Data collection methods sample in research This is in a way census so that all population in research This will become sample study that is all employee active in PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk on the Project Preservation of the East Cross Road in Riau Province , totaling 103 people . Based on results study can seen that in a way partial T- statistic value and P- value For variable knowledge to performance each employee is T- statistic 3.688 ≥ 1.660 and P- value 0.000 ≤ 0.05 , so that can concluded knowledge own significant influence to performance employees . Then , the T- statistic value and P- value For variable design Work to performance each employee is T- statistic value 0.056 ≤ 1.660 and P- value 0.955 ≥ 0.05, so can concluded design Work No own significant influence to performance employees . Abstract

Employees and their performance are the main assets that determine the success and sustainability of an organization amidst increasingly competitive global competition. This study aims to analyze the effect of work loyalty and job satisfaction on employee performance mediated by work motivation on employees at the Palm Oil Mill (PKS) of PT PP Pati Sari, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This study was conducted considering the important role of work loyalty, job satisfaction, and work motivation in improving employee performance as part of organizational success. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PKS PT PP Pati Sari. The population in this study were all employees working at the company, with a sampling technique using the purposive sampling method. The research sample consisted of 104 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software to test the relationship between variables, both directly and indirectly, and to test the mediating effect of work motivation. The results showed that work loyalty had a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a coefficient value of 0.152 and a P-value of 0.019. Job satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on employee performance (coefficient 0.253, P-value 0.000). In addition, work loyalty has a significant effect on work motivation (coefficient 0.414, P-value 0.000), and job satisfaction has a significant effect on work motivation (coefficient 0.446, P-value 0.000). Work motivation is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance (coefficient 0.567, P-value 0.000). Furthermore, work motivation mediates the effect between work loyalty and job satisfaction on employee performance with a significant coefficient value (0.235 to 0.253) and P-value <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the company culture and physical workplace of PT Garda Bhakti Nusantara affect the level of employee happiness at work. Thirty-one staff members were sampled in the survey. The Likert scale questionnaire that has been evaluated and found to be reliable and valid is used as a data collection tool. Multiple linear regression is used in data analysis with the help of SPSS 19.0 software for Windows. The p-value of 0.000 for the organizational culture variable in this study shows that organizational culture has a positive and statistically significant influence on the level of job satisfaction among employees of PT Garda Bhakti Nusantar. With a p-value of 0.026, the Work Environment variable showed a negative and significant influence in the test findings. The impact of the work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Garda Bhakti Nusantara is partly important. It can be concluded that the employee satisfaction of PT Garda Bhakti Nusantara is significantly influenced by the organizational culture and work environment, because the F value of 430,228 is greater than 3.34 and the significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Thus, hypothesis 3 is acceptable and hypothesis 0 can be rejected.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out how the influence of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, total assets turnover and price to book value on net profit growth in manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data is taken from www.idx.co.id. Data used from 2017-2023. The research was conducted in 2024. The population in this study is 61 companies with a sample of 38 companies. This study uses quantitative data processed with the Eviews 9 application using the panel data regression method. The test results gave the conclusion that only the return on assets variable partially had a positive and significant effect on net profit growth, while the current ratio. debt to equity ratio, total assets turnover and price to book value partially did not have a significant effect on net profit growth. Simultaneously, the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, total assets turnover and price to book value have a positive and significant effect on the growth of net profit of manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors. The contribution given by the variables of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, total asset turnover and price to book value to net profit growth was 26.05%, while the level of tightness of the variables current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, total assets turnover, and the price to book value to net profit growth is quite tight or strong enough.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach that aims to find out and evaluate the financial performance of Drs. H. Amri Tambunan Hospital, Deli Serdang Regency in 2019-2023. The object of this study is financial statements in the form of balance sheets, operational reports, cash flows, budget realization reports and notes on financial statements. The financial performance in this study was calculated using financial ratio parameters consisting of cash ratio, current ratio, collection period, fixed asset turnover, return on fixed assets, return on equity, inventory turnover, PNBP income ratio to operational costs, and the ratio of patient cost subsidies. The results of the study show that in 2019 the resulting financial performance achievement was 56.58% and obtained the "MEDIUM" criterion with the "BBB" category. In 2020, the resulting financial performance achievement was 65.79% and obtained the "GOOD" criterion with the "A" category. In 2021, the resulting financial performance achievement was 57.89% and obtained the "MEDIUM" criterion with the "BBB" category. In 2022, the resulting financial performance achievement was 66.84% and obtained the "GOOD" criterion with the "A" category. In 2023, the resulting financial performance achievement is 63.16% and obtained the "MEDIUM" criterion with the "BBB" category. Overall, the average financial performance achievement was 62.05% and obtained the "MEDIUM" criterion with the "BBB" category. The implementation of the Financial Management Pattern of the Regional Public Service Agency (PPK-BLUD) has a very important relationship with the financial performance of Drs. H. Amri Tambunan Hospital, Deli Serdang Regency and contributes to improving the financial performance of Drs. H. Amri Tambunan Hospital, Deli Serdang Regency through more autonomous, efficient, and accountable financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation, and work environment on the performance of civil servants at Sma Negeri 2 Binjai, The research approach that is widely used in this study is quantitative research, This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Binjai located at Jl. Padang No.8, Rambung Dalam, Kec. Binjai Sel, the population in this study were teachers and educators with Civil Servant (PNS) status totaling 63 people, The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling where all populations were sampled, the analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis, the results of this study are the Leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants of SMAN 2 Binjai. The Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants of SMAN 2 Binjai. The Work Environment variable has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants of SMAN 2 Binjai. The independent variables consisting of Leadership ( ) , Motivation ( ) , and Work Environment ( ) , simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of Civil Servants at SMAN 2 Binjai.

Abstract

Through job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 9 Medan, this study seeks to investigate how work motivation and training affect teacher performance. Teacher performance, which is impacted by a number of factors such as job motivation, job satisfaction, and training received, is a significant component in raising the quality of education. This study employs a survey method in conjunction with a quantitative approach. Eighty teachers at SMK Negeri 9 Medan were given questionnaires to complete in order to gather data, which was then processed using the Smart PLS application. The study's findings demonstrate that job training significantly and favorably affects teachers' job happiness, which in turn improves their performance. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that work motivation influences teacher performance both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. This study advances knowledge about the significance of maintaining work motivation and developing competencies through training in enhancing teacher performance at SMK Negeri 9 Medan. In order to enhance teacher performance and job happiness, schools are advised to keep creating suitable training programs and fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Abstract

The success of an organization depends heavily on the quality of human resources in it. Competency-based human resource development aims to improve productivity, work quality, and customer satisfaction, which ultimately benefits the organization. Employees who are satisfied with their work will be more committed, productive, and highly dedicated to the company, while employees who are dissatisfied with their work tend to experience turnover and decreased productivity. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and co-worker relationships on employee job satisfaction through work environment factors. The results of the study show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on the work environment in CV. Anugerah Prima Metalindo, as well as colleagues who have a positive and significant influence on the work environment. In addition, leadership and colleague relationships also have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The work environment also has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. This study also reveals that leadership and colleague relationships have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction through the work environment as a connecting variable in CV. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of total quality management, motivation and compensation on employee performance with work morale as a mediating variable (PT. Hutama Karya). This research was conducted at PT. Hutama karya (Persero)Tbk is a project to build the Sigli-Banda Aceh toll road which is located at Jl. Blang Bintang-Krueng Raya, Pageu Blang Bintang, Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh. The research used by the researcher is quantitative research, which is research conducted by collecting data in the form of numbers which is then processed to get information behind these numbers. The population of this study is permanent and non-permanent employees of PT. Hutama karya (Persero) Tbk who works in the Sigli-Banda Aceh toll road construction project HSE K3 section as many as 50 people. The samples used in this study were obtained by Nonprobability Sampling technique with saturated sampling. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Hutama karya (Persero), Tbk. Data analysis was carried out using Path Analysis with SPSS data processing tools. The results of this study show that the work morale variable is able to mediate between TQM and employee performance, the work morale variable is not able to mediate between motivation and employee performance and the work morale variable is not able to mediate between compensation and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of ease of information and service quality on the decision to choose Murni Teguh Pematang Siantar University and to test and analyze the influence of ease of information and service quality on the decision to choose Murni Teguh Pematang Siantar University mediated by the use of web sites.  The population of this study was 227 respondents and with the slovin formula, a sample of 145 respondents was obtained. This research was processed with SEM PLS. From the results of the study, it was found that the ease of information had a positive and significant effect on the use of the web site to choose a pure and firm university in Pematang Siantar. The quality of service has a positive and significant effect on the use of the web site to choose a pure and firm university in Pematang Siantar. The use of web sites has a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose a pure and firm university in Pematang Siantar. The ease of information has a positive and significant effect on the decision to  choose a pure and firm university Pematang Siantar. The quality of service has a positive and significant effect on the decision  to choose a pure and firm university Pematang Siantar.
