Welfare: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat is a blind peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the publication of the results of community service. The articles published in the Welfare Journal include the results of original dedication. All publications in the journal Welfare are open access which allows articles to be freely available online without any subscription. Welfare is published four times a year by the literacy service journal as a journal manager at Faculty of Islamic Economis and Business, IAIN Kediri. Welfare accepts manuscripts or articles to strengthen the fields of applied and social sciences from various academics and researchers, both nationally and internationally. The scope is Society Development and Engagement focus on Social, Human Resource Development, Management, Business Management, Islamic Economics, Zakat, infaq, alms, waqf, bank and non-bank financial institutions, and MSMEs.. Abstract

Screen printing is a screen printing technique using textile paint as the base material. In general, they can be divided into two types in their work, some are manual and also use machines/digital. Empowerment of youth youth groups as members of the community and still classified as productive workforce is very important, aiming to foster awareness and independence in doing business, as well as expanding employment opportunities in order to increase family income in an effort to achieve a happy and prosperous family. The purpose of manual screen printing entrepreneurship training activities is to provide knowledge and training on manual screen printing as well as to help create creative industries so that they can create new business opportunities. The training is given in the form of theory followed by direct practice and questions and answers. Practice how to make screen printing printed films and training on the screen printing process. Youth youths are guided by trainers/instructors from the initial stage to completion and then practice making the product themselves.

Abstract

This service aims to increase young children's interest in learning about currency through the Fun Learning English approach. English Class is implemented with an interesting learning model, utilizing games and singing media to create a fun learning experience. The service method used is service learning, which involves direct interaction with children and the application of English knowledge in everyday contexts. The results of this service include increasing children's interest in learning, their understanding of currency, and the development of English language skills. With an innovative approach and involving fun learning elements, it is hoped that children can more easily understand the concept of currency through a fun and interactive learning experience.

Abstract

This service aims to increase accessibility and convenience for consumers when shopping for products from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through the use of the Canva platform as an e-catalog. The service method includes training and assistance for MSMEs in using Canva to create interesting and informative e-catalogs. Apart from that, consumers are also given a guide to using the e-Catalog to make it easier for them to choose and order products. The results of this service show a significant increase in the accessibility of MSME products via digital platforms. Consumers can easily access the e-catalog, browse products, and make transactions online. MSMEs also experience increased sales and exposure through the use of this technology. In this way, this service has succeeded in expanding market reach for MSMEs and making it easier for consumers to shop for local products. This initiative promotes the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in today's digital era.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the marketing and promotion of Hace Craft MSMEs, which are located in Bandar Lor Village, Kediri City, East Java, through assistance in utilizing Google Business Accounts. The service method was carried out by Group 2 sharia business practice interns from the Sharia Accounting study program at IAIN KEDIRI, East Java. This activity includes the initial information stage, discussion, account creation, and handover to the business owner. The result was the successful creation of a Google Business Account for Hace Craft, which could then be used as a marketing and promotional medium. Through this assistance, it is hoped that MSME Hace Craft can expand its marketing reach, increase its brand visibility, and reach more customers through a wider and more effective digital platform.

Abstract

The use of digital payment methods has become a necessity for MSMEs in increasing operational efficiency and competitiveness, including Starra Kitchen, which is trying to follow this trend. This community service activity aims to assist Starra Kitchen in integrating ShopeePay as a digital payment method. The implementation of the activity involves a service learning approach involving a team of lecturers and students. The stages include identifying needs, training, technical implementation, and evaluation. The training includes account creation, ShopeePay application integration, and simulation of its use. This activity is carried out in a participatory manner through discussions and direct assistance. The results of the activity show that Starra Kitchen has succeeded in integrating ShopeePay as a payment method, which is expected to increase transaction efficiency, reduce recording errors, and expand customer access. The success of this activity is the first step in Starra Kitchen's digital transformation, as well as encouraging MSMEs to utilize financial technology to improve the sustainability and competitiveness of their businesses.

Abstract

The service team took the initiative to create a product catalog website with the strategic aim of strengthening and developing small and medium-scale culinary businesses (MSMEs). This website was designed with the intention of expanding market reach and increasing sales of Ponorogo Pak Ici Chicken Satay products. With an attractive layout, the website presents comprehensive information about products, including images, descriptions, prices, and easy-to-reach contacts. Additional features such as location maps, customer testimonials, and online order forms are also provided. It is hoped that the creation of this website can make a positive contribution to the growth of Ponorogo Pak Ici Chicken Satay MSMEs and support the promotion of local culinary delights. The methods used include identifying website objectives, such as increasing sales and expanding market share, as well as designing a visual appearance that is in accordance with the MSME brand identity. As a result, the website succeeded in expanding product knowledge, increasing sales, and providing accurate information to attract consumer interest. Overall, the creation of this website was successful in increasing online visibility, enabling customers to discover products, and reducing promotional costs.

Abstract

The use of digital marketing is really needed by business people, including small businesses. This internship activity (Sharia business practice) is carried out to provide education to small business actors, especially those in the catering and Gado-Gado Bu Tatik (shop catering) businesses, about the importance of using social media as a promotional tool. The method used in this activity is the preparation, implementation, results, and evaluation stages. Through this activity, it is hoped that Bu Tatik's Catering & Gado-Gado (Shop Catering) business will have a proper understanding of the importance of utilizing digital marketing so that it can carry out efficient digital marketing and have a good impact on increasing income. The results of this activity show that the use of digital marketing using social media is very helpful in marketing efforts for Bu Tatik's Catering & Gado-Gado (Shop Catering) business. Through the use of digital marketing using social media, you can expand the market and increase awareness of the sales products of Bu Tatik's Catering & Gado-Gado business (Shop Catering) so that you can increase turnover and profits.

Abstract

This service aims to increase consumer confidence in Pitik Poky MSME products in Kediri City through assistance in renewing halal label certification. This effort also aims to ensure compliance with sharia principles in the product production and distribution processes. The service approach is carried out through a series of training and consultation activities with Pitik Poky MSME owners. The service team provides guidance regarding halal certification requirements, assists in collecting documents, and provides direction regarding improving production processes in accordance with sharia principles. Through this assistance, Pitik Poky MSMEs succeeded in renewing their halal label certification, increasing consumer confidence, and ensuring compliance with sharia principles. The certification update also opens up new access to markets that prioritize halal products, providing a positive impact on the growth and development of these MSMEs.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase the legality of Kusuma Sari MSME products through assistance in processing distribution permits and halal certification. It is hoped that this assistance can help Kusuma Sari MSMEs located on Jl. Kusuma Nation Hero No. 18A, Kediri City, fulfill halal requirements and strengthen their business development strategy. The method used in this service involves IAIN Kediri students who provide guidance and consultation regarding halal production practices, selection of raw materials, and production processes according to halal standards. Apart from that, assistance also includes developing marketing strategies that emphasize halal certification to increase product attractiveness in local and international markets. The results of this service activity show that Kusuma Sari MSMEs have succeeded in adopting halal production practices that comply with standards, obtaining halal certification, and increasing product legality. As a result, the competitiveness of products in the market increases, and Kusuma Sari MSMEs are able to attract more consumers both locally and internationally.

Abstract

This service aims to help Najma Bucket Selempang MSMEs maximize product marketing through digital marketplace platforms, especially Shopee. This approach supports online marketing strategies and a deep understanding of consumer segmentation, which in turn increases business owners' knowledge and drives turnover growth. The ABCD (asset-based community development) method is implemented to ensure strong collaboration with the surrounding community. The results of the discussion show that optimizing marketing through Shopee provides significant benefits for MSMEs, makes it easier to increase sales, and opens up opportunities for market development in various regions. This program not only provides practical benefits for increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs but also provides strategic knowledge that can help them adapt and develop in the increasingly advanced digital era. Overall, this service helps strengthen the MSME ecosystem and improve the welfare of business owners and local communities.
