Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the National Economic Recovery program at the Head Office of PT. Bank Sulselbar using qualitative research methods, the number of informants is 10 people. The results of the research are 1) the program includes the realization of the distribution of PEN funds in phase I and phase II and the achievement of goals by implementing a program to increase the productive credit portfolio of the MSME segment. However, there were many obstacles that were passed, such as only new debtors, low purchasing power during the Covid-19 recovery, loan terms, declining economic growth, implementation of PSSB, business actors still observing economic growth conditions. 2) Implementing organizations consist of existing divisions designated in distribution and supported by complete facilities and infrastructure such as MSME Centers 3) Targets or parties to which PEN funds are provided consist of Services/Cooperatives, Industry, Infrastructure/Construction, Multi-Sector Productive , Financial/BPR and Other/Consumptive Intermediaries and how to act by making guidelines for the distribution of PEN funds Number SR/072/DRK/VIII/2021 and increasing the consumer credit portfolio, productive for the corporate and syndicated segments.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe and explain the implementation of the Family Planning Village in Langnga Village, Mattiro Sompe District, Pinrang Regency. The research used a qualitative descriptive method by conducting data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this study showed that the standard and target aspects of the implementation of the KB village policy were quite good. This seen from the existence of the SOP in the form of a technical manual for the KB Village and the implementor's understanding of the standards and objectives of the policy itself. Communication aspects between organizations, communication to the community regarding the implementation had been running effectively, especially in terms of socialization, the characteristics of the executing agent, the bureaucratic structure of the division and authority and the character of the KB Village officers in its implementation was quite clear and good, it seen from  bureaucratic structure and its officers the characteristics of a good policy implementing agent. and the Social, Political and Economic Environment, the response of the community and all parties in the implementation of the KB Village could run well and maximally. The indicators were not going well and had shortcomings include resources and the disposition or attitude of the implementers.                                                       Keywords: Implementation, Family Planning Village

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of the agricultural service in the program to improve the welfare of farmers in the district of West Nusa Tenggara. The type of research used  qualitative research. The number of informants in this study was 3 people. Data collection used l observation, interviews with a number of informants such as; the head of the agriculture department, the head of the farmer group and the community. The technique of checking the validity of the data used triangulation, the method triangulation. The data analysis technique used  interactive analysis. The results of this study showed that the role of the agricultural service in the program to improve the welfare of farmers in the district of West Nusa Tenggara was good, this was proved by the existence of more advanced developments such as providing technology packages, conducting demonstrations or examples of the use of agricultural technology tools. In this case, farmers used to use traditional tools such as hoe, but now they used tractors. encouraging farmer groups to increase agricultural production, for example they chose superior seeds, subsidized fertilizers, as well as medicines so that the yields obtained  increased rapidly without any obstacles.

Abstract

This is study purposed to find out the government’s strategy in the construction of road infrastructure in Gowa Regency. This study used qualitative descriptive study, while data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. This study consisted of 5 informants were head of Highways, Section for Road Development/Improvement, Road and Bridge Maintenance Section, and 2 people/road users. Data Sources used primary and secondary data, data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and verification. The data validation used source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The result of this study showed thhat the government Strategy in the development of Road Infrastructure in Gowa Regency had been run well because in terms of human resources, effectiveness, objectives were maximally appropriate without waste (not wasting time, energy, cost) able to carry out tasks correctly and accurately. Although it had not run optimally due to constraint that often accured, namely the delayed budget/cost, so the implementation of road construction or maintenance was still less efficient.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan kerja Panitera dalam proses administrasi perkara. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 orang. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif  yang memperoleh data dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedisiplinan kerja Panitera dalam proses administrasi perkara di Pengadilan Militer III-16 Makassar sudah terlaksana dengan baik, ini dilihat dari beberapa indikator yang meliputi: (1) Kehadiran Panitera dikantor sudah baik dan dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsinya dalam administrasi perkara selalu hadir (2) Waktu kerja Panitera sudah berjalan maksimal karena sesuai dengan aturan jam kerja yang ditetapkan (3) Kepatuhan Terhadap Perintah yang diberikan kepada Panitera sangat tinggi (4) Kepatuhan Terhadap Aturan yang diterapkan kepada Panitera sudah sesuai dengan aturan yang diterapkan (5) Produktivitas kerja Panitera dalam proses administrasi perkara sudah berjalan baik dan maksimal (6) Pemakaian seragam yang dipakai oleh Panitera sudah sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Kata kunci: Disiplin kerja, Panitera, Administrasi Perkara

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to determine the Application of Public Administration Ethics in Improving Service Quality at the Larompong Selatan District Office, Luwu Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Application of Public Administration Ethics in Improving Service Quality at the Larompong Selatan District Office, Luwu Regency shows that in terms of equality it has been carried out optimally without any discrimination. Justice, in this case, employees serve the community in a friendly manner, all people are treated equally. Loyalty in this case, especially for female employees who are IRT cannot be said to be optimal because there are still some who are late in entering the office. The responsibilities given in public services have been going well, regarding employees at the Larompong Selatan District Office, Luwu Regency who carry out their duties in accordance with their respective tupoksi. Kata kunci: Penerapan Etika, Administrasi Publik, Kualitas Pelayanan

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out the strategy for developing Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) in Mattiro Ade Village, Patampanua District, Pinrang Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative and phenomenological approach with a total of four informants. The results showed that the organizational strategy seen from its relationship with the program being implemented had met the indicator criteria of the organizational strategy. The strategy for supporting resources had not been fully achieved, although the facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and financial resources had run well, but the utilization of natural resources had not been implemented. The program strategy had been fulfilled through a hydroponic lettuce cultivation program which had implications for the community and organizations from the profits obtained. The institutional strategy was also going well, seen from the communication and coordination between the management and the evaluation to see the progress of the performance of the Sipakalebbi BUMDesa management.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the work productivity of employees at the Tellumpanua Village office, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interview observation. The results of the research show that work productivity at the Tellumpanua village office, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency, by looking at three indicators, namely quantity, quality of work and punctuality, is quite good. The quantity of employee work based on interview results shows that employees are able to complete their tasks well within a certain amount. Then in terms of quality, according to the results of the interview, it was stated that the staff had tried to carry out their duties and responsibilities based on the leadership's direction and guidance in accordance with the operational standards set by the government. This is an indicator of punctuality, Tellumpanua village office employees have tried to complete tasks according to the applicant's request. However, employees' timeliness indicators still need special attention regarding their discipline

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the role of the village head in the management of Masago village-owned enterprises and also the supporting and inhibit factore for the role of the village head in managing BUMDes. This study used qualitative research. Sources of data used primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used observation, interview and dokumentation methods. The technique  of analysing data through three stages, namely the stage of data education, data display  and data verification. The results of the study showed that the role of the village head in managing BUMDesa Mangngiri was seen from three indicators, namely interpersonal roles, roles related to information and decision  making roles. In this case, the village head played a sufficient role in the establishment and planning of business units, but it was the village head was still not maximal in monitoring and advising the performance of BUMDesa, the village head of Masago had not fully played a role in managing Bumdes Mangngiri. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the synergy between the government and the community as well as the factors that support and hinder waste management in the central market of Enrekang Regency. Data collection technique used  interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis were data reduction, data presentation and  conclusions, while the validity of the data using triangulation of sources, techniques and time. The results showed that the synergy of the government and the community in handling waste in the Enrekang central market viewed from 3 dimensions, namely  the problem solving aspect through the clean site solid waste service system, aspects of the role of the government in waste management that had not been optimal role of the government both in the form of institutions, operational techniques and regulatory systems and SOPs for the environmental and community services, and aspects of the communication network could be seen that the Government, starting from the Office of the Environment, Districts, and cleaners, had done the right thing to behave and communicate with the community while they were on duty. Keywords: Government and Community Synergy
