Abstract

Training is a part of education that involves the acquisition and enhancement of skills outside the education system in a relatively short time by prioritizing practice. Angklung is one of the performing arts that is the pride of the Indonesian people, especially the people of West Java (and Banten). The purpose of this research is to know and describe that fostering children's love of culture can be through a simple way, namely with angklung training at Sanggar Alang-Alang Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that fostering love of culture can be through a simple way by participating in angklung training at the alang-alang Surabaya studio by providing material for students to memorize folk songs. The existence of complete angklung facilities is a supporting factor for students to be enthusiastic about practicing angklung. Keywords: Angklung Training, Cultivating Love for Indonesian Culture

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the optimization of the friendship camp program on the character of mutual cooperation in CLC Insan Cerdas Indonesia. The research method used is case study research. Data collection techniques through participant observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding research results. The result of this research is a friendship camp program organized by CLC Insan Cerdas Indonesia starting from the planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation stages. Planning is carried out with socialization and briefing activities. Organizing is done by forming a committee between tutors and students. The implementation was carried out for three days and two nights by strengthening the character of mutual cooperation through existing activities. Supervision is carried out by tutors. Evaluation is carried out after the friendship camp activities are carried out to see the mutual cooperation character of the students. From the program indicators, friendship camps can improve the character of mutual cooperation. This is proven by the behavior of students after participating in friendship camp activities. Abstract

Project-Based Learning has become an increasingly popular approach in early childhood education because of its potential to stimulate creativity, and active learning through projects that are interesting and relevant to everyday life. The focus of the research concerns the implementation, inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of project-based learning centers that play a role in stimulating the creativity of PAUD SKB Mojoagung students. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of PjBL in stimulating students' creativity. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was obtained using participant observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results show that educators and parents ensure that students have access to adequate resources so as to support the process of stimulating their creativity. Inhibiting factors include limited funding allocations related to providing outdoor activities, lack of updating experimental equipment, limited educational resources. Supporting factors include students' enthusiasm for playing a professional role, extensive playing infrastructure, availability of APE such as costumes and playing equipment. Abstract

Community empowerment, especially in areas that have tourism potential, basically has the aim of realizing community welfare by involving the community's active role in its development. Utilizing natural resources and preserving Lake Ranu tourism can be part of community participation and implementation of empowerment for people who benefit from Lake Ranu tourism. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results obtained from this research are the implementation or empowerment process that occurs with daily community activities as traders and community groups who are active in their participation in Lake Ranu tourism, tourism awareness groups who actively carry out major activities which also aim to promote Lake Ranu tourism. Community groups that take advantage of the fish wealth in Lake Ranu and participate in activities held by local community groups and tourism managers. Abstract

Learning activities are one of the successes of optimizing the potential of learners. Each student has different learning activities that are influenced by his or her personality or character. Individual personalities are classified as 2 extroverts and introverts. The purpose of this study is to find out the learner's learning activities according to his personality type. The research methods used are qualitative descriptive using participatory observation data collection techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion. Results obtained from this study show that extrovert personality types favor short learning media, are active in verbal learning, have audio-verbal learning, record material when feeling needed, are bold in opinion, and have open emotional control. Introverted personality type learners like old visual learning media, like slightly verbal learning processes, have audio-visual learning, record material when feeling needed, have high memory, and have closed emotional control.

Abstract

If pamong belajar has the competence and potential to insert character education, it will indirectly shape the quality of character in accordance with the objectives of Strengthening Character Education (PPK). Character education is strengthened by providing understanding and emphasizing students on the five main values of PPK, namely: (a) religious character values, (b) independent character values, (c) nationalism character values, (d) mutual cooperation character values, and (e) integrity character values. This research focuses on: (1) the implementation of PPK, (2) the profile of learning assistants in the implementation of PPK. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) the implementation of the five main values of PPK in Study Group of Packages C students that is most prominent and easy to do through various activities is the value of religious character, although not all five values can be implemented, and (2) the involvement of learning assistants based on their educator profiles through planning, implementation, and assessment has not been maximized.

Abstract

Service quality has a major role in shaping customer perceptions of an institution. Providing quality services is one of the strategies carried out by educational institutions to increase student satisfaction. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of parents at the Air-LANGGA Ponorogo Learning Guidance and Motivation Institute. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. The population in this study was 75 parents with a sample size of 43 parents. The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires, documentation and observation. Through the Product Moment correlation test, a significance value of 0.000 was obtained, where this value is smaller than 0.05. The correlation coefficient value obtained was 0.664. If adjusted to the r value interpretation table, it is classified in the strong category. So it can be concluded that service quality has a significant positive influence on the satisfaction of parents at the Air-LANGGA Ponorogo Learning Guidance and Motivation Institute (BMB).

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation stages and the driving and inhibiting factors for empowerment through alternative fertilizer production carried out by Gapoktan in empowering farmer groups. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were facilitators, Gapoktan members and farmer groups. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques, participant observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using 4 steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is carried out with credibility, dependability, confirmability and transferability. Source triangulation and member checking are techniques used to check credibility in this research.The results of this research show that the role of Gapoktan Muji Makmur in empowering farmer groups through the production of alternative fertilizers in this implementation stage increases the independence of the residents of Bronjong Village which is influenced by the driving and supporting factors for empowerment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the application of the lapbook project-based learning model and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the application of the lapbook project-based learning model and the social skills of students in class XII package C equivalency PKN learning. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The research results show, there are 6 stages of implementing the project-based learning model, namely 1) Providing basic questions at the start of learning, 2) Planning the project, 3) Scheduling the project activity stages, 4) Supervising the ongoing project, 5) Assessing, 6) Evaluating the project. The social skills of learning citizens are characterized by 3 things. First, being able to solve problems well, citizens learn to exchange ideas, they give each other opinions. Second, being able to interact and communicate effectively, citizens learn to be brave enough to express their opinions, dare to ask questions. Third, being able to work well together and helping fellow citizens learn to be sensitive to friends who need help, easy to talk to and to complete projects together. In its implementation there are supporting factors, namely learning media, facilities and infrastructure as well as the curriculum and social environment. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in the lapbook project-based learning model process for improving social skills are physical and psychological factors and interest in learning.

Abstract

Poverty remains a major problem in Indonesia. One of the influencing factors is the high unemployment rate among young people. To overcome this, there is a need for collaboration between the government and other stakeholders to create relevant skills training and education programs such as entrepreneurship education. Through entrepreneurship education, the government can prepare individuals to develop in the entrepreneurial field. One of them is through Market Day activities, students can practice various aspects of entrepreneurship such as planning, managing, and marketing products. In addition, Market Day is also a platform for building social skills such as communication, negotiation, and teamwork. This study aims to analyze the implementation of market day activities and describe efforts to foster the entrepreneurial spirit of package A students. This research focuses on the implementation of Market Day activities and their impact on the development of the entrepreneurial spirit of Package A students. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The data analysis used is the miles and huberman theory including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of market day activities at PKBM Insan Cerdas Indonesia proved effective in fostering entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial interest, and teaching life skills for Package A students.
