Abstract

Tutors have several important roles in learning, especially in the package C equivalence education program at SKB Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the tutor in learning the UNPK subject in the package C equivalence education program at SKB Sidoarjo and to describe and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of tutors in teaching the package C capability program at SKB Sidoarjo. This study used qualitative research methods. The results of the study showed that tutors at the Sidoarjo SKB carried out the role of tutors in learning well. The role of the tutor at SKB Sidoarjo in the most optimal learning is the role of the tutor as informer, director, motivator, facilitator, and evaluator.

Abstract

This study aims to: describe the role of the partnership in optimizing the training program-based Non-Formal Education Unit at the SKB Negeri Surabaya with the Politeknik Indonesia and describe the implementation of the training program-based Non-Formal Education Unit partnership at SKB Negeri Surabaya with the Politeknik Indonesia. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were the Head of the SKB Negeri Surabaya, the Tutor of the SKB Negeri Surabaya, and training resource persons from the Politeknik Indonesia. Collecting data using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Researchers are the main research instrument assisted by interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques performed were data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. After that, the validity of the data is carried out to increase the degree of trust in the data that has been obtained in the field by triangulating sources. The role of the partnership between the two parties SKB Negeri Surabaya and the Indonesian Polytechnic seeks to define new breakthroughs in order to increase the prestige and quality of education. The implementation of the partnership between the Surabaya State SKB and the Indonesian Polytechnic is in the form of a computer training program for SKB students.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) examine the role of educators in increasing interest in learning in Early Childhood Education of Sidoarjo Learning Activity Center. 2) Assessing the supporting factors of educators in increasing interest in learning in Early Childhood Education of Sidoarjo Learning Activity Center. 3) Assessing the inhibiting factors of educators in increasing interest in learning in Early Childhood Education of Sidoarjo Learning Activity Center. The approach and type used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with the research location in Early Childhood Education of Sidoarjo Learning Activity Center. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. This study uses data analysis by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the role of educators as motivators in increasing interest in learning in Early Childhood Education of Sidoarjo Learning Activity Center is going well and it is proven that during learning students have feelings of joy, involvement, interest, and attention in children's learning.. Supporting factors include the health of students, qualified educators, learning environment conditions, rewards, and learning methods. The inhibiting factors include inadequate infrastructure and lack of cooperation from parents.

Abstract

The vocational skill program is one of the activities carried out at the Surabaya State SKB with the aim of increasing competence and exploring the potential of students through the skills provided. The increasing competence of Surabaya State SKB students is one of the backgrounds of this research. This research is a research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were school principals, tutors and Surabaya State SKB students. Data collection was carried out in three ways, namely participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data condensation, data display and conclusions. The validity of this research data uses prolong engagement, triangulation of data sources, triangulation of data collection methods and member checks. The results of this study indicate that the management of vocational skill programs can improve students' competencies including cognitive competence, affective competence and pricomotor competence.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of tutors' pedagogic competence in increasing learning participation of regular class C package C students at SPNF SKB Mojokerto Regency. This research uses a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the pedagogical competence of tutors in increasing the learning participation of regular class C package learners applied by all tutors is educational and dialogical learning, it is proven that learners dare to adapt. Tutors have an understanding of students to determine how to teach to be more precise and minimize errors. 5 tutors organize remedial to provide opportunities for learners to develop their potential. Student learning participation includes asking questions about material that is not understood, answering questions given by the tutor, expressing opinions or refutations about the amount of material delivered by the tutor, doing structured assignments for 11 subjects in class well and making material notes for 11 subjects.

Abstract

This study contains an analysis and description of the role of the tutor in carrying out his role in motivating the students of package c distance learning program at Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya. Homeschooling was originally an independent learning model supervised and guided by parents. Over time the home learning system or homeschooling was adapted to become an institution. This educational institution only focuses on carrying out a homeschooling learning system by increasing the learning methods used to adapt and help meet the needs of students. Currently tutors do not only play a role in teaching science, but tutors also play a role in providing motivation so that students can carry out the learning process in a conducive manner. This type of research approach uses descriptive qualitative methods. In this study, researchers gathered information from 11 research informants, who qualified to provide information to support research. The results of this study found that the tutor when carrying out his role in increasing the learning motivation of package c students was in accordance with the 10 indicators of the tutor's role. Then it was also found that in increasing students' learning motivation a conducive learning environment, the role of parents, and also a high interest in learning from these students were needed. In addition, when carrying out their role in increasing students' learning motivation, tutors find that they have several obstacles such as distance, and also learning environment conditions that are not conducive for students.

Abstract

Growth and development itself is an interaction between children with genetic factors and environmental factors (family). The quality of interactions or relationships in the environment around the child, especially those carried out by a child with parents, is very important because parenting plays an important role in monitoring and facilitating children to grow and develop properly, especially in fine motor development. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and fine motor development at PAUD Permata Hati SPNF SKB Malang City with a sample size of 24 parents of children aged 3-4 years. This study used a correlational quantitative approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire and observation which were analyzed using the Spearman Rank or Spearman Rho test. The results showed that there was an average of parents applying democratic parenting with most children at the level of fine motor development developing very well as many as 14 children (58.3%) with the results of the analysis obtained a value of 0.522 which states that there is a strong and unidirectional relationship between parenting and fine motor development in children aged 3-4 years at PAUD Permata Hati SPNF SKB Malang City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the application of tutor competence in increasing the learning motivation of Package B students at SKB Gudo Jombang. This study uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research type. There were 9 informants in this study, including student tutors, tutors and students. The techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that 80% of SKB Gudo Jombang's package B tutors have taken steps to be able to improve their competence and to support it all one of the ways to do this is to improve their quality and self-esteem by looking for references such as attending workshops organized by SKB, internet sources and many others that can improve the quality of competence of an educator. Tutors and tutors for package B students at SKB Gudo Jombang have good communication with students, fellow educators, and the surrounding community, but tutors don't really socialize with the guardians of their students, because according to students, their parents rarely meet with tutors. in the SKB. The learning motivation of the Gudo Jombang SKB package B students is quite good. This can be seen from the enthusiasm and enthusiasm in participating in the learning that has been conveyed by tutors and tutors of package B students at SKB Gudo Jombang. Of course this is very good and extraordinary progress because the goal of tutor competence has been achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the management of a hospitality course program which includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation, with data analysis techniques used were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this study began with planning which included identifying needs, planning curriculum, planning instructors, planning financing, planning facilities and infrastructure. Organizing programs that cover several aspects of indicator, namely the formation of implementing organizations and the division of tasks by forming an organizational structure and also the division of tasks with their respective competencies. Implementation by opening with greetings and introductions to students, thenian continued with the delivery of learning material interactively, the delivery of learning material was carried out using the question and answer lecture method, and practice then at the end of the learning section was carried out with the presentation/presentation of the results of practice and continued with closing greetings. supervision includes: the level of discipline of the instructor/tutor and students, the ability of the instructor/tutor in learning, the preparation of managers in preparing all program needs. The learning evaluation process is carried out by conducting tests on students at the end of the learning period in accordance with the program taken by students. The evaluation process is also carried out by assessing the performance of the instructor/tutor at the end of the lesson.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the meaning of ngitung batih traditional values and the activities of parents in dongko village to preserve ngitung batih traditional values to children aged 4-6 years. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the role of parents in preserving the values of ngitung batih tradition in children aged 4-6 years is that in ngitung batih tradition, children can learn how to communicate with parents. They will understand etiquette and manners and how to apply them appropriately and according to the situation. By introducing ngitung batih culture, it is very relevant and effective to shape children's ethics and manners. Not only the value of courtesy but also the values that can be obtained such as the value of harmony, religion, and mutual assistance. It can be concluded that the values contained in the ngitung batih tradition are very diverse and have their own benefits for children and parents play an important role in preserving the values of the ngitung batih tradition, especially for their children from an early age.
