Abstract

Calling Gus Dur's name must have crossed the Ulama ', Nation's Teachers, thinkers. However, the figure of Gus Dur cannot be separated from his thoughts which are often controversial and eccentric. One of them was Gus Dur's thought to revoke the Standing Regulations of the People's Consultative Assembly Number XXV in 1966 concerning the dissolution of the Indonesian Communist Party, the statement as a prohibited organization throughout the Republic of Indonesia for the Indonesian Communist Party and prohibition of any activities to disseminate or develop ideas or teachings communism / Marxism-Leninism. This thinking is not only controversy and eccentric, but also invites strong reactions from the people themselves, the scholars. In a different frame and context, the controversy that is similar to Gus Dur's thought ever happened and enshrined in the Qur'an, namely the story of the Prophet Khidr and Prophet Moses. In the horizon of thought, Gus Dur basically "just" explained the knowledge that was known and other people did not know it. Likewise, Prophet Khidir when 'giving lessons' to the Prophet Moses. Prophet Khidir ‘only’ explained what was known while the Prophet Moses did not know it.

Abstract

The Hajj Guidance Group (KBIH) was established with the aim of accompanying jama'ah in carrying out the pilgrimage to the mabrur pilgrimage. In carrying out the guidance of the Hajj on KBIH, it is of course necessary to apply good management functions, so that the guidance process can run well and effectively according to the desired program, so that the presence of KBIH is able to deliver and print quality and independent pilgrims. The government through the ministry of religion provides space for the community to hold pilgrimage guidance. In this context the existence and role of KBIH is very strategic, so it needs good preparation in its implementation. The role and function of KBIH in organizing the Hajj is to prepare pilgrims through manasik guidance so that Jama'ah can be independently knowledgeable in carrying out the Hajj in the holy land. KBIH volunteered to prepare the pilgrims to carry out a series of Hajj rituals independently according to the Shari'ah so that they could achieve the goals desired by each congregation, namely the title of Mabrur Hajj.

Abstract

Mahfud MD states that the Pancasila State is a constitutional state and is final, even in terms of religious/fiqh law can be declared valid and correct. The results of the ijtihad of the ulama of ushul fiqh also mentioned that the choice of national law based on the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia was the right choice and was recognized syara'. Indonesia's legal state also accepts the spiritual value of religious law. Written law and all procedural provisions (rechtsstaaf) are accepted but must be put in order to uphold justice (the rule of law). Written provisions that prevent justice can be abandoned. This is confirmed in the provisions of Article 24 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution which states that the function of the judicial authority is to enforce law and justice, and Article 28D paragraph (1) concerning the right to obtain legal certainty and Article 28H that the law must be built on the basis of justice benefits. Jurisprudence law with national law has the same substance in maintaining and encouraging the development of a legal system based on social justice and public benefit (al-manfa'ah al-ammah) as has also been voiced and championed by the founders of the state when they are compiling the state ideology, namely Pancasila. Those who are predominantly Muslim have an open attitude to respect and accommodate the interests of other faith groups and religions. Abdurrahman Wahid also emphasized that the founders of the nation (such as Ki Bagus Hadikusumo, Abdul Wahid Hasyim, Kahar Mudzakkar, Agus Salim, and Ahmad Subardjo) who were experts in the field of Jurisprudence had absorbed and adopted the principles and objectives of fiqh law that had a value of justice, benefit, humanity and shura in the Pancasila state system.

Abstract

This research is the kind of research the field with the approach descriptive qualitative with the title the implementation of character education early childhood in RA Sabilul Huda Laban Menganti Gresik. This research aim store view the process of implementation of character education on early childhood in RA Sabilul Huda Laban Menganti Gresik and to know the supporting factors and the inhibitors. The technique of data collection is by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Analysis of data is with three stages, the reduction of data, presentation of data, and with draw all conclusions/verification. These research finding scan be concluded that the implementation of character education early childhood in RA Sabilul Huda Laban Menganti Gresik is through three rounds of including planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning in the process of the implementation of characters education is begun by inserting the character values in to the school curriculum, annual program, a semester program, Program of Learning Plan Weekly/Rencana Program Pembelajaran Mingguan (RPPM), and Program ofLearning Plan daily Rencana Program Pembelajaran Harian (RPPH). The process of implementation of character education is integrated in to learning activities, exemplary, and habit. While the scoring in the process of applying character education integrated in to the assessment of learning and spontaneous assessment conducted by an educator. In the process of the implementation of character education in RA Sabilul Huda some factors support and inhibit. The factors that support the implementation of the character education are the charge of character education in the school curriculum, the motivations of school for the quality of output, the infrastructure that supports for the implementation of character education is enough. While the factors that inhibit the implementation of the character education are different characteristic students, the different environments of students, the funding of character education still charged fully to the school, the students readily not focus, and the monitoring of the center of curriculum is not enough.

Abstract

The essence of Islamic education is character education. Islam views and teaches morality is more important than the glory of science. Islamic education asserts that virtue values are the content of Islamic education. The content of Islamic education is character or value. Value education emphasizes the importance of the process of awareness that humans need that value to improve their spiritual quality and life. Strengthening is done by various strategies such as: integration in the learning process, habituation, exemplary, joint movements and become a priority scale for the formation of mentality and human resources in Indonesia in the future. The emphasis of learning should be done as a process of directing and developing individuals in the process of realizing the importance of character and values in shaping their self and spiritual qualities.

Abstract

Man was created by God as a perfect being because he was blessed with reason so that he can distinguish between good and bad, haq and inner. There are two things that cannot be released in human life, namely endeavor and trust. Efforts are to try and do, not be silent, also not fatalistic. His conviction is quite strong and stable, while trust is an attitude of a servant who is the result of his unanimous belief in God, because he believes that only God created everything, his knowledge is extensive, he is the one who governs and controls the universe. It is this belief that drives him to surrender all his problems to God. His heart is calm and peaceful and there is no suspicion, because Allah is Omniscient and Wise, and there are still many versions of scholars in interpreting tawakal. There are 4 things that must be known in trust, namely: the meaning of trust, the degree of trust, trust in benefits, and characteristics of trust. By knowing the four points of trust, a person can strengthen himself to put his trust in God.

Abstract

In the environment of the Islamic Boarding School Nahwu the basis for the scientific foundation of Islam. The Nahwu book that is often used by almost the majority of Islamic boarding schools is al-Ajurumiyah (read; Jurumiyah). In the discussion of this jurumiyah book there is a discussion about I'rob, namely a discussion of changes in a sentence caused by changes in ‘amil (factors) that affect it. This study uses the semantics of language research methods using lafzhiyyah dalalah contained in ushul fiqh. The purpose of this study is to uncover the scope of the articulation of a language that can be interpreted in a broader meaning, not only in the grammatical meaning of language, but also in the meaning of life. The analysis technique of this research uses interpretive techniques, namely researchers interpreting the object of discussion and research using theoretical studies used according to the researcher perspective. The results of this study reveal that I'rob can be articulated in the meaning of daily life, along with its I'rob signs. I’rob jazm means constant and silent which has the sign of I’rob breadfruit (silence); meaning someone who is just silent, stand by (breadfruit/silent) then the position will be stagnant. I’rob khofazh (low, Jar; attractive) means low has the sign of I’rob kasroh (breaking, damaging), meaning that someone whose job is identical to damaging and breaking then his position will be in a low position (bottom). I’rob nashob means the same, standard, flat which has the sign of fathah (opening); it means someone who has the behavior of fathah (opening) then the position will be the same, equal to the average person. I’rob rofa ’means height, fly, lost has the sign I’rob dlommah (proclaim); meaning someone who wishes to be in the position of rofa '(high and fly) then he must have the behavior of dlommah; namely the behavior of gathering, gathering knowledge, gathering friends, relationships, cooperation, followers, including collecting assets and positions. Thus, a person can have a high degree.

Abstract

Amtsilati is one of the Arabic grammar books which has special characteristics compared to other books. This book is intended so that students can master in reading and giving meaning to the yellow book even though it is only a beginner level. This book does not target students to be able to communicate using Arabic, because the method is only emphasizing reading and giving meaning to the yellow book. There are several learning methods that were applied when the Amtsilati instructor, including: lecture methode, question and answer, discussion, memorization, takrar (repeating material) and qiraah jama'iyah (reading collectively). The system of compiling the discussion material in the book Amtsilati begins with a discussion of the jar, isim dhamir, isim isyarah and so on. While the method of presenting the material follows the method of Tariqah al-istiqraiyah or the research method (inductive), that is by providing examples of material to be discussed, then analyzing the rules. Very different from the Arabic grammar books in general.

Abstract

One of the main goals of marriage is to connect offspring. But not all married couples can have children. The absence of children can be one of the triggers of disharmony in household relations. So as to maintain its integrity, husband and wife adopt children. In adoption, children will certainly have legal consequences. Moreover in Indonesian law, adoption is carried out according to Islamic law, Common law (the customary law referred to is Central Javanese Common law), and Civil law. Where the three legal systems will of course cause different legal consequences. The legal consequences are related to the position of adopted children which includes family relationships, guardianship relationships, inheritance relationships, and other relationships. Regarding inheritance relations, in Indonesia there is still pluralism including Islamic inheritance law, Customary inheritance law and inheritance law in the Civil Code. So with the variety of applicable inheritance law, also contributed to differences in the inheritance portion obtained by adopted children.

Abstract

Textually in the Qur’an and the Hadith there is no explanation regarding the distribution of property gono-gini. The distribution of assets is born from the habits of the people, which they think is right and fair. So that every place of distribution is not always the same. Similarly, the Madurese community. Based on this, there are two problems that become the study in this study, namely: the distribution of gono-gini assets in Madura and justice in gono-gini assets according to the Madurese people by using qualitative methods with the type of field research. This data was obtained by interview, observation and documentation. This research proves that the distribution of gono-gini assets in the Madurese community is carried out by: first, division involving two families. Second, it involves religious leaders. Third, by involving the village head. Fourth, involving the court. Whereas justice according to the Madura community does not have to be the same. However, if the assets are sufficient to meet their needs, then that is considered fair.
