Abstract

The learning process will of course be very active and interactive if the learning method used is effective. The learning method that can be used is the cooperative learning method, this method will make the learning process more active. This method will unite students in one group with constant supervision and guidance from the tutor. This study used qualitative research methods. Data was collected using in-depth interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Meanwhile, the criteria for data validity use a credibility test with triangulation of sources, techniques, time, as well as member checks, dependability tests, transferability tests, and confirmability tests. The results of this research explain the steps in implementing the cooperative method by tutors at the Homeschooling Pena community learning activity center, namely "designing lesson plans, making observation sheets, educators guiding and directing students in learning activities, educators giving students the opportunity to present the results of their work".

Abstract

Early Childhood Education is a critical period in children's development, they experience rapid physical, cognitive, social and emotional growth. Cases of bullying also occur in early childhood. The serious impact of bullying requires the need to prevent bullying in character education. The aim of this research is to obtain a description of the implementation of character education and prevention of bullying through character education. This study used qualitative research methods. Data was collected using in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that there is a commitment to instilling character values in students through the habituation method every day before learning begins. Preventing bullying through character education, namely the school's commitment to the formation of a Violence Prevention and Handling Team (TPPK), parenting programs, instilling moral values and directly handling bullying, teaching the values of tolerance and responsibility can create a full learning environment. love for all students.

Abstract

The Toddler Family Development Program (BKB) exists as a form of application of out-of-school education in terms of parent education or parenting where the target is parents or families who have toddlers. The BKB program is important to implement considering that Indonesia has a high birth rate and the widespread issue of stunting which can disrupt human resource potential. This research focuses on the implementation process of the BKB Program in optimizing the growth and development of toddlers at BKB Mawar Quality Family Village Sambi Ringinrejo Kediri. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the BKB program in optimizing the growth and development of toddlers by examining the stages of program implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects of this research consisted of 10 organizers and members of the BKB. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data display, verification and conclusion. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data, researchers use credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this research show that the implementation of the BKB program in optimizing the growth and development of toddlers runs optimally based on the stages of program implementation

Abstract

This research discusses the relationship between parenting patterns and juvenile delinquency in Package C students at the Surabaya Learning Activity Studio. Deviant behavior itself is something that can cause many problems. The aim of this research is to link parenting patterns with juvenile delinquency among students at SKBN Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach . The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires and documentation. Techniques for analyzing data are validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and hypothesis tests using product moment. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between parenting styles and juvenile delinquency. The result of calculating this data is that the r calculation produces a result of 0.521 and the t calculation is 4.4897, so from these results it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected and there is a relationship between parenting style and juvenile delinquency in the SKB Surabaya Package C Program.

Abstract

Learning that takes place during English subjects for class X students at Surabaya State Learning Activities Studio tends to be passive and less interactive. An alternative solution to this problem is implementing spinning wheel learning media. Spinning wheel learning media is a flexible learning media where the application can be in the form of a 2D plane which can be designed using a word wall website according to the needs of tutors, students and learning materials. This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the spinning wheel learning media as an effort to develop public speaking skills in the English subject of class X students in the package C equality program Surabaya State Learning Activities Studio. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques of in-depth interviews, documentation, participant observation and field notes. The results obtained by class X students experienced significant changes and developments in their public speaking skills after implementing the spinning wheel learning media with a combination of varied learning models and methods.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of digital branding training on UMKM sales results in Kajang Village, District. Sawahan District. Madiun. The training studied had occurred so that the researcher used an ex post facto comparative quantitative approach as the research method used. Apart from that, the data collection technique is through distributing questionnaires that have been tested. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, paired sample test and product moment correlation test. The results of the research show that there is an influence of digital branding training on the sales results of UMKM in Kajang village, Sawahan subdistrict, Madiun district. This is proven by the results of the t count calculation and the paired sample t test which shows that if the t count value is 9,683 it is greater than the t table value with N-2= 31 (29) which is 0.3550, apart from that it is based on the results of observational data on the calculation of sales results. products before training and after training there was an increase of 36%. So it can be concluded that the digital branding training carried out by Kajang village was successful as seen from the increase in the number of products sold.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the decline in the character of a nation caused by the rapid flow of globalization and technological development which brings many conveniences, of course it is also not free from several negative impacts, even on all elements of society, one of which is children who are also exposed. This is the background to this research, namely the existence of a new project in the Merdeka Curriculum after the Covid-19 pandemic with the hope that children will further develop their potential in a positive direction and interact with their surroundings. This research uses a quantitative research approach with a correlational research type. Taking respondents at PAUD Permata Bunda with a target of 30 parents. Data collection techniques use online questionnaires and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the Product Moment formula to analyze the questionnaire. The research results show that Play Group (KB) services have a significant positive relationship with parental satisfaction at PAUD Permata Bunda as indicated by the correlation value between the two research variables of 0.782. If the number of respondents or the value of N=30 with a significance level of 5% then the r-table value is 0.349. Thus the r-count of 0.782 is greater than the r-table of 0.349. So, if the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) is better, the level of parental satisfaction will increase and vice versa, if the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) is bad, the level of parental satisfaction will be lower.

Abstract

his training is part of community empowerment, training can be implemented and has a purpose. The aim of this research is to analyze theimplementation of corn planting training in increasing the independence of farmer groups. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The research subjects included field agricultural instructors, the head of the farmergroup and two members of the farmer group. Research location at the Agricultural Extension Center. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. Data analysis in research is carried out by collecting data, condensing data, presenting data, and verifying. The validity of research data is credibility, researchers use two methods, namely member checking and triangulation, then dependability, confirmability, transferability. The results of this research showed that the implementation of corn planting training in increasing the independence of farmer groups went quite well, as demonstrated by using the planning, implementation and evaluation stages.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the role of instructors at the course institution, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the learning outcomes of TOEFL program students at English Flash ILC Bojonegoro. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data analysis techniques including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results show an improvement in the learning outcomes of TOEFL program students, particularly in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. In the cognitive aspect, students demonstrated increased understanding and knowledge in solving practice problems, with an average TOEFL score reaching 500. Affectively, students experienced changes in attitudes and values, becoming more confident, expressive, and showing improved speaking abilities, as evidenced by the awards they received. In the psychomotor aspect, students responded positively and were very active in outdoor class activities. The supporting and inhibiting factors of the instructors' role also influenced the improvement of these learning outcomes.
