Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the ability of teachers and parents in assisting children with special needs (ABK) through the Inclusion-Based Islamic Counseling approach. The background of this program is the lack of understanding, skills, and minimal social and emotional support in assisting ABK. The Islamic counseling approach that emphasizes the values ​​of compassion, patience, and tolerance is a solution to strengthen their role. The methods used include interviews, observations, and participatory training. The results showed an increase in understanding of the needs of ABK, both physically (70%), mentally (75%), emotionally (80%), and socially (85%). Islamic Counseling also helps teachers and parents overcome skill limitations and provides emotional support. In conclusion, Inclusion-Based Islamic Counseling plays an important role in creating an inclusive environment and supporting the development of ABK. This program is recommended to continue to be developed through ongoing training for teachers and parents.

Abstract

This research is related to the development of micro and small enterprises in Telajung village. The focus of Indonesia's national economic development is micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Small, medium and micro enterprises are the backbone of the community's economic system in poverty alleviation, whose development can expand the economic base and make a significant contribution to increasing the resilience of the regional economy and the national economy. In order for MSMEs in Telajung Village to survive or compete in the flow of free trade, an appropriate strategy model is needed to sustain the existence of MSMEs in Telajung Village. The development of small, medium, and micro enterprises in rural areas has new potential in creating jobs, stimulating regional economic growth, and narrowing economic disparities.

Abstract

The implementation of digital marketing has proven its positive impact on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This case study explores how UMKM Lemon Sereh Bunda in Telajung Village increased the visibility and sales of their products through digital initiatives, such as website creation, active presence on social media, and utilization of e-commerce platforms. By generating engaging and relevant content, this MSME successfully created strong brand awareness, achieved significant sales growth, and had a positive impact on the local economy.

Abstract

Many MSMEs in the Kedung Waringin District area are currently still using manual/traditional bookkeeping management and administration and many errors are still found in bookkeeping so that it is difficult for the supervisory board to carry out its supervisory function. The purpose of this community service is to provide comprehensive guidance and counseling to MSMEs in the Kedung Waringin District, Bekasi Regency, with the hope that MSMEs in the future will be able to compete both in terms of product quality produced and in service quality. The method used in implementing guidance with counseling and at the same time conducting training by applying entrepreneurial management training, financial management and marketing management to MSMEs in the Kedung Waringin District, Bekasi Regency. The results obtained after carrying out this training activity are that the MSMEs have been able to manage their businesses (entrepreneurial management), and know financial governance (financial management) by using applications to achieve zero errors.

Abstract

Integrated marketing communications have been widely implemented in both large and small companies, including in the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) environment. MSMEs can use this program by adjusting it to the available budget. A simple program of integrated marketing communications that can be used is to introduce their products to customers by using brochures, banners, discounts or product samples (free), and online marketing, which can be used as a promotional tool with a low budget. MSMEs can carry out integrated marketing communications, although not optimally. Promotional activities carried out by MSMEs are still constrained by costs, the very minimal promotional capabilities are caused by the lack of funds so that only a few elements in integrated marketing communications can be implemented by MSMEs, namely: Advertising, publicity, sales promotions, and direct marketing.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut lembaga pendidikan dan sosial beradaptasi melalui pemanfaatan media digital sebagai sarana komunikasi dan publikasi. Yayasan Riyadhul Jannah Kecamatan Banguntapan Kabupaten Bantul masih menghadapi kendala karena belum memiliki media digital terintegrasi, sehingga informasi kegiatan sulit diakses dan komunikasi dengan masyarakat kurang optimal. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tiga pendekatan, yaitu pendidikan masyarakat melalui penyuluhan tentang pentingnya transformasi digital, difusi ipteks berupa perancangan dan pembuatan website yayasan, serta pelatihan teknis bagi pengurus agar mampu mengelola konten secara mandiri. Website yang dihasilkan memuat profil, program, dan dokumentasi kegiatan yayasan sehingga menjadi solusi atas keterbatasan publikasi dan memperluas jangkauan informasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan website dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif, sementara pengurus memperoleh keterampilan baru dalam pengelolaan konten, sehingga keberlanjutan pemanfaatannya dapat terjamin. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini tidak hanya menghasilkan produk teknologi informasi berupa website, tetapi juga mendorong peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia yayasan serta memperkuat eksistensi lembaga di era digital..

Abstract

Abstract, There are so many obstacles faced by business actors, especially salted egg MSME businesses, where this type of food is mostly only produced by people who have already tried, so they have the obstacle of a lack of marketing communication skills. Even though in today's era, marketing communication skills are very much needed in order to reach a wider market area. The training provided by the academic team to salted egg MSME actors is very useful because communication skills in a business will be able to increase MSME income, increase MSME sales, and will function as an overall organizational marketing strategy.

Abstract

An abstract This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to enhance the knowledge, skills, and creativity of students at SMK Karya Bakti, Waringinjaya Village, Kedung Waringin District, Bekasi, through the utilization of digital art as a medium for developing entrepreneurial management. The background of this activity is the high unemployment rate among vocational school graduates, which is generally caused by limited skills, low work readiness, and the lack of entrepreneurial spirit. The implementation methods include initial surveys, focus group discussions, training, mentoring, digital art-based product development, and the introduction of marketing strategies through e-commerce and social media. The results show a significant improvement in students’ competencies. The average post-test score reached 71, with 95% of students able to answer more than 10 questions correctly, an increase compared to the pre-test results. Furthermore, students successfully produced digital art products with economic value and gained an understanding of strategies to build independent businesses. Thus, the utilization of digital art has proven effective in fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, creating new business opportunities, and contributing to the economic independence of vocational school students.

Abstract

MSMEs contribute to the National Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and have an important role in Indonesia's economic recovery. Therefore, the form of appropriate business management and financial management is needed to advance an MSME. The purpose of this PKM activity is to provide an understanding of business management so that it has direction, is measurable and well-planned, also regarding financial management, so that planning, management, storage, and control of funds can support the activities and development of MSME partner businesses. The method of implementing this activity is through stages from the start to the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The results of the implementation of the activity show an increase in progress and development in the business
