Welfare: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat is a blind peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the publication of the results of community service. The articles published in the Welfare Journal include the results of original dedication. Welfare is published four times a year by the literacy service journal as a journal manager at Faculty of Islamic Economis and Business, IAIN Kediri. Welfare accepts manuscripts or articles to strengthen the fields of applied and social sciences from various academics and researchers, both nationally and internationally. Abstract

This assistance aims to improve the understanding and skills of Dua Putra Kediri MSMEs in online marketing, with a focus on the use of social media to increase sales and product image. The method used is intensive mentoring through observation, interviews, and the presentation of material. The results show satisfaction from the implementation of online marketing, where MSME Dua Putra Kediri succeeded in increasing sales and creating better product branding. MSME owners also expressed their approval for the use of online marketing as a strategy that suits their needs and business development.

Abstract

This service aims to provide support to Natural Salted Egg MSMEs (ATA) in optimizing the potential of electronic commerce (e-commerce) and strengthening their presence through social media. The ABCD (asset-based community development) approach is applied in the service methodology, involving preparation stages, discussions, product creation assistance, creating e-commerce and social media accounts, product photo training, e-commerce and social media management, as well as assistance on the marketplace platform and social media such as Grab and Shopee. The results of the activities include increasing partners' knowledge regarding online marketing strategies, expanding target markets, and increasing sales turnover of Natural Salted Egg (ATA) MSME products. E-commerce and social media have proven to be effective tools for increasing brand awareness, expanding marketing reach, and increasing online marketing efficiency. Thus, this service has a significant positive impact on the progress of Natural Salted Egg (ATA) MSMEs in facing the challenges of the digital trade era.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase Callalily Artisant's competitiveness through optimizing digital marketing strategies. With a focus on utilizing digital platforms, this service aims to help Callalily Artistic MSMEs understand and implement effective digital marketing strategies. The methods used in this service include training, workshops, and direct mentoring. Training includes a basic understanding of digital marketing, the use of social media, SEO, and creating interesting content. Workshops are held for direct practice in creating content and managing digital campaigns. Mentoring is provided to help implement the strategies that have been learned. The results of the service activities showed an increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing and their ability to manage digital campaigns. Additionally, there was increased interaction and engagement on Callalily Artisant's social media platforms, which contributed to increased sales and brand awareness. This activity succeeded in having a positive impact on advancing MSMEs through effective digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

Bakery Entrepreneurship Training as an Inclusive Solution for Productive Age Communities in Kediri City is an initiative implemented by DINKOP UMTK Kediri City at LPK Kusuma. The aim is to improve culinary skills and entrepreneurial potential for people of productive age. This activity involved 40 participants from various age backgrounds, between 18 and 45 years old. The data collection method uses a mixed questionnaire that evaluates the level of participant satisfaction with the training. The survey results showed that the majority of participants responded positively to the training. They appreciate instructors who provide material well and systematically and encourage participant involvement. However, some participants criticized the training time as being too short and location-related issues. Overall, this training was successful in increasing participants' knowledge and skills in the world of bakery, providing business ideas, and increasing product understanding. This initiative has a positive impact on participants and has the potential for business development in Kediri City.

Abstract

This assistance aims to increase sales for Indonesian Chocolazo MSMEs in Kediri City through the use of digital platforms, especially TikTok live streaming. The mentoring method is carried out by providing guidance and effective marketing strategies for using TikTok live streaming to achieve higher sales targets. The accompanying team will work closely with MSME owners to develop interesting content, appropriate promotional strategies, and effective communication skills to attract the attention of potential consumers. The results are expected to increase product visibility, increase interaction with customers, and ultimately increase sales of Chocolazo products. With this approach, it is hoped that Chocolazo Indonesia MSMEs in Kediri City can make maximum use of the potential of digital platforms to achieve success in marketing and selling their products.

Abstract

This training aims to improve the understanding and skills of mothers assisted by UMKM Chabi Craft in recording simple financial reports. The service method is carried out through a practical approach, combining theoretical training sessions with direct practice in financial recording. Apart from that, discussion and question-and-answer methods are also applied to ensure in-depth understanding. The results of this training show a significant increase in the ability of mothers assisted by UMKM Chabi Craft to record simple financial reports. They are able to group and record financial transactions in a more structured and accurate manner. Apart from that, they can also understand the importance of financial records in managing their business. This is reflected in increased fluency in understanding the financial reports produced and the ability to make better decisions based on financial data. This training proves that with a practical approach and appropriate assistance, mothers assisted by Chabi Craft MSMEs can develop important skills in managing their business finances.

Abstract

This service aims to increase the efficiency of inventory management at Bucin Latte and Telogut MSMEs through the implementation of the "Warehouse Inventory Stock" application. Through an implementation method that involves direct training for owners and employees, manual use of stock recording is replaced with digital applications. As a result, we can see increased efficiency, reduced risk, and more accurate, effective, and optimal stock recording. The implementation of this application not only increases the productivity and operational efficiency of Bucin Latte and Telogut but also provides great potential to compete in the market and achieve sustainable growth. Thus, this service makes a positive contribution to optimizing inventory management for MSME sales products and minimizing losses in their business.

Abstract

This service activity aims to help UKM Dapoer Grandma, located in Distance Village, Plosoklaten District, Kediri Regency, optimize marketing via social media. Even though product marketing has been carried out online and offline, the use of social media as a promotional tool has not been maximized. To overcome this, training is provided to SME owners on effective ways to promote via social media so they can compete with other SMEs. The service method includes the stages of making pamphlets, creating content, and posting on social media. During the training, participants are taught creative techniques for maximizing product promotions. The results of the service showed a positive response from UKM Dapoer Grandma owners, as well as an increase in product sales as a direct impact of this training. Thus, this activity succeeded in increasing the understanding and skills of SME owners in using social media for marketing while strengthening the competitive position of Dapoer Grandma SMEs in the market.

Abstract

Pelatihan untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Pencatatan Laporan Keuangan This service aims to provide a solution to the difficulties faced by Sayuraya Kediri in recording financial reports correctly. Sayuraya Kediri is a startup located in Kediri City that provides kitchen needs online through a pre-order system. The service method used is training in recording simple financial reports aimed at business owners and employees in Sayuraya Kediri. This training includes interactive sessions, case studies, and direct practice in recording financial reports. The results of this service show that the training participants were able to develop a better understanding of the importance of recording financial reports appropriately and efficiently. They also succeeded in implementing the techniques learned to record business transactions correctly, as well as increasing their confidence in managing the financial aspects of the business. This service proves that training in recording simple financial reports has great potential to help Sayuraya Kediri business owners manage their finances effectively, thereby supporting the growth and development of their business in the long term.Atina6254@gmail.com

Abstract

Eco-friendly dowry design training aims to increase people's knowledge and skills in processing waste into economically valuable products. This activity was carried out by the community service team with the Ardian Collection MSME, Tamanan Village, Bandar Kidul District, Kediri City, as an effort to manage household waste, especially used paper and plastic, through the 3R process (reduce, reuse, recycle). This training provides an understanding of systematic and sustainable waste management, as well as utilizing used items such as plastic bottles, cloth and newspapers into dowry works of art. Training methods include outreach, demonstrations and direct practice in creating waste-based products. As a result, participants succeeded in producing dowry works made from recycled materials that were aesthetic and of high selling value, while reducing environmental waste. This activity is expected to improve community welfare through optimizing waste into value-added goods and supporting environmental conservation efforts.
