Abstract

Pelestarian benda arkeologi merupakan salah satu usaha untuk menjaga bukti kesejarahan satu peradaban. Salah satu lembaga yang berkewajiban melakukan pelestarian benda arkeologi adalah museum. Museum memiliki beberapa kewajiban, dan terdapat poin untuk melakukan pelestarian terhadap koleksinya. Pelestarian benda arkeologi dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai hal, salah satunya adalah konservasi arkeologi. Museum Geopark Batur merupakan salah satu museum yang ada di Bali, serta memiliki koleksi benda arkeologi yang cukup beragam. Metode konservasi koleksi yang dilakukan museum Geopark Batur masihlah sangat sederhana, sehingga perlu dilakuakan evaluasi terhadap metode konservasi koleksi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan analisis kerusakan. Teori yang digunakan sebagai dasar acuan penelitian ini adalah teori konservasi arkeologi. Hasil analisis menghasilkan metode konservasi preventif dan konservasi kuratif, yang merupakan metode konservasi yang tepat dilakukan pada koleksi benda arkeologi di museum Geopark Batur.

Abstract

Climate change and extreme temperature increases require business actors to implement ESG in their business activities. The implementation of ESG has an impact on company strategy, company performance, and consumer image of the company. According to the Global Sustainable Investment Alliance (GSIA) report, global ESG assets under management will reach $30.3 trillion by November 2023. The research results show that the implementation of ESG has a positive impact on company performance. This research uses secondary data collection methods using analytical media and literature reviews from existing journals. It is hoped that this research can provide new knowledge for business owners and readers and can be used by business actors globally.

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country. Therefore, Indonesia requires a substantial amount of state income revenue to support national development financing in all domains, including economic, social, cultural, and legal development. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of tax amnesty, taxpayer awareness, e-SPT, e-filing, and service quality on individual taxpayer compliance in Yogyakarta. This research technique employed a quantitative approach based on a test of multiple linear regression analysis. The research data were questionnaire-collected primary data. The population of this survey consisted of 64,323 individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Yogyakarta. This study's sample size was 100 respondents, and the method used to select this sample was accidental sampling. This study's findings indicate that tax amnesty has no impact on individual taxpayer compliance, taxpayer awareness has a positive impact on individual taxpayer compliance, the e-SPT system has no impact on individual taxpayer compliance, the e-filing system has no impact on individual taxpayer compliance, and service quality has no impact on individual taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the concept of individual counseling applied in addressing trauma, using the film "Dear Zindagi" as a case study. Trauma is a profound emotional experience that can affect an individual's psychological well-being. Individual counseling plays a crucial role in assisting individuals in overcoming and managing the traumatic impacts. Qualitative analysis methods are employed to investigate the individual counseling techniques described in the film. Additionally, the characterization of the main characters and the counselor's role in guiding the trauma healing process are also analyzed. The research findings indicate that the film "Dear Zindagi" provides a fairly realistic portrayal of how individual counseling can help someone overcome trauma. The conclusion of this research is that the film offers valuable insights into the importance of individual counseling as a method for addressing trauma. These findings can serve as a source of inspiration for counseling and psychotherapy practitioners to develop more holistic and effective approaches in helping individuals cope with traumatic experiences in their lives.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of simplifying the structural positions of the State Civil Apparatus at the Indonesian Institute of Arts Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to analyze the stages of the policy process for simplifying structural positions at ISI Yogyakarta, to analyze the impacts caused by policies related to the simplification of structural positions at ISI Yogyakarta and to analyze solutions to resolve the negative impacts caused by policies related to the simplification of structural positions at ISI Yogyakarta. This type of research is descriptive with descriptive qualitative methods, the data sources used are primary and secondary, the object in this study is the Yogyakarta Institute of Arts Indonesia and the subjects in this study are the Rectorate and the structural ranks of educational staff at the Yogyakarta Institute of Arts Indonesia. The technique of determining informants is purposive technique. The data collection techniques used are observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and triangulation. The results of research on the Impact of Simplifying Structural Positions of the State Civil Apparatus are: the stages of the policy process for simplifying structural positions at ISI Yogyakarta. There are five stages of the policy process for simplifying structural positions at ISI Yogyakarta. First, identification of administrative positions in work units. Second, mapping of positions and administrative officials affected. Third, mapping functional positions that can be occupied. Fourth, alignment of functional and administrative position allowances. Fifth, the alignment of position classes refers to the rules of the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia, 2019; The impact caused by the existence of policies related to the simplification of structural positions, First, there are differences in the characteristics of administrative positions and functional positions. Second, it hampers the career of ASN employees. Third, equalization of positions affects the position map of the relationship pattern to employee performance. Fourth, there is less opportunity for organizational refreshment with the position rotation mechanism. Fifth, equalization of positions has the opportunity to create a monotonous, linear work climate, and get stuck in a comfort zone; The solution to the problem of simplifying positions is as follows: First, identify administrative positions in work units. Second, mapping administrative positions and officials affected by simplifying the organizational structure. Third, mapping functional positions that can be occupied by officials affected by simplifying the organizational structure. Fourth, education background mapping.

Abstract

Competitive advantage is the added value that a company has or an advantage that makes the company superior to other competitors in the product or service aspect so that it can attract attention when the target buyers are the same. Strategic management is very important to determine the decisions that must be made so that the company continues to survive and win over its competitors. This paper has several objectives as follows: (1). To find out the Vision, Mission, Goals and Strategy of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. (2). To analyze the External and Internal Environment of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. (3). To find out Strategy Implementation in Management aspects and other prominent aspects of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. (4). To find out the Evaluation and Control of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. Campina must continue to show that their company is running according to the company's vision, mission and goals. Campina also needs to continue to analyze the business environment, both external and internal, so that Campina can take advantage of existing opportunities and survive threats from outside the company as well as maximize the benefits of the company's strengths and overcome internal weaknesses. The many issues of management, operations, marketing, finance, research & development, and management information systems mean that successful strategy implementation is not guaranteed. Therefore, Campina needs to continue to carry out evaluation and control so that it can continue to survive and develop over a long period of time and in a sustainable manner (5). To analyze the Social Responsibility carried out by PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. (6). To analyze the strategy for achieving long-term sustainability (sustainability) of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. Campina must continue to show that their company is running according to the company's vision, mission and goals. Campina also needs to continue to analyze the business environment, both external and internal, so that Campina can take advantage of existing opportunities and survive threats from outside the company as well as maximize the benefits of the company's strengths and overcome internal weaknesses. Abstract

The Muhammadiyah organization is a fairly large organization in Indonesia. Most Indonesians live their lives with the ideology of Muhammadiyah. The purpose of this study is to describe the organizational life in Muhammadiyah. The research method used in this study is library research, by tracing the literature related to the research focus. After the data is collected, then analysis is carried out which is then drawn a conclusion. The result of this study is that the Muhammadiyah Organization is a large Islamic organization in Indonesia. The name of this organization is taken from the name of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, so that Muhammadiyah is known as people who are followers of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Islamic life of Muhammadiyah citizens is formed in creed, morals, worship and worldly mu'amalah While in the family is about the position of the family, family functions, and family activities. Community life means establishing brotherhood, having examples, different religions and carrying out congregational movements and congregational da'wah.

Abstract

Media sosial saat ini memberi pengaruh besar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Bahkan menjadi candu di kalangan tertentu dengan interaksi intensif yang dikenal istilah tiada hari tanpa medsos. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui media sosial apa yang paling sering digunakan, tujuan dan motivasi penggunaan media sosial tersebut. Metode penelitian ini adalah suvei dengan membagikan kuisioner dan wawancara kepada kalangan masyarakat disekitaran Pasar Hongkong, Kota Singkawang. Penelitiaan ini memanfaatkan teori uses and gratifications untuk membahas tentang pilihan pengguna dalam memanfaatkan media sosial. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berdasarkan jenis aplikasinya, messenger/chat app lebih diminati dibandingkan dengan social network. Media sosial yang paling banyak digunakan dari hasil survei yang dilakukan adalah whatapps kemudian disusul dengan media sosial lainnya seperti facebook, Instagram dan lainnya. Kesimpulannya dari jawaban responden media sosial dimanfaatkan sebagai alat komunikasi, disamping untuk pencarian informasi, serta interaksi sosial, media bisnis, jangkauan luas dan sebagai hiburan.

Abstract

The Nusa Dua coast is an area that has a diverse ecosystem, ranging from coral reefs, mangrove forests and seagrass beds. Seagrass beds themselves play an important role in marine ecosystems and are used as shelter, foraging areas and spawning grounds for animals that live in seagrass habitats, one of which is gastropods. Gastropods have an important role in aquatic ecosystems, namely helping in the process of mechanical decomposition of organic material through their feeding activity, which will then be used by seagrass plants to carry out photosynthesis to support the growth of seagrass. The aim of this research is to analyze the community structure of Gastropods and to analyze the association between Gastropods and seagrass in the waters of Geger Beach, Nusa Dua, Bali. Samples were taken from 3 stations, station 1 was in a location next to a rocky road, station 2 was in a location where there were many fishing boats, and station 3 was in a location where there were no fishing boats. In the waters of Geger Beach, 5 types of seagrass species were found consisting of Thalassia hemprichii, Enhalus acoroides, Cymodocea rotundata, Halophilla ovalis, and Syringodium isoetifolium. At Geger Beach, 25 families, 76 species and 276 individuals were obtained of gastropods, with a diversity (H') value of 2.10, uniformity (E) of 0.59, and dominance (D) of 0.19. These results indicate that the Gastropod structure at Geger Beach is in a stable condition. The association between Gastropods and seagrass beds is dominated by associations with a very low category, which has an association value of <0.22 for 295 species. This is thought to be due to the low number of species appearing and the existence of competition between the two species at the observation location.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking services received a positive response among non-Muslims. This study aims to examine and analyze the factors that influence the interest of non-Muslims to become BSI Yogyakarta Special Region. The population in this study is the non-Muslim community of DIY. The data used in this study is primary data collected through the results of questionnaires and interviews with respondents. There are 120 respondents B SI Yogyakarta Special Region. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using spss 23. The results of this study are the product, promotion and bank reputation variables affect the interest of non-Muslims to become BSI customers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta while the price, location, and service variables have no effect on interest in DIY non-Muslims.
