment and electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on brand trust. Entertainment and electronic word of mouth positively and significantly affect customer loyalty at the Samsat Binjai office. Likewise, entertainment and electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty mediated by brand trust. Entertainment has a significant influence on customer loyalty, especially when mediated by brand trust. The research method is quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 170 and by using the slovin formula, a sample of 63 respondents was obtained. The data processing method uses SMART PLS. The results of this study show that entertainment and electronic word of mouth entertainment and electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on brand trust. Entertainment and electronic word of mouth positively and significantly affect customer loyalty at the Samsat Binjai office. Likewise, entertainment and electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty mediated by brand trust.
