Abstract

The fridayApplication of the syllable method, which is a lesson that has been implemented since 2019 in the National Junior High School Equivalency Gudo Jombang Package B Inclusion Class Equality Program. The application of this method is an effort to overcome basic literacy in learning residents. The aim of this research is to describe and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for Syllable Method learning as an effort to overcome basic literacy in the National Junior High School Equivalency Gudo Jombang Package B Inclusion Class Equality Program. The method used is descriptive qualitative, through data collection techniques of participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This research uses data analysis in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research show that the syllable method learning planning is carried out in an educational and effective manner. There are 5 basic literacies which are applied in reading and writing, numeracy, science, digital and financial literacy. There are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the syllable method of learning. The supporting factor is supporting infrastructure. There is interest among students in the basic literacy learning process, while the inhibiting factor is that there are students whose learning process is slow so they need intensive guidance to

Abstract

Non-Formal Education Institutions, one of which is PKBM Budi Utama, recently implemented a school literacy movement. This was carried out because of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and based on the needs of students, especially Package A in terms of literacy. So, researchers want to examine the implementation of the Independent Curriculum through the School Literacy Movement in an effort to improve the literacy skills of Package A students at PKBM Budi Utama Surabaya, examine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum through the School Literacy Movement in an effort to improve the literacy abilities of Package A students. . This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the literacy program is supported by a). Effective communication between facilitators or internally, facilitators and students; b). Non-human resources in the form of adequate space.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between learning styles and students' creativity in the field of graphic design in the package A equivalency program at PKBM Think Indonesia School. This type of research uses correlational research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students from grades 5 to 6, totaling 30 students in the package A equivalency program at PKBM Think Indonesia School. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and documentation. Questionnaires and documentation to obtain data on students' learning styles and creativity. The data used to test the hypothesis is data on the creativity and learning styles of 3D activity group students at PKBM Think Indonesia School. The results of this study indicate that N=30 can be obtained. The result is that there is a significant correlation between learning style and creativity, which is indicated by the correlation coefficient number rxy = 0.604 which is greater than the r table at the 5% significance level = 0.361, which means r counting > r table, namely 0.604 > 0.361. Apart from that, it is known that the significance value increases to 0.000 where the teirseibuit number is less than 0.05 (<0.05), meaning that the hypothesis in this research is that there is a relationship between learning styles through 3D activity group media and students' creativity in the field of designing in the program. equality of package A at PKBM Think Indonesia School.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on all parties, especially in the world of education. The government makes policies for all lines of education to carry out the learning process online. This policy requires tutors to be technologically literate and improve the competence of the tutor. The competencies that must be developed are pedagogikal competence and tutor professional competence in order to support the successful implementation of chase learning package C at UPT SKB Cerme, Kab. Gresik. The purpose of this study was to determine the pedagogikal competence and professional competence of tutors in implementing the package C equivalency program learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at UPT SKB Cerme, Kab. Gresik. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative survey method. This study uses a closed questionnaire in the form of statements distributed via google form. The research respondents were 22 tutors for package C equivalency at UPT SKB Cerme Kab. Gresik. Respondents of the study gave responses presented in percentage diagram form. The results of this study indicate that the pedagogikal competence and professional competence possessed by the tutor show good results, it can be seen in the pedagogikal variables showing that, the tutor is able to understand students well, the tutor makes lesson planning plans, the tutor implements the learning process well, the tutor is able to design and carry out learning evaluations, and tutors can develop students to actualize various potentials. The professional competency variable shows the tutor is able to master the learning material, the tutor is able to open learning well, the learning carried out by the tutor is very varied, able to manage the class well and the tutor has the accuracy between time and learning material well.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain local wisdom values contained in Javanese bridal make-up taught at the Elly Dua Putri Blitar course and training institute. Through exploratory studies with a qualitative approach and phenomenological design, data were collected through observation and interviews. The data were analyzed by using the data display cycle, data reduction, verification and conclusion drawing. The research found local perfume values: (1) luwing cinandi bun, (2) kawung wulan purnama wedding dress, and (3) make-up or beautiful makeup which is full of meaning. These local wisdom values are integrated in the learning process at the Elly Dua Putri Blitar course and training institute with a learning model called the MaHaKeTang technique, namely the process of coaching, student involvement, and network building strategies

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between parenting styles and the independence of children aged 4-6 years. This research uses a quantitative approach using questionnaire data collection techniques and documentation. Respondents in the research were 40 parents of students. In the validity and reliability test using the SPSS 23.0 formula with a significance level of 5%. Next, test normality and linearity using the Kolmogorov-smimnov formula with significance < 0.05% in SPSS 23.0. Then the inferential statistical hypothesis testing is carried out using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation formula. The results of research using hypothesis testing show that parenting patterns with the independence of children aged 4-6 years obtained a correlation coefficient level of 0.530 with a significance of 0.000 (P<0.05), which means that parenting patterns have a sufficient relationship with children's independence. 4-6 years old. It can be concluded that the relationship shows a significant level of relationship. The parenting style that parents apply plays a role in forming children's independence.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the implementation of the entrepreneurship skills education program in increasing the income of learners (2) identify the indicators in the implementation of the entrepreneurship skills education program in increasing the income of learners. The research method used is qualitative using in-depth interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. The entrepreneurship skills education program is conducted to improve the standard of living of the community through education and training. There are criteria for learners of this program, namely individuals aged 17-25 years old, not currently attending school or employed, to participate in the entrepreneurship skills education program in increasing the income of learners by enhancing skills, acquiring new knowledge, forming an entrepreneurial mindset in an effort to become graduates capable of establishing and managing independent businesses. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the entrepreneurship skills education program has five indicators: instructors, learners, materials, methods, and objectives. In increasing the income of learners, there are four indicators: improving skills, entrepreneurial spirit, increasing income, and improving welfare. The entrepreneurship skills education program implemented is through enhancing skills and acquiring knowledge in the form of entrepreneurship education and culinary courses.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the role of parents in providing sex education for teenagers in Tengger Kandangan Surabaya, the inhibiting and supporting factors. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation with informants. The results of this research show that all parents play their role in providing sex education to teenagers, as evidenced by the way they provide sex education to teenagers by implementing boundaries for both the same and opposite sex and providing an approach that will create openness between the two. One of the supporting factors for parents providing sex education is that communication between them goes well and teenagers care about themselves.

Abstract

Education plays a very important role in giving birth to a generation that is aware of the environment and able to act sustainably. The Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach has been integrated into the Package A CLC Budi Utama Surabaya program. The aim of this research is to analyze and describe efforts to instill environmental awareness through Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning strategies in the Package A program at CLC Budi Utama Surabaya. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that CTL learning through river tracing activities is effective in increasing students' awareness of the importance of protecting the environment and understanding river ecosystems. This learning strategy, from planning to evaluation, makes a significant contribution to environmental education and the formation of sustainable behavior. Thus, the integration of CTL in environmental education at CLC Budi Utama Surabaya brings great benefits to students in preparing for a better future.

Abstract

The tutor's pedagogical competence has a very important role in the cognitive development of students. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of tutors' pedagogical competence on the cognitive development of package C equivalency program students at the Gresik Regency Learning Activity Studio Technical Implementation Unit. This research uses a quantitative method of the causal comparative type, with a Product Moment Correlation analysis technique with sampling using the Slovin formula, namely there are 22 tutors and 48 package C students. The research location is in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Gresik Regency Learning Activities Studio with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, observation and documentation. The correlation test carried out produced a correlation coefficient value of 0.429, meaning that the correlation coefficient value of the tutor's pedagogical competence had a positive and moderate influence on the cognitive development of package C equivalency program students at the Gresik Regency Learning Activity Studio Technical Implementation Unit. Therefore, if the tutor's pedagogical competence increases in learning, the students' cognitive development will be more focused.
