Abstract

Training is one type of non-formal education that aims to develop behavior in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes. One of the trainings that are in vogue, especially among children, is horse riding training. A training that is considered capable of developing gross motor skills in children. The purpose of this study was to examine and determine whether there is a relationship between horse riding training on children's gross motor development. This study used a quantitative method. The design in this study used a pretest-posttest with data collection techniques using action tests, questionnaires, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are validation test, reliability test, normality test, and hypothesis testing using product moment. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between horse riding training and children's gross motor development. The results of the data calculation are r count shows the result of 0.673 and t count of 4.8147 so from these results it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, based on these calculations it can be said that there is a relationship between horse riding training and children's gross motor development in Surabaya.

Abstract

The non-formal educational institution that has recently re-promoted the implementation of the literacy program is the SKB Malang City. However, students pursuing package A have low interest in reading. With this in mind, the researcher wants to examine the implementation of the literacy program as an effort to foster interest in reading for students pursuing package A at SKB Malang City. This study aims to determine the implementation of the literacy program as an effort to foster interest in reading in students pursuing package A, to examine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the literacy program as an effort to foster interest in reading in students pursuing package A. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the literacy program is supported by a). Communication is done internally; b). Resources that support this activity include the involvement of all members of the learning activity studio, the existence of special funds from the BOP, and allocating special time for literacy activities; c). Disposition; d). The bureaucratic structure forms the composition of the literacy task force committee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence between the level of parental education and the learning motivation of students in the package C program at SPNF SKB Surabaya. more in-depth knowledge and understanding of the importance of students' parents having an adequate level of education, because indirectly this will support their children's learning motivation as students at school. Therefore, the results of this study will also make us more aware, especially the parents of students that an adequate level of education is a very important factor and can influence student learning motivation. This research uses a type of quantitative approach research with descriptive writing methods. The data collection technique in this study is by using the learning motivation questionnaire method, and documenting report cards. The results of this study were tested for data analysis by using a linear regression test between learning motivation and learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that the results of this study are learning motivation has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of learning citizens. This is indicated by a significant value of 0.017 which is smaller than the value of ? (0.05). While the level of education of parents does not significantly influence the learning outcomes of the learning community. This is indicated by a significant value of 0.416 which is greater than the value of ? (0.05). Taken together learning motivation and parents' education level significantly influence learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.049 less than 0.05.

Abstract

Based on data presented by the Central Statistics Agency (2022) regarding youth, as many as 30.38% are part of NEET. One way to reduce this is by involving students in internship programs. One of the institutions that runs and provides internship programs is the Aqil Learning Room. Aqil Learning Room needs to develop a program curriculum to design goals, achievements, content, assessment and program evaluation. This research uses qualitative methods and is presented descriptively. The results of this research are that the implementation of the curriculum is good. The capacity increases experienced by participants are changes in skills, changes in the learning process, knowledge management, and increased abilities. Supporting factors for implementing the curriculum are that participants are accompanied by relevant mentors, there are coaching sessions for participants that are tailored to the project tasks being carried out, there are volunteer development sessions that help participants to develop themselves after the program ends, and there is monitoring of results and mapping of the impact of participants' learning during participation. 24 Week Internship program at Aqil Study Room.

Abstract

In the field of education, the instructor (or tutor) has a significant impact. He or she is in charge of carrying out educational administration at the school, which is in charge of ensuring that instruction goes smoothly. Academic credentials, proficiencies, tutor certifications, physical and emotional well-being, and the capacity to fulfill national education objectives are all requirements for tutors. ways for gathering data while making observations (questionnaires, surveys, and recordkeeping). This study employs a quantitative approach using the product moment analysis method. The correlation value between the two research variables, according to the results, was 0.713. Ha is acceptable in the product moment correlation table above if rcount> rtable, or 0.713>0.361. Thus, it can be said that basic class students at LKP ASTER English Village Pare Kediri have a positive, substantial, and unidirectional link between their enthusiasm to study English and the pedagogical ability of their tutors.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) to find out the role of parents in shaping independent learning in PAUD SKB Sidoarjo; 2) to find out the independence of children's learning in PAUD SKB Sidoarjo; 3) to find out the supporting factors for parents in increasing children's independent learning in PAUD SKB Sidoarjo; 4) to find out the parent's obstacles in increasing children's independent learning in PAUD SKB Sidoarjo. This research used a qualitative descriptive method. The nature of descriptive qualitative research is to describe the phenomena in an in-depth description of the field. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. While the data analysis is done through data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that: 1) The parent's role in shaping children's independent learning in PAUD SKB Sidoarjo is good enough. There are three roles performed by parents, namely the role as a facilitator, the role as a motivator, and the role as a guide. 2) Children's Independent learning in PAUD SKB Sidoarjo has been well fulfilled, but still not optimal yet. 3) The factors that support parents in improving children's independent learning at PAUD SKB Sidoarjo are giving praise, gifts, and attention. 4) Parent's Obstacles in improving children's independent learning at PAUD SKB Sidoarjo is the difficulty of the children to learn for various reasons.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the assistance to MSMEs by BUMDes Edu Wisata Lontar Sewu to increase entrepreneurial capacity. Indicators of accompanying roles are facilitative roles, learning roles, representational roles and technical roles, while indicators of increasing capacity in entrepreneurship include technological dimensions, labor dimensions, technological dimensions. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research are the Head of BUMDes Edu Wisata and six MSME actors. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of reduction, data alignment and drawing conclusions. Then data validity was carried out to increase the degree of trust in the data obtained in the field by triangulating the sources. The results of the research show that BUMDes carry out four roles, namely 1) facilitative role 2) learning role 3) representational role and 4) technical role. Through the assistance provided by BUMDes Edu Wisata Lontar Sewu to MSME actors, various entrepreneurial capacity improvements can be identified, namely 1) Dimensions workforce, 2) Technological dimension.

Abstract

Mentoring is an activity carried out by someone for the people around them to become better people. Mentoring can also be said to be a transfer of knowledge carried out by a mentor to people who need assistance. The assistance provided in this Home industry is related to the management of smoked fish production, which requires good management. Smoked fish management carried out in the smoked fish Home industry is (1) planning, (2) implementation and (3) evaluation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research location is in Palang Village, Tuban Regency. Data collected used in-depth interview techniques, participant observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research involves data reduction, data display and verification and conclusions. After this stage, the data is tested for validity using credibility, dependability, confirmability and transferability. The results of the research show (1) the process of assisting the management of the smoked fish Home industry uses management which includes planning, implementation and evaluation so that the mentoring process runs well, (2) the obstacles that exist in the process of assisting the management of smoked fish are the existence of natural factors that can hinder production process.

Abstract

Learning readiness is the initial stage of a learning activity that encourages a person to be ready to respond or answer to themselves in a certain way to face a condition in achieving a goal. Learning motivation is the ability that a learner has after receiving a learning experience. Motivation to learn is basically a change in behavior that can be obtained from the learning process. There is a low learning motivation, especially UNPK subjects in Package C SKB Mojoagung students. This study was conducted at SKB Mojoagung offline from the target set by the researcher was achieved by adjusting the schedule of teaching and learning activities. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. This approach the data will be analyzed quantitatively by using sta to test the hypothesis that has been prepared. The type of research used in this study is a cross sectional approach. There is a positive and significant relationship between learning readiness and learning motivation. This means that the greater the motivation of students and readiness to learn, the students will be encouraged to respond positively in the learning process and improve their abilities so as to affect learning outcomes for the better. Readiness to learn and motivation to learn have a positive and significant relationship. This is indicated by a significance value of 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to describe, (1) the role of the pokdarwis Argowayang as a community learning space, and (2) the purpose of the learning space in the pokdarwis Argowayang is to form awareness in the Galengdowo village community through socialization and education as a form of community empowerment. This research method is descriptive qualitative. To obtain data regarding learning spaces and community empowerment in the Argowayang pokdarwis, researchers collected data using participatory observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that Pokdarwis Argowayang have a role as an organization that accommodates the learning process and empowers the community through socialization and discussion to form knowledge, skills and community awareness in realizing the elements of Sapta Pesona in Galengdowo village to make Galengdowo village a tourist village. Thus, it can be concluded that Pokdarwis Argowayang can be used as a learning space for community empowerment which is able to increase community awareness and mobilize the community actively and participatively in the development of the tourism sector as a form of community empowerment.
