Abstract

This research is aimed to examine and analyze the role of parents in the learning motivation of Package B (National Junior High School Equivalency) in SKB Class VIII SKB (District Technical Office for Early Childhood, Nonformal and Informal Education) Gudo Jombang students. The method used was a descriptive qualitative method with research subjects of 9 informants. Data collection techniques were carried out using in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that each parent has their own way of providing learning motivation to students, including 1) motivation in the form of words 2) motivation in the form of action 3) motivation in the form of a gift. Students have varying levels of learning motivation with several aspects that need to be considered, including those related to 1) persistence in doing assignments, 2) tenacity in facing difficulties, 3) interest in learning, 4) liking to work independently, 5) quickly getting bored with assignments. repetitive, 6) can defend opinions, 7) does not easily give up things he believes in, and 8) enjoys finding and solving problems.

Abstract

The awareness of mothers to provide the best care for children with special needs is still lacking. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the implementation, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors of the parenting education program as an effort to improve parenting for mothers of children with special needs at Rumah Latih. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interview methods, participatory observation, and documentation. Informants in this study were program managers, facilitators, and mothers of children with special needs. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity tests used were source triangulation and member check, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed that the implementation of the parenting education program at the training house can improve the quality of parenting for mothers of children with special needs, indicated by using the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation is supported by several factors including parents, family, community, government, facilities and infrastructure, facilitators, program managers, and budget. There are also inhibiting factors, namely parents who are less cooperative, the topography of the area, and the community's ability to reach facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keluarga terhadap kesiapan belajar peserta didik mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran pada program kesetaraan paket C UPT SKB Gresik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 91 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan jenis sampel Sampling Purposive dengan jumlah 32 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Dalam analisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 27 for windows. Uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas digunakan untuk menguji instrumen. Uji normalitas dan linearitas digunakan untuk mengetahui normalitas dan linearitas data. Uji analisis regresi linier sederhana digunakan untuk mengetahui hipotesis diterima dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian ditunjukan dengan nilai > yaitu 3,433 > 2,042 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, maknanya terdapat pengaruh keluarga terhadap kesiapan belajar peserta didik mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran program kesetaraan paket C UPT SKB Gresik. Persamaan regresi linier sederhana diperoleh Y = 32,889+0,390X

Abstract

Pendampingan belajar melalui program kegiatan mengajar dianggap efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik anak jalanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program kegiatan mengajar, faktor pendukung, dan faktor penghambat pendampingan belajar anak jalanan melalui program kegiatan mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data atau kesimpulan. Setelah tahapan tersebut data diuji keabsahannya dengan kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pendamping memberikan dorongan, nasihat, motivasi, arahan, dan aspek-aspek pribadi lainnya agar terwujudnya motivasi belajar anak jalanan. Faktor pendukung anak jalanan dilihat dari faktor internal (minat, bakat, kesehatan, motivasi, intelegensi), faktor eksternal nya berupa lingkungan sekitar, keluarga, masyarakat. Faktor penghambat belajar dapat dilihat dari kesulitan belajar nya, penguasaan bidang studi yang dipelajari, dan dilihat dari segi penyebab. Adanya pendampingan belajar membuat anak jalanan mengalami kemajuan dan kemauan dalam belajar.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the parenting patterns applied by Workaholic parents to early childhood at PAUD SKB Gudo Jombang, as well as the social emotional conditions of children of these Workaholic parents. The research sample consisted of 10 parents who were very busy working. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study show that: 1) Workaholic Parenting Patterns: The conceptualization of work addiction still varies, with different views regarding whether Workaholics are seen more as addicts or achievers, and whether work addiction is the result of investing high effort alone or a combination of high effort and a fundamental drive to work hard. 2) Social Emotional Condition of Children: Children of Workaholic parents show good self-awareness, responsibility for themselves, and prosocial behavior

Abstract

SeTARA Daring is an LMS (Learning Management System) that helps in managing online classes in non-formal education. The concept of independent learning itself is relevant to government policy, namely independent learning which aims to provide a fun learning space for students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method where data is obtained through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Abstract

National Education requires every student to be accustomed to mastering 21st century skills including communication, collaboration, critical and creative thinking in learning activities. 21st century skills are applied at SKB Negeri Surabaya through the project based learning (PjBL) learning model in Indonesian history subjects. Active involvement of students in learning activities triggers the emergence of learning motivation in students. This research aims to determine the relationship between the project based learning model in Indonesian history subjects and the learning motivation of package C students at SKB Negeri Surabaya. This research uses associative quantitative methods with product moment analysis techniques. This research involved 62 package C students at SKB Negeri Surabaya as respondents. The results of the product moment correlation test that was carried out obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.602 and a significance value of 0.000, meaning it has a positive relationship and is in the strong category. The results show that the learning motivation of package C students at SKB Negeri Surabaya in Indonesian history subjects can be influenced by the application of tutors in using the project based learning model when learning in class.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the independent curriculum for the Pancasila student profile of the mutual cooperation dimension in the waste management program at CLC Insan Cerdas Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a type of field research, where data analysis involves collecting data, condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. This research uses data collection techniques with participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the existence of a waste management program that is oriented towards the independent curriculum of Pancasila student profiles can foster the character of students studying in CLC Insan Cerdas Indonesia who are virtuous and have the character of Pancasila students, and can explore and increase the potential of students learning in accordance with existing dimensions and elements. in the Pancasila student profile. The application of the Pancasila student profile to waste management makes a substantial contribution to efforts to shape the attitudes and character of students and implement Pancasila values. Waste management activities at CLC Insan Cerdas Indonesia are considered to be able to increase the ability of learning residents to grow in self-awareness to protect the environment around them, as well as being able to foster mutual cooperation behavior.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) To find out and describe students' motivation in participating in the package C equality education program at SKB Gudo, (2) To describe the factors that influence students in participating in the package C equality education program at SKB Gudo Jombang. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis carried out was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity is carried out by credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results obtained in this research are: (1) The motivation for students to take package C at SKB Gudo Jombang is the role of parents, the role of tutors, and the role of the social environment. (2) Factors that influence the motivation of residents to take part in the equivalent education package C SKB Gudo Jombang are the self-awareness of people studying from different backgrounds, namely economic factors, dropping out of school, bullying or bullying and the desire to take part in equal education.
