Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the commercial orientation of content created by influencers on their followers' willingness to seek information, as well as the impact of the credibility built by influencers through their Instagram. The results show that Instagram's commercial orientation, which combines a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability, has a positive effect on the influencer's credibility. Instagram supports this through various features such as feeds, IG Stories, IGTV, and Reels, which allow influencers to showcase products attractively and build trust with their followers. Furthermore, trust in influencers, who are perceived as more authentic and easier to connect with, enhances their credibility on social media. The credibility of the messages conveyed by influencers through Instagram posts also influences customer decisions, as followers tend to trust content that is more authentic and inspirational. Additionally, followers' willingness to seek more information is influenced by the influencer's credibility, where followers who trust the influencer are more likely to explore further details about the products being promoted. This study shows that good credibility has a significant impact on followers' trust and interest in seeking additional information about the products promoted by influencers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction in mediating the effect of Digital Banking Innovation on customer retention. The research type used is explanatory associative research, aimed at understanding the relationships between variables. This study seeks to test hypotheses to validate or strengthen the hypotheses and support the underlying theory, which includes digital banking innovation, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and customer retention. The study population comprises all customers of Bank BRI Jakarta Bintaro Branch, with a sample size of 170 customers selected using purposive sampling. The criteria for sample selection included customers who have been clients for at least one year and actively use the BRImo application to ensure respondents have sufficient experience and knowledge about the services being studied. Data collection was conducted using closed-ended questionnaires with a scale of 1 to 5, ranging from Strongly Disagree (SD) to Strongly Agree (SA), and data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS).  The results showed that Digital Banking Innovation significantly affects Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction but does not significantly affect customer retention. However, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction were found to significantly affect customer retention. Additionally, digital innovation was found to influence customer retention indirectly through the improvement of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of elements in 4.0 marketing, namely Brand Identity, Brand Image, Brand Integrity, and Brand Interaction, on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Based on the phenomenon and previous studies, this research identifies a gap in the literature regarding the relationship between 4.0 marketing elements and their impact on consumer satisfaction and loyalty. This type of research is explanatory research with an associative approach, aimed at explaining and testing hypotheses related to the relationships between variables. The research population consists of all Priority customers of BRI Cepu Branch, with a sample of 174 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling technique, specifically convenience sampling. Variable measurement was conducted through a questionnaire with a 1-5 Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results indicate that Brand Identity, Brand Image, Brand Integrity, and Brand Interaction positively and significantly influence Customer Satisfaction, which, in turn, positively and significantly affects Customer Loyalty. These findings emphasize the important role of 4.0 marketing elements in enhancing consumer satisfaction and loyalty. This study contributes to strengthening 4.0 marketing theory and provides insights for managerial practices in managing brand elements to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This research is motivated by caregivers' problems in perceiving their life experiences negatively. Elderly caregivers are at risk of experiencing burnout. The measuring instrument used to measure mindfulness is the Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS), while subjective well-being is measured using the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) and the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS). Therefore, efforts need to be made to anticipate and prevent burnout among caregivers. The participants in this study are caregivers aged between 18 and 59 years, with 43 males and 166 females. The results indicate that mindfulness plays a role in predicting subjective well-being. Caregivers can practice mindfulness by learning to be more aware of their presence in the current moment and location. With mindfulness, it is hoped that caregivers can manage stress effectively and enhance their overall subjective well-being. Furthermore, the benefits extend not only to the caregivers themselves but also positively impact the quality of care provided to the elderly. This study recommends integrating mindfulness into training programs for caregivers as a strategic step to improve the well-being of both parties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Quality of Work, Green Human Resource Management, Green Reward, dan Green Innovation terhadap Employee Retention. Penelitian dilakukan pada 251 karyawan hotel bintang tiga di Jakarta, yang mayoritas berjenis kelamin wanita, berusia 24-34 tahun, berpendidikan terakhir S1, dan memiliki masa kerja 1-5 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Quality of Work dan Green Human Resource Management memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Retention. Selain itu, Green Innovation juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan, sementara Green Reward tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee Retention. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan konsep "hijau" dalam strategi organisasi untuk meningkatkan retensi karyawan, khususnya di sektor perhotelan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of relative advantage, complexity, observability, and trialability on the intention to adopt cloud accounting in Jabodetabek. A quantitative approach was employed, with a survey as the data collection instrument. The research variables were measured using a Likert scale. The sampling method applied in this study was purposive sampling. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, using social media platforms such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Kudata. Data analysis included descriptive statistical tests, validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that relative advantage, trialability, and observability positively influence the intention to adopt cloud accounting, whereas complexity does not significantly affect adoption intention. This study highlights the importance of cloud accounting as a technological innovation that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting staff. Additionally, accounting professionals can adapt to dynamic technological innovations by investing in cloud accounting, which has high industrial value potential. The use of cloud accounting also facilitates better management of tasks for accounting staff.

Abstract

Fujifilm, which was founded in 1934, faced major challenges due to a significant decline in its photographic film business along with the development of digital technology. From contributing 60% of sales in 2000, this sector shrank to less than 10% in 2010. To survive and develop in the digital era, Fujifilm succeeded in carrying out a strategic transformation by shifting its business focus from photographic film to the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and digital technology sectors, and create new innovations. This research aims to analyze Fujifilm's transformation efforts using Kotter's 8 Step Change Model as a framework. The research method used is qualitative literature study using several sources in the form of e-books, industry articles and related publications. The research results show that Fujifilm's success in change management lies in their ability to adapt and innovate continuously, as well as building a corporate culture that encourages openness and transparency.

Abstract

The hospital at this time is different from the previous one, must adjust to existing developments. Data processing that used to be manual in the current era has been largely replaced by a digitization system. The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is very important to support the efficiency of the management process in the hospital starting from information to patients, patient data, data processing and all activities in the hospital. Tk.II Kartika Husada Hospital Pontianak has used SIMRS but has not met the ongoing business process. Therefore, the evaluation of the SIMRSKH module that has been running will be carried out through the user. Because users using SIMRSKH directly know the modules that have been running in accordance with the business processes at Tk.II Kartika Husada Hospital. Not only that, by conducting evaluations, SIMRSKH will be able to be improved by finding problems from users. The purpose of the study is to obtain an overview of the use of SIMRS at Tk.II Kartika Husada Hospital from the beginning of its formation until now for assessment with the HOT-Fit Model, the obstacles faced, and solutions to existing problems. Interviews were conducted with 8 respondents and observations at the registration unit and outpatient unit. Based on the results of the research, SIMRS has sufficiently met the needs of the Registration Unit and Outpatient Unit even though some modules and features are not complete. The HOT-Fit Model found that the constraints were on the factors of Human, organization and technology. The recommendations of this study are in the form of readjusting the workforce in the Registration Unit, completing the SPO for the use of SIMRS, rejuvenating the internet network, ensuring that the patient's fingerprints are recorded properly and continuing the development of the system until it is complete.

Abstract

This research highlights the importance of a social justice-based approach and recognition of diversity in creating an inclusive religious education environment. Values ​​such as tolerance, mutual respect and empathy need to be taught in the curriculum. This research uses a qualitative method with a library study approach, researchers use trusted scientific journal databases such as JSTOR, Google Scholar, and Scopus as the main data source. Through the process of searching and analyzing the literature, researchers were able to identify various inclusive strategies that have been implemented in Islamic religious education. Apart from that, data analysis was also carried out by grouping information based on themes that emerged from related literature. Training for educators to manage diverse classes. Collaboration between schools, families and communities is key in creating a friendly educational environment for all individuals. However, there are still obstacles related to resistance to diversity. Broader education and understanding is needed to increase inclusion in religious education. It is hoped that this research can help develop education policies that are more inclusive and responsive to cultural diversity.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to study scientific morality in the use of technology in the digital era from the perspective of philosophy of science. In the philosophy of science, scientific morality seeks to ensure that technological and scientific developments are driven by ethical and logical considerations. Based on moral values, the use of scientific knowledge not only produces technical progress, but is also socially responsible, making better technology more beneficial to society. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The main data source in this research is literature which includes books on the philosophy of science, scientific journals on digital ethics, articles related to scientific morality, as well as previous reports and research on technology in the digital era. Data collection was carried out through literature study, with data analysis using content analysis techniques. Artificial intelligence offers opportunities for progress, but also moral challenges, so developers, policymakers, and society need to collaborate to develop an ethical framework that ensures fair use of the technology and benefits society.
