Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini bertujuan guna merangsang anak-anak dan melibatkan mereka dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar guna mengembangkan wawasan dan kompetensi mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui apakahterdapat keterkaitan sebab akibat antara gaya komunikasi orang tua dengan perkembangan sosial emosional anak di UPT Pusat Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) PAUD Tunas Cendekia Cerme Kabupaten Gresik. Metodologi kuantitatif termasuk kuesioner dan prosedur pengumpulan data berbasis dokumentasi dipakai dalam penyelidikan ini. Uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, dan korelasi product moment hanyalah sebagian kecil dari pemeriksaan validitas data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini. Mengacu pada temuan penelitian, pola asuh dan perkembangan sosial emosional anak di UPT Pusat Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Cerme PAUD Tunas Cendekia mempunyai keterkaitan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe how the process of assisting the management of tourism villages in Pandean Village, the development of natural tourism potential that exists after the program is carried out and what factors influence the process in it. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed several stages of assistance, namely (1) Planning through action shows, socialization, filtering and deliberation, (2) Implementation through field sharing, understanding SOPs, training, mock studies, exhibitions and family talks, (3) Monitoring and evaluation through, partner independence, and joint meetings. The mentoring activities carried out succeeded in developing the potential of natural tourism which was initially in a damaged condition and had no value to become the main attraction for Pandean Village. Furthermore, the supporting factors of the mentoring activities are the strong cooperation and cohesiveness between Pokdarwis as the mentoring team and the Pandean community as the target group. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors of mentoring activities are negative opinions from outsiders aimed at the existence of the program and miscommunication between managers.

Abstract

Parenting is a parenting style used by parents in educating, guiding, and raising children. There are three types of parenting styles, namely authoritarian, democratic, and permissive parenting styles. In this study, researchers focused on permissive parenting on the social emotional developments of early 2-4 year old children in Papar Village, Papar Subdistrict, Kediri Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed using data collection, data condensation, data presentation, verification and conclusions. The result show that the application of permissive parenting that occurs causes social emotional development of children aged 2-4 years resulting in unfavorable childrens attitudes including aggressiveness, disobedience, behaving as they please.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the profile of parenting patterns applied by parents and the application of sex education in early childhood. This research is motivated by the rampant sexual crimes against children and the lack of sex education in schools. One of the factors assumed to be the cause is the lack of information for children related to preventive measures and self-defense that can be provided in sex education. Sex education for children is still considered taboo by the community. The method used in this research is descriptivequalitative, involving eight informants from the families of Play Group Eleos Surabaya students. The results in this study show that all informants have a tendency to apply democratic parenting and have views on the importance of sex education for children, but are still limited to the introduction of sex or gender differences. The recommendations given are that parents should seek accurate and appropriate information about various ways and methods of introducing sex education to their children in accordance with their developmental stages.

Abstract

community and is focused on life skills or life skills to be able to improve their respective living standards. Tutors here play an important role in non-formal education, with tutors providing the teaching materials needed in order to achieve the planned learning objectives. This aims to help students to understand the content of learning and can be applied in everyday life, tutors are also expected to carry out effective, good, and meaningful teaching in each lesson. Providing good teaching will create comfort to learners, providing effective teaching can also convince learners and will strengthen memory to learners. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were the head tutor, package C tutors, and package C community program students at PKBM Kak Seto Surabaya. Data collection used is using interviews, observation and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. After that, the truth value is tested using the methods of credibility, dependability, confirmability and transferability. The result of this research is that the motivation of package C community learning students increases, it is proven that after the learning strategy is carried out by tutors, students are faster in understanding the subject matter. Supporting factors in this study are appropriate and adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as tutors who are competent in their fields.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) Describe the application of the Tutor Interactive Learning Model in increasing the learning participation of Package C students. 2) Assess the supporting factors. 3) Examine the inhibiting factors in the application of the Interactive Learning Model in an effort to increase students' learning participation. The approach and type used is descriptive qualitative, with the research location at Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. This research uses data analysis with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and then conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Tutor Interactive Learning Model in an effort to increase the learning participation of Package C students goes well, as evidenced by the response and enthusiasm of students before and after school at Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya. Supporting factors include a fun and interactive classroom atmosphere, tutor creativity and adequate infrastructure. The inhibiting factors include bad mood, lack of confidence, laziness and network constraints.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the National Assessment policy is a policy that has just been launched to improve the quality of education as an educational institution CLC Budi Utama must also take a role in implementing the policy. As an institution that has good accreditation, CLC Budi Utama will be careful in preparing and implementing this new policy so that management is needed that can succeed and maximize the course of the National Assessment. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the management function which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the implementation of AN policy with qualitative methods. The subjects of this study were CLC directors, institutional staff, exam committees, and AN participants. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and verification. After that tested the truth value using triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the management function in implementing AN policy is based on theory which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising.

Abstract

This study aims to study, describe, and analyze learning management in increasing the learning motivation of package B students at PKBM Budi Utama. The method in this study is qualitative descriptive. The results showed that learning management in PKBM Budi Utama consists of four stages, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Learning planning is carried out by compiling lesson plans and teaching materials, identifying learning needs, and formulating goals. Organizing learning is done by choosing the right teaching method, learning aids according to the material, arranging the size of the class according to the number of students, and choosing the right strategy to convey the rules. The implementation of learning is carried out by strengthening the motivation of learning students and choosing strategies at all ages. Learning supervision is carried out by evaluating the learning system and measuring learning outcomes. From learning management can increase the motivation to learn learners. Proven by the encouragement and need to learn by searching the internet and taking notes, having clear hopes and aspirations for the future, getting awards from tutors, and having interesting learning activities.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low motivation to join youth organizations in Medokan Ayu Village. Karang Taruna members who need motivation in the Karang Taruna organization. The goal to be achieved in this study is to apply the application of motivation in increasing the participation of youth youth members in Medokan Ayu Youth Organization. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interview techniques, participant observation, and documentation. The results of this study are to increase the motivation of youth youth members. There is one motive that cannot increase motivation, namely theological motives which cannot change the motivation of youth youth members in organizing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the 3D printing studio learning strategy in supporting the Merdeka Belajar program at PKBM Think Indonesia. The Merdeka Belajar program is a government initiative in Indonesia to provide broader and more inclusive learning opportunities to the community, including through innovative approaches such as 3D printing technology. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis research method. The location of this research is PKBM Think Indonesia in Surabaya. The population in this study consists of participants in the Think Indonesia Activity Center who are taking the 3D Printing class, totaling 67 participants. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling method with the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 40 students. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire as a measuring instrument. Before the questionnaire was used for data collection, it was piloted to obtain valid and reliable results. The results of the simple linear regression analysis show that the level of effectiveness of the 3D printing studio learning strategy in supporting the Merdeka Belajar program at PKBM Think Indonesia is 86.6%. The implication of this finding is that the use of 3D printing technology in the context of PKBM Think Indonesia can enhance students' independence in learning, develop their vocational skills, and promote engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
